Miguna Miguna trashes Steve Mbogo after combat look: He’s a criminal, a drug dealer and “was part of the attack”

Lawyer Miguna Miguna has vehemently disagreed with Kenyans that flamboyant businessman and politician Steve Mbogo was at Dusit D2 yesterday to help after the terror attack.

Taking to Twitter, the harsh critic claimed that Steve Mbogo, to begin with, shouldn’t even be wearing a bullet proof vest or be in the vicinity with police. In fact, Miguna Miguna believes the politician might have been part of the attack.

“Steve Mbogo is not legally authorized to carry automatic weapons and dress in bullet proof vests like Rambo. This is insanity. We cannot rule out the fact that he was part of the “attack” and managed to “join” the civilian-clad “security” men at the scene. #RiversideAttack,” he said. 

Help

Mbogo, speaking to the media, explained that he rushed to Dusit D2 as soon as he heard of the attack because he’s a licensed fire arm holder and wanted to help.

“I am a licensed firearms holder. I was running my errands near the dusitD2 Hotel here in Nairobi, when I learnt that the facility was under a terror attack. Because I was in a position to help, given I have good knowledge on how to handle firearms and protect myself against such situations, I went in to help in the rescue operations,” he said in an interview with Citizen TV.

Miguga then went ahead to call him a drug dealer, a reason why he was dressed in a bullet proof vest that regular citizens can’t access.

“Steve Mbogo is a known drug dealer. It matters to all law abiding citizens of Kenya that he was at Dusit D2 Hotel wielding an automatic weapon and wearing a bullet proof vest during the alleged attack – just like other drug dealers do in Colombia.

More trouble for Cyprian Nyakundi as court orders articles he published about Steve Mbogo deleted

Controversial Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi has been ordered to bring down all articles published on his sites about former parliamentary aspirant Steve Mbogo and his wife.

Justice Jacky Kamau also issued an injunction further barring Nyakundi from publishing any other defamatory words or articles against Mbogo and his wife.

“Remove the articles published in the website twitter account and Facebook on November 28 2018” the order reads in part.

Nyakundi ran a series of articles claiming that Mbogo has been cheating after he discovered his wife and his driver were having an affair.

Ksh 20 million

Mbogo and his wife Sabrina Jamal moved to the Milimani law courts early this month in a bid to stop the blogger from publishing defamatory articles about their family. The family also wants Nyakundi to pay him KSh 20 Million as damages for the defamatory stories.

“The article written by the plaintiff to the utter prejudice of the plaintiff whose reputation has been and continues to be immensely damaged and have been turned into objects of cyber bullying unless the orders herein are granted , at least in the interim to curtail further dissemination of the defamatory articles written by the respondents against the applicants,” reads court papers.

 

 

Steve Mbogo wants Ksh 20 million from blogger Cyprian Nyakundi for defamation

It’s not something new to controversial blogger Cyprian Nyakundi but he’ll be in court yet again after being hit by another law suit.

The blogger, who has been in and out of court because of defamation cases, has now been sued by politician Steve Mbogo of the same after he claimed that he was cheating on his wife. Mbogo is also seeking court orders compelling Nyakundi to delete the articles he has already published.

Bullying

Nyakundi ran the story on his website which later spread to other blogs.  Through lawyer Velma Maumo, Mbogo said that Nyakundi is after tarnishing his name.

“The article written by the defendant to the utter prejudice of the plaintiff whose reputation has been and continues to be immensely damaged.”

“The same have been turned into objects of cyber bullying unless the orders herein are granted, at least in the interim to curtail further dissemination of the defamatory articles written by the respondents against the applicants,” the politician cum businessman says in court papers.

His lawyer also stated that Nyakundi edited Mbogo’s photos to make him look bad and has continued publishing negative posts on his Facebook page directed to the politician.

“Nyakundi has negatively edited photos of Mbogo for his own political and economic gain,” said Maumo.

Steve Mbogo is one moneyed cat that many Kenyans would want to be.

The politician, who competed and lost against Jaguar in the race for Starehe seat in the elections, is as rich as they come and doesn’t hide it.

He was recently on social media to floss his brand new Fendi Rockoko Knit FF Sock Sneakers that are not your usual shoes.

Knitted shoes (sock shoes) is becoming a huge footwear trend. We’ve seen the NMD City Socks, Alexander Wang X adidas Boost, Balenciaga and let’s not forget Kanye West’s sock heels.

Pricey fashion

Steve Mbogo’s sneakers go for a whopping KSh 95,000 and they are hot as hell but, there was a little bloop in Mbogo’s fashion.

The Fendi Fendi knit sock sneaker with FF( the one Steve had on) are purely for women.

The knit sock sneaker was launched last year and included men’s version but in general, the sneaker is entirely for women.

A quick look at how the sneakers are supposed to be worn might also give you a clear look of the targeted gender. On Fendi’s store, the shoes are also listed as women’s shoes.

Honorable Steve Mbogo turned a year this weekend and unlike many celebrities who catch the eye of most youths, he opted not to throw a big bash that would attract attention especially now that politics have been the topic of the day in the country.

However, what he didn’t know is that his brother in law and wife had been planning a surprise party that went down at unknown chilled out place where he hang out with friends and family.

From the photos I managed to get, there is no doubt that Jama Gadaffi and his sister spent quite an amount to surprise Steve Mbogo who seems to be doing quite well in politics.

His wife who also happens to keep a low profile dressed to kill for her husband’s party and looking at her figure – no one would tell that she recently welcomed their second born.

Jamal Gadaffi on the other hand stepped out looking dapper and as usual he did not disappoint in his cool outfit. Anyway below are a few photos from the surprise party.
