Popular 100 bob wedding couple celebrate their son’s 1st birthday in style!

Wilson Mutura and wife Anne Muhonja first made headlines in 2017 after exchanging vows with rings worth Ksh 100; hence the name 100 bob wedding couple.

With their story making rounds on social media, many well wishers came together to organize a grand wedding and honey moon that cost around Ksh 3 million.

Mutura and his wife experienced first class life and even after this they got to open their own mini supermarket before welcoming their son.

Through his social media pages, Mr Mutura celebrated his son’s first birthday with a moving message.

He went on to wish him the very best in life not forgetting God’s blessings to his life. He wrote saying;

This is so wonderful to you my lovely son, I thank God for you and I decree and declare to you that joy and health shall ever e your portion on Jesus name. You will love a long life to enjoy the fruits of God. Happy birthday dear son blessed Peter. Now you’re 1 year old may the blessings of God be with you forever.

Wilson Mutura and his wife Anne Muhonja became famous after holding a wedding that cost Ksh 100 only. Their unique love story was a clear indication that they were truly in love despite having nothing.

Mutura is said to have purchased two rings which cost him 100 shilling. He then rushed back to his church and asked the pastor to officiate their marriage.

As seen in a video that was making rounds on social media, many peoples were left dumbfound. However, somewhere along the road Wilson Mutura and his wife Anne Muhonja got sponsors who gave them the perfect wedding.

They were flown out for their honey moon and months later it was reported that Anne Muhonja was expecting her first child. In September 2017, the lady welcomed a healthy handsome baby boy whose face was recently unveiled by the dad.

Ann Wambui and Wilson Mutura’s lives took a new turn when photos of their simple Kes 100 wedding went viral worldwide.

Well-wishers have since spoilt Anne and Wilson with expensive freebies that any other person will spend millions of shillings to have.

Below is a list of freebies that Ann and Wilson have been given ever since photos of their Kes 100 wedding hit the headlines:

  1. Free honeymoon

After photos of their low budget wedding surfaced online, Bonfire Adventures and Events through CEO Kabu Simon offered an all expenses paid honeymoon package to the Kes 100 wedding couple.

Bonfire picked the couple at their home and drove them straight to JKIA where they boarded a plane for Mombasa for a fully paid five days and four nights honeymoon at a 4 star hotel in Diani.

  1. Free Kes 3.5 million lavish wedding

Ann and Wilson got married for the second time in a colorful wedding ceremony that cost 3.5 million shillings. All the expenses for the wedding were catered for by well-wishers.

  1. Free greenhouse and a plot

Diamond Properties gave Ann and Wilson an eighth acre plot valued at half a million shillings with a Kes 320,000 greenhouse and capsicum crop in Isinya, Kajiado County.

The greenhouse helps Wanjohi grow his own crops and stabilize him financially; the 27 year old used to be a fruit vendor in Kasarani.

  1. Free money to start business

Well-wishers gave Ann capital for a small business of her choice. The two sweethearts opened a mini-supermarket.

Wilson has since knocked up his wife Ann, and Komarock Modern Hospital- utawala has offered the couple a free maternity package which includes:

Free gynecology consultation normally 2500 per visit.

Free ANC profile tests worth 4K.

Free delivery, Normal is usually charged 40k and Ceaserean is charged 120k( either)

Free immunization as per Kepi for the baby on delivery.
