The million dollars that Khalif Kario’s Volkswagen would fetch is revealed by the winner.

Joseph Kairu Wambui, also known as Khalif Kairo, an entrepreneur and car enthusiast, recently gave away a vintage 2002 Volkswagen Golf to a fortunate X user. The user won the car by participating in a challenge where they had to compose a romantic poem for Khalif’s fiance, Cera Imani.

Jimmy Kafangi, one of the participants, decided to write a poem praising Cera and ended up winning the vintage German car. He admitted that he couldn’t believe his luck.

Recalling the moment he discovered the tweet about the car giveaway, Jimmy explained that he was casually scrolling through Twitter while relaxing on a rooftop. When he saw Khalif’s tweet, he initially ignored it but later noticed a retweet emphasizing Khalif’s seriousness about the giveaway. Taking a chance, Jimmy decided to participate.

Jimmy expressed his disbelief at winning the car, stating that he never imagined himself owning a car, let alone a vintage Volkswagen. He humorously described the “V” in Volkswagen as standing for “Vintage” and the “W” for “Win.”

Although grateful for the unexpected gift, Jimmy disclosed that his dream car is an Audi. He mentioned that he would be willing to part with the Volkswagen for a hefty sum of 10 million shillings.

While Jimmy doesn’t necessarily want to sell the vintage ride, he set the high price tag to deter potential buyers. However, he indicated that if someone could match the price, he would consider letting go of the car.
