Singer, Simi has lashed out at paster Kingsley Okonkwo over his preaching as regards the relationship between men and women.

According to the pastor, women are created to be more emotionally mature. Men on the other hand always think about trivial things like sex and football. He, however, stated that women are supposed to be strong enough to deny men sex. It is because of lack of denial from wone that men often shy away from marriage he said.

The statement by the pastor has, however, got the singer pissed at the kind of messages that the pastor always puts out.

According to her, it is the kind of messages like the pastor’s that makes men neglect their responsibilities. She noted her displeasure at the message while stating that the pastor needs to what his messages because people look up to him.

A follower of the male singer on Twitter has revealed his intention to marry the X3m Music songbird. According to him, when he becomes rich, he will take Simi from Mr. Gold.

Singer, Simi has taken to Twitter to pour her heart out about the state of the country, Nigeria. According to her, there are a lot of things happening in the country because the leaders are aware of the fact that there will be no consequences.

Asking where the country is headed from where it is, the singer noted that the fault isn’t just with the leaders but with the followers as well.

Simi says the leaders do not care about the masses

Also, she noted that people are merely surviving instead of living. There is no confidence in the system, she said.

She, however, noted that the masses turn on each other to serve the leaders instead of being on the same side. They do not care about their followers, she said.

After she shared a picture of herself on Instagram, the follower took to the comments section to make his intention known.

According to him, if the singer does not marry him, he will kill himself.

Not caring whose ox is gored, the singer told the follower to help her deliver a message to Jesus if he eventually decides to die. He should greet Jesus for her, she said.

Recall that the singer released her first single, ‘Ayo’ about a week ago and it is already making airwaves.

A fan however, tweeted about the song, declaring it as the song of the month, bum Simi doesn’t seem quite impressed by the position that was given to her.

Simi insists that her song is more than the song of the month.

Singer, Simi has commented on the way Nigerians use social media to play politics. According to her, she has issues with social media politics in Nigeria because people tend to waste time focusing on irrelevant things. People get carried away by the anonymous power given by social media, she said.

According to her, people tend to attack those with views that are not in line with theirs. The world is leaving Nigeria behind, she said.

Recall that before the past couple of months, many still believed that the Joromi crooner was in a romantic relationship with co singer, Falz the Bad Guy. This was given rise to by the many songs they ave done together, as well as the Chemistry” between them. Some fans were however disappointed when they found out that Simi and Adekunle Gold have actually been in love for years.

Yesterday, both lovers had their traditional wedding and it has got a lot of people talking.

Yesterday, celebrities trooped into a private venue for the wedding ceremony of singers, Simi and Adekunle Gold. Though the wedding was attended by 300 guests who were present, strictly by invitation, some videos of the couple have streamed into social media.

Nigerian singers who have been secret lovebirds for quite sometime now, are set to make their relationship official today as they hold their traditional wedding.

According to a report by LIB, the couple will hold have their traditional wedding in Victoria Island, Lagos. The event is scheduled to hold today, the 9th of January.

They will however, head to Ilashe beach tomorrow, the 10th for their white wedding.

Recall that they began their nuptial journey sometime last month when they had a private engagement.

Simi Discourages Fans from Engaging in Unhealthy Comparisons

Award winning singer, Simi has advised her fans to leave the habit of comparing singers in 2018.

This was in response to a tweet which asked people to pick between Simi and Teni.

Simi responds to comparison tweet.

Responding to the tweet, the singer advised that people should learn to listen to songs without attempting to place one singer above the other. This breeds unhealthy competition between singers, she noted.

The Joromi crooner however added that all singers work very hard respectively.
