“Right now am not dating… I am confused! The truth is I am not really single but still am not certain about the relationship that I am in. I am being confused by someone right now. It is seriously hard for us to find men who are genuine and real. It is almost impossible to find someone who loves me as a normal woman and not loving me for my music,” Jasmine claimed

There was rumour was that she was dating her manager with whom they share a house but had recently fallen out.

Bebecool Booked to Perform at Kigali Jazz Junction this June

Bebecool has been booked to perform at Kigali Jazz Junction 3rd anniversary on 29th June by RG- consult inc.

The “Kabulengane” singer could not hide his excitement, he took to one of his social media platforms and posted art work for the concert captioned, “My fans in Kigali have waited enough. The experience is on with GAGAMEL band.”

He further posted, “Kigali people put on your dancing shoes, and get ready to feast with East Africa’s finest.”

This comes a few weeks after the Gagamel boss released a song featuring Rwanda’s finest duo, Charly na Nina titled “I do” which is topping charts and countdowns both in Uganda and Rwanda.

Well, way to go Big size.

Sheila Gashumba confronted by UPDF soldier over her short skirt

NTV The Beat host, Sheila Gashumba was almost stripped naked by a UPDF officer at Garden city, Kampala over the weekend.

The UPDF soldier, who had come to the mall with his boss was not impressed with Sheila Gashumba’s skimpy skirt.

It is alleged by Sheila Gashumba that there was confrontation and he threatened to throw her in jail.

Furious Gashumba later posted on her Facebook page, “So this army guy at Garden City, instead of guarding his boss. He is busy telling me what cloths I should wear in Uganda on a Saturday How pathetic!!!

A UPDF soldier walks up to me trying to have a conversation with me, asking me my name and where I work from and because I don’t give him my attention, he starts telling me how he can arrest me for wearing a skirt.

Who deployed UPDF to enforce fashion standards???”

Magic 1’s Sheila Salt robbed and beaten Up

City Magazine presenter on Magic One HD, Sheila Salt together with her boyfriend, grandmother and her child were beaten and robbed in Muyenga.

Her home was attacked by four masked men that robbed property worth millions of shillings.

Our snoops have learnt that the former WBS TV (Teens Club) and Urban TV (Backstage Pass) presenter is currently nursing wounds with her boyfriend, Maxim, who happens to be singer Jose Chameleone’s tour manager.

He is currently admitted at IHK hospital in Namwongo.

On Sunday, Zanie Brown broke a chain of men’s hearts when she paraded her long time ‘thigh inspector’.

“Happy father’s day my handsome, thank you for being a good Dad we love you,” Zanie captioned a photo on her Instagram in which the two were kissing.

Snoops have revealed that the two love birds have been dating for some years now but they had preferred to keep their romance out of public.

Fik Fameica Denied Visa to the USA

Fik Fameica will not be on a plane to USA anytime soon after he was denied visa to the Trump Nation.

The Kutama singer was due to perform at a convention organized by Ugandans in the diaspora under their umbrella body UNAA, in Seattle, September 2018.

When contacted, Fameica said; “Things are not good at embassy,” before adding that he will give it another shot probably.

Julius Lwebuga, the UNAA Deputy president says the singer applied for a wrong Visa.

“Fik has to apply for a Cultural Visa instead of a Visitor’s Visa,” he said.

Lwebuga however was quick to note that entertainment is a secondary objective at the convention, so the debacle that befell Fik Fameika is not a major matter of concern.

“Am not even concerned about that. We shall give enough entertainment this year but it not our main focus. It is secondary. Our primary objective this year is Trade and Investment,” he said.

This is the second artist falling short of the VISA requirements yet already advertised at the convention. Last month, singer Eddy Yawe was denied VISA following an alleged over stay in Boston a decade ago.

With Yawe and Fameika off the list, the convention will now retain artistes; Dr Jose Chameleone, Sheebah Karungi and Pastor Wilson Bugembe as assured entertainers ahead of the September 1 fete

Spice Diana Dragged over Her broken English Once Again

Over the weekend Spice Diana posted pictures on social media showing off a bunch of South Sudanese Pounds which she had thrown onto a bed.

“I think today I should go with a bigger bag, eeh this came from my fans while on stage. Thank u Juba,” she captioned the picture.

What was supposed to be a bragging post escalated real fast when one of her fans cautioned her about parading such big sums of money on social media, given that she stays in Uganda, ‘a country with high insecurity levels’.

It got worse when others tried to let the singer know that South Sudanese money has no value in Uganda and therefore she should not be excited about it.

This infuriated Spice Diana who replied, “Even if ts 1000 Ug shs. Ts Ok. Because am just appreciation, not complaining OK. So use your head.”

Now Spice Diana, this is one of the reasons why celebs never reply to fans on social media. See how you lost this battle.

High Court Pins Suspect in Mowzey Radio Murder

Godfrey Wamala alias Troy, the key suspect in the murder of Ugandan Singer Mowzey Radiohas been committed to High Court for trial.
Prosecution led by State Attorney Julius Muhiirwe informed Entebbe Court Chief Magistrate, Ms Susan Okeni that investigations into Troy’s case are complete and that he had instructions from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to send him to the trial court.
Mr Muhiirwe told the fully packed court that prosecution had gathered sufficient evidence to pin Troy.

Further, prosecution evidence indicates that Radio allegedly poured booze on some people before a one Pamela Musimire and another person only identified as Ategeka intervened by taking Radio out of the bar.
No sooner had they got Radio out than Troy grabbed the singer and allegedly started beating him. After the beating, Troy is alleged to have run and hid himself in Kyengera until February 4, 2018 when he heard about Mowzey Radio’s death and handed himself to police.

DPP also intends to use exhibits like telephone printouts of calls made before, during and after Mowzey Radio’s death, as well as a sketch plan of De bar where the fight is said to have happened on January 22, 2018.
The Chief Magistrate consequently remanded Troy back to Kigo Prison until the next convenient session of the High court, for his trial to start.
Troy’s Committal has also been triggered by the relatives, friends and family of the late singer who keep storming the court demanding for justice to prevail.

Galaxy FM Vows To Pay School Fees for King Kong Child

Comedian King Kong passed away after succumbing to malaria and was laid to rest on Monday at his ancestral home in Mityana district.

The comedian left behind a family of 2 young children and a wife.

News on Howwe desk indicates that Kansanga based Galaxy FM has offered to pay school fees for one of late King Kong’s children.

This was revealed by Galaxy FM station Director, Dr Nahabwe Innocent, through his Facebook page.

It was with great sadness that we learnt of the sudden death of our beloved colleague Hassan Lumu, fondly called King Kong by our listeners and his fans in the comedy industry.

 

King Kong shared his talent with us on Morning Saga Akasambatuuko for close to two years before he left to concentrate on a solo comedy career. Like all people who work with us at Galaxy FM 100.2, he became part of our family. He was a brother to us to be precise.

 

He always paid us visits often spreading his laughter throughout the team.

 

Aware that he had a young family of two children and a wife, we are committing to paying school fees for one of them.

 

We will forever be grateful for the times he shared with us.

Commedian Taata Sam Involved in deadly Accident

Comedian Robert Sunday alias Taata Sam was admitted at Masaka Regional Referral Hospital after getting involved in a car accident.

Taata Sam’s car, Toyota Noah registration number UAZ 487V was rammed into by a speeding taxi and the front of his car was damaged beyond repair, leaving him in a critical condition.

It has been confirmed that the “Enyimba Mu Birooto” radio show host on Digida FM is currently undergoing treatment and responding positively.

The comedian took to one of his social media platforms and alerted his fans to keep calm.

“I survived a nasty accident as I was coming from Masaka. Here with minor pain and injuries (Though hospitalised ) for Doctors examination and post supervision. But my car is in Pulp, due to the reckless taxi driver who was over taking another car from the corner! Thank God am still fair and hope to be better. Glory Glory,” he posted.

We wish Taata Sam a quick recovery and we shall keep you posted.

Anne Kansiime Parades New Young Boyfriend, She is Three Months Pregnant

Anne Kansiime could be winding up all her shows in anticipation of her maternity leave. Highly placed sources reveal that Kansiime is about three months into her pregnancy which is rumoured to be for new boyfriend Tukahirwa Abraham alias Skylanta.

Meanwhile, Skylanta took to Facebook and shared a photo of Kansiime and him, he also responded to all questions that were asked by his followers.

A curious follower asked Skylanta when they will be expecting their first child and he simply replied: “Baby is loading”.

Wife to Gen Kale Kayihura, Angella has denied claims by prominent lawyer  Caleb Alaka that they were blocked from accessing the embattled general. Angella Kayihura says the lawyer does not represent Gen. Kayihura.

“This is to inform the general public that neither General Kale Kayihura nor any member of his family has met, talked to or instructed Mr. Evans Ochieng or Mr. Caleb Alaka or their law firms, to represent Gen Kayihura as alleged in the media, or at all. Gen Kayihura’s and our only lawyers are M/s Kampala Associated Advocates.”

“Gen Kayihura’s lawyers and his family have todate had unfettered access to him…any queries regarding this matter should be addressed to M/s Kampala Associated Advocates”, she stated.

Remembering the July 11th World Cup bombings

On July 11 2010, Uganda was shaken on the finale of the World Cup.
For Jovan Ssebaggala, 21, and his elder brother Joel, a government land valuer, the story started out well but the rest, as they say, is history. The duo arrived early to secure front seats. Fireworks marked the start of the game; then the vuvuzelas took over.
At half-time, a few miles across town, a deadly explosion carried out by Somali Islamist militants ripped through an Ethiopian restaurant. But the news never reached the fans at the rugby club. There was not much social media use as is now.
With three minutes of normal time remaining in the game, there was a loud blast. Jovan thought “fireworks” but instinctively jumped out of his seat towards the screen.
The next time he saw his brother, it was on the front page of The New Vision the following morning. Joel was lying on his back, with his hand on his stomach, dead. So was the story for hundreds of other families.

“Check what guns are doing, they are killing your own” Peng Peng Hits Back Authorities for wanting to Arrest him

Police are hunting down Raymond Soulfa, aka Peng Peng over statements he made on social media before Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga’s death.

Police says that before the murder last Friday, Peng Peng, MP Betty Nambooze and Jane Kuli posted messages on social media supporting attack on Abiriga.

A detective said the three would be arrested over alleged offensive communication.

So far, Nambooze has already been arrested.

In a Live Video on in his Facebook account, Peng Peng said he has never killed anyone and will not run away.

“I be in Stockholm Sweden and I move like a free man. Whoever wants to kill me should come. But I guarantee that there will be another Peng,” he said.

He also added that NRM Secretary General Kasule Lumumba should be arrested before people on facebook are arrested.

“ Lumumba sometime back you said because you have guns you will kill our children. Check what guns are doing, they are killing your own,” he said.

“You who said you will kill our children, why are you complaining today because there are guns in the country?”

Col Abiriga and his brother Saidi Buga Kongo were shot dead by gunmen at a trading centre near kawanda, on Bombo road, last Friday. Their killers were on motorcycles.

Working as an actor requires being open to some crazy things. Having to film a sex scene can give even the most courageous and reputable actors some stage fright. But imagine if you had to do it for real? I mean, full on penetrative intercourse. You’d think it would be illegal, but plenty of movies have incorporated real sex between actors in order to establish a sort of genuine authenticity to the film.

When actor Shia LaBeouf signed on as a love interest opposite Stacy Martin, rumors spread about their performance for the film. Lars von Trier had already mentioned his film would feature the real deal. LaBeouf initially said he agreed to participate in the scenes. However, when the film finally premiered, it was revealed the actual deed was performed between two adult actors.

Gaspar Noé’s 2015 film, Love, featured real love between actors Karl Glusman and Aomi Muyock. But Noé took his romance film to the next level by producing it in 3D! Love is first and foremost about sex in 3D and only secondly about the dramatic love story between the two protagonists. Most of it was not choreographed and Noé admitted he hoped his film would make men and women both feel, well, “excited.”
