Nimrod Taabu is not just good with reading the Swahili news; but also a good cook who has left many men feeling the pressure after parading his cooking skills!

Well, just like a good husband Nimrod took his time to prepare what looks like a yummy vegetable dinner with some rice. As seen on his Twitter, Nimrod left his fans salivating with photos of the finished product proving that away from TV; he might as well start a 5 star hostel!

This is however one of the very few times Nimrod has come out to share any information about his wife on social media.

Nimrod’s mum

Well, having been raised by a mother (Alice Taabu) who was not only a chef but a TV host for a cooking show proves that Nimrod was raised right! This means he probably spent most of his time in the kitchen while his mum prepared food; and of course learnt one or two things about the kitchen.

For this reason Nimrod Taabu’s wife must feel like the luckiest woman in the world especially with her husband handy in the kitchen!

For those doubting his skills, Nimrod challenged his colleagues/friends Linus Kaikai, Jageyo; Rashid Abdalla among others to show what they are made of!

However looking at the photos of the meals prepared by Taabu, I can understand why the ‘boys club’ members could not accept the online challenge.

The NTV news anchor however joins the list of romantic men in Kenya; and truth is they don’t make them like they used to before! Probably the younger generation of men should try and learn a thing from Nimrod who has proven that men can also belong in the kitchen!
