South Africans left in stitches during Beyonce’s show after learning famous man in memes is actually President Uhuru 

Memes are becoming the order of the day and netizens can’t spend a single day without checking them out and enjoying a good laughter.

South Africans, however, recently found that a familiar face they have been seeing on most of these memes is not just an anybody but the President of Kenya.

Televised address

During the just concluded Global Citizen Festival that saw artists like Beyonce and Jay Z perform, South Africans were left in stitches after learning that President Uhuru Kenyatta is actually the man in those meme during his speech in the event.

Uhuru sent a televised address that was aired during the Global Citizen concert and that’s when it all clicked. South Africans took to social media to show their shock.

American power celebrity couple Jay Z and Beyonce headlined Global Citizen Festival 2018 in Johannesburg, South Africa on Sunday December 2nd.

The concert is an annual event meant to honour the life and legacy of South Africa’s founding President the late Nelson Mandela.

Several international superstars including Usher, Ed Sheeran, Jay Z and Beyonce performed at Johannesburg’s 94,736-capacity FNB stadium which was filled to capacity.

President Uhuru’s daughter Ngina Kenyatta and his niece Nana Gecage flew to South Africa to attend the 2018 Global Citizen Festival.

Ngina and her cousin Nana were seen posing with several international stars at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg as the concert was going on.

They posed with American stand-up comedian Dave Chappelle among others. See the photos below:
