Lydia Jasmine has really upped her game in the past and she has truly earned her due. On this new tune ,she teams up with an upcoming artiste known as prince Omar to show spice that love can have.

The song is produced by Daddy Andre who has also raised in the ranks not only as a producer but an artist as well.

The video was directed and shot by Jah live Studios in Dubai which makes it even more eye candy.

This video of Geosteady and Chozen Is the origin of the pictures that took the internet by storm causing tongues to wag about the two actually getting married.

The song, produced by Nessim alongside Butar, is a wedding theme where lovers promise themselves to love until forever. It is a catchy tune that will get them some spare change on functions.

The video was directed by Zero One Media’s Darlington Kerenge.

Spice Diana records huge success with “ndi my love” concert

Spice Diana kept on saying she planned something big for her concert and many didn’t believe including music critics. At the moment, she is getting the last laugh after recording what might be her biggest success of the year.

The marketing was genius on this as it was a trans day and trans night party because of her younger audience that needs to be home early. By 10am, Freedom city,  the venue was jam packed with revellers  ready to enjoy the show. And array of artistes including Lydia Jazmine, Pallaso, Weasel, B2C, Gravity among others entertained the crowd.

She shows that she didn’t get fashionista of the year award for nothing as she showed off colourful outfits with every change.

Geosteady Blackman finally introduced by baby mama

Geosteady is officially a married man if pictures of his kwanjula are anything to go by. After being on and off fours despite having a baby together, the “sameway” star has officially sealed the deal with his baby after getting back together last year.

The couple seemed extremely happy laughing uncontrollably relishing in their love. Prima spotted a fully grown baby bump and we can say the results of their reconciliation have shown.

Despite the rumour that Geosteady and Lydia Jasmine have had a thing in the past, she was there to squash the rumor supporting and loving the bride.

A wedding so big it should be considered a public holiday-Diamond brags

We all know by now the Tanasha-Diamond wedding will not be happening on Valentine’s Day as he has proclaimed last year. The Tanzanian star has come out to talk about his wedding once again saying it is going to be so big the government should consider it a public holiday for all.

He says there will be international artistes like Rick Ross, Omarion and many other Nigerian and South African musicians.

“The reason why we had to change the date is because Tanasha’s mother will be working on Valentine’s day. I do not want a small wedding, If it is possible I would like the government to consider it a public holiday” Diamond said. 

Well the signs are still pointing to the lucky stars as she has managed to pull him out of his mother’s house and move into their own mansion.

Money lender plots to come for Fik Fameica’s new car over failed payments

A money lender identified as John Kabanda is threatening to seize Fik fameica’s new ride a Pajero GDI for non payment. The money man seems to have been ticked off after seeing the “tonsukuma” star showing off the wheels on the internet yet still owing him upwards of 100m.

John kabanda says he gave Fik and his management a loan to hold their show that flopped terribly but he still needs to be paid.  In the midst of all this the lifestyle flaunt do t make him happy at all.

He has given the team up-to 1st Feb 2019 to have cleared the first installment of their debt.

Roger Mugisha admits to being in love with Ellah

Despite being “happily” married,    to  wife, Shibbah Richards, and two children together, Roger Mugisha has made a startling Confession.

“I wanted Ellah Nantumbwe for love but she had other people,” Roger said.

Since the two acted together in Second Chance, audience’s wondered if they were just very good actors of somethimg else was going on. The chemistry was so intense and we’re even caught off camera still being super close. So to some this confession hasn’t come as a surprise.

He says he is with Shibbah because he wanted companionship.

Ella on the other hand wanted better things that Roger could not give her like going to heaven with Prophet Elvis Mbonye in a Lexus.

Since Fille and MC Kats broke up,  there has been Dirt after dirt coming up maybe to make the break even more vengeful. Kats came out to say that fille was addicted to drugs and getting worse by the day.

Besides him being her manager, he is also the father of her daughter making the break even more bloody. Kat’s has showed off on instagram kissing and romantic with several women in a bid to make her jealous.

But like any strong woman, she has picked up the reins, cleared her name,  and moved on fresh with a new instagram page and clearing the air about the accusations.

Vinka Loses clothes on stage in kitgum

Vinka has really found her calling the music business and it’s really making her the star she dreamed off. Being booked out every weekend, she found herself infront of a passionate crowd in Kitgum that loves her so much they wanted to keep a piece of her.

She was performing hands grabbed at her jacket wrapped her waist and the cap on her head but she managed to ran off before the got anymore. She thanked the heavens that that they didn’t get her wig or shoes.

 

Brenda Nanyonjo squashes rumour of Abenakyo marrying kyabazinga

Since Abenakya won Miss world Africa, rumor and arrangements have been assumed for her even without her knowing. And when the beauty queen visited the kyabazinga, even bigger assumptions were made including her becoming the queen of busoga which seemed rightfully earned as theost beautiful African.

Brenda Nanyonjo the head of the Miss Uganda franchise came out to squash those rumours in a recent interview.

“Any man planning on marrying Abenakyo should just keep it as a secret to himself because Miss Africa is too busy for marriage.” she said.

Nanyonjo however said that the most Abenakyo can do is traditional introduction but not official marriage with a wedding ceremony.

Well,  Abenakyp’s boyfriend must wake up and grab the opportunity now.

AFRICA MOURNS: Jazz legend Oliver Mutukudzi passes on

Afro-jazz lovers and fans woke up to shock as it was announced that Zimbabwean legend Oliver Mutukudzi had passed on a the age 66.

Oliver wildly known for his hit “Todii what shall we do” was confirmed dead on twitter by local publications and eventually by his record label.

He is said to have been struggling with his health for months like most elderly people do and breathed his last on Wednesday 23rd January 2019. This happens to be the very same date his counterpart and good friend Hugh Maskela died on.

Oliver lived a full life. May he rest in peace

Irene Ntale kicks off 2019 with Guluma

Irene Ntale has kicked off 2019 with her newest release “Guluma” a jazzy love song that expresses how a lover misses their partner while they are away.

This song has been caught in some controversy as upcoming artiste known as Ganja Nana has come out to claim that he owns rights to the song.

The artist claims the song which he says was written by Ray Signature was sold to him years ago and he released it in last November. Ntale has not come out comment on the claims but the song credits indicate Jules sentore who also features on the song as the writer.

Bobi wine Rocks rebel salute festival

Bobi and his wife are currently in Jamaica where they had gone for the rebel salute festival. They shared videos of themselves enjoying the Jamaican vibe on instagram with many of their followers cheering them on.

Ugandan singer Bobi Wine becomes the first East African artiste to perform at Jamaica’s prestigious Rebel Salute Festival which 18th and 19th of January at Grizzly’s Plantation Cove in St. Ann Parish Jamaica.

Bobi performed his famous Mr.  Kataala and Philly bongole’s freedom song among others and then went ahead to narrate his turmoil in what he referred to as the military government.

Tooro princess Ruth Komuntale hints on wedding dates

Tooro princess Ruth komuntale has not been shy about falling in love again. Since her scandalous divorce from her first husband in 2013, she has kept it low-key until she found new love in Phil Amooti, a fellow Mutooro man and Technology Engineer based in Dubai.

She has splashed their love on social media and is convinced he is the one.

Salvador and Baby mama officially engaged (video)

Comedian Patrick “Salvador” idringi over the weekend went down on bended knees asking his baby mama Daphine Franstock to marry him.

This happened as the two took a trip to Kakiri to celebrate Daphine’s recent graduation from Makerere University. They hangout with fellow entertainers Mathew and Eleanor Nabwiiso, Vince Musisi, Andrew Kyamagero, among others.

As the Malwedhe song played those in attendance hoped he was collapsing but instead he went on one knee and popped the question.

 

Bebecool exposes artistes who received money from government

In 2016, during the Tubonga Nawe project, several artistes were involved and a reward was given to them by president Museveni. Many of them denied ever getting the money and have even spoken negatively about the government and he promised to expose them.

The first victim happens to be very vocal against the ruling party aka Dr.  Hilderman. Bebecool exposed him to have received Shs 2m from Bebe Cool for said project.

A video was also released on facebook of the musician signing for the said money.

Hilderman retaliated by saying bebe is a fool but didn’t deny the facts presented.  This move will definitely hurt hildermans political chances.

Bebe says more is coming so keep your eyes peeled.

 

 

 

Fik fameica drops “I am different” Video

Fik fameica is not playing around when it comes to making money moves. Since unleashing his brand new Mitsubishi, he is also giving us some brand new visuals for the song “I am Different” for which he released the audio late last year.

The young star keeps rising through the ranks to becoming the most sought after rappers in Uganda.

The video was shot by Dopest films and the audio produced by Artin Pro, which easily identifies with Fik’s rap music style.

Court blocks “Radio the great” album release

As we reported that the new manager for Goodlyf announced an album launch party that included silent disco to showcase the late Moses Sekibogo aka radio’s unfinished work that he had recorded prior to his death.

The office of the administrator general has however blocked the move claiming that they have no right to use any of the deceased property with official permission from court that favors the interests of his family.

“This is to notify the general public, all media houses and /or platforms that no entity should release any music belonging to the late Moze Radio without express authorisation from the Administrator General,” the letter read in part.

Regardless of this however, adverts are still going on for the event with different celebrities  claiming they will be attending.

Kansiime Anne speaks out on the proposed laws on Artistes

Kansiime Anne must be the first entertainer to openly speak on the recent proposed rules to govern entertainers in Uganda.

Government has come out to release a set of rules that may become laws covering practices of entertainers in the country including getting a license to perform,  taking drug tests, official passes to be able to perform abroad among others.

Some artistes have grumbled on the underground about how the government has not helped them in building the industry but wants to make money off it now.

Weasel throws out Chagga as goodlyf manager

Since his partner Radio’s death, Weasel has barely settled to further their career.  As he revealed recently, he has made some changes in his management especially  that he  thrown Chagga out as the Gudlyfe manager.

The the two met over 15years ago when Radio and weasel broke off from chameleone’s Leone island and became their first manger but since Radio passed away, their relationship  has been troubled.

Chagga has also responded to the information saying  that Weasel is a lazy artiste who spends most of his time sleeping even when he is required in studio.

We hope weasel can find his feet once again.
