Media personality Rachel Muthoni, known as Mwalimu Rachel, recently shared her insights on family and motherhood, expressing contentment with her current family dynamic.

As a single mother raising her 10-year-old son, Rachel spoke to industrious entertainment journalist, Liz Ngigi, highlighting her belief that family revolves around her relationship with her child.

“To me, being a mother to my 10-year-old boy defines what family means. While traditional African norms often depict a family as comprising a father, mother, and children, times have changed,” she explained.

“If there’s a man who resonates with me, perhaps my perspective could change,” she reflected.
