Wema Sepetu reveals why she can’t seem to lose weight despite working out!

Tanzanian sweetheart Wema Sepetu has been having quite a hard time shedding the extra weight. Since she lost her pregnancy in 2016, her body seems to have refused any efforts to bounce back.

While the likes of Ray C and Aunty Ezekiel have done tremendous jobs with their bodies; Wema is still struggling to find ways on how to get her old body back.

Wema Sepetu responds

The actress revealed this in a post where she was tagged by Ray C asking her join the work out team. Wema on the other hand responded by blaming a certain medication she has been on. The actress wrote saying;

Yaani mi sielewi jmn… Sio mimi dada angu… Dawa zinaniponza mie… Na naziacha…

 

Ray C on the other hand went on to encourage Wema sepetu saying;

Pole wangu!inabidi uzikatie tu hakuna namna!!Inaezekana kabisa yaani believe me! A good trainer! Proper diet! Less than a year utaniambia!uamuzi tu!i know u can! @wemasepetu.

Wema Sepetu reveals why she decided to shed off her body weight

Tanzanian sweetheart Wema Sepetu has lately been making headlines and  I can bet that the lady is up to something new. Just this past weekend, she spent her days partying with fans in Rwanda and judging from the photos the lady seems to have slimmed down.

Well it is true that the lady has lost so much weight in just a few months. This however has left her fans questioning what she is doing to lose the weight. Others claim that she is using the same ‘herbs’ Rayvanny’s girlfriend used to cut her weight but it’s not true.

From Wema Sepetu’s snapchat the lady has been sharing photos working out with her strict instructor who has contributed to her weight loss.

What pushed Wema Sepetu to lose weight?

Speaking during a recent interview, the Tanzanian actress revealed that she suddenly gained weight after getting pregnant about a year ago. Though she suffered a miscarriage, Wema Sepetu says the baby fat was making her abnormally huge. For this she opted to hit the gym and since then she has been eating healthy foods to maintain her figure.
