Churchill Show comedienne lands lucrative job after comedy fail

These are harsh economic times and the graph on unemployment rates have just skyrocketed.

Many have said, and many have been told: if you have a job, keep it.

Churchill show comedienne, Jemutai slowly graced fame through the popular local show and I don´t think her graph ever came down.

She started gracing adverts on multi-billion companies the likes of Safaricom and masses realized her talent was taking her places.

Unfortunately, in as much as laughter is the best medicine, the current pandemic has disrupted the entertainment industry, sending home talents, not sure where their next meal will come from.

A case in point is Stella Koitie popularly known as Jemutai who after Churchill Show went on an indefinite break, had to tarmac in search for a job to sustain her family.

Day after another, with tens of CVs channeled out to possible employers, Jemutai´s hard work and persistence finally bore fruit and she apparently secured a job as a marketing manager.

Due to Covid-19.. Our industry was really affected. So I decided to look for a job so that I can be able to provide for my family and I sent my CVs to lots of companies. But see God, when I was about to give up, I got a call from Musti investment limited offering me a position as a marketing manager and I am so excited to start working again.
