Anerlisa Muigai hospitalized (Photos)

Businesswoman Anerlisa Muigai has revealed that she was hospitalized on Saturday 11th November. According to the lady she woke up just fine before passing out while heading out.

In a lengthy post shared on her social media pages Anerlisa Muigai narrated the whole incident saying:

Good Morning 🙂 Everyday you are able to sleep and wake up well, always give thanks to God.
Last Saturday I woke up very well, got ready for the day, but on getting out of the house I collapsed. I remember waking up in NH with a sharp pain below my rib cage that nobody could understand…..Minutes later I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis that is caused by gallstones which had formed over the years unoticed. In a million years I never thought I would find myself in this position especially right now that I have been so cautious with my body and health.

Though she is doing better now, Anerlisa Muigai urged her followers to always get checked by their doctor. This is after she found herself in hospital while along she thought she was healthy and in good shape. She wrote saying:

The Dr. assured me that it doesn’t matter whether you are the best athlete or the like, everybody has to go for body check up every now and then because some diseases just come without our knowledge. I thank God for at least getting my health back and that’s why I was able to take pictures of moments at NH ❤❤. A big thank you to my family for always being there for me,Thanks to my health insurance for sorting part of my hospital bills. Thanks to everyone who took care of me in NH especially the dedicated nurses who were with me throughout and finally an enormous thank you to DK ? for flying back to Nairobi just to be with me ❤. God bless you and may you and all your loved ones stay healthy ALWAYS.

So far she has managed to shed off about 60kgs in two years and the Keroche Breweries heiress now plans on helping those with weight loss issues .

Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai came a long way to spot the much desired figure eight. The lass used to be as big as a lorry before she shed weight.

Anerlisa put up a spirited fight to lose weight, she used to weigh a staggering 124 kilos. The Keroche heiress decided to shed off the excess fat some two years ago.

Anerlisa’s weight loss journey has not been a walk in the park. She had to endure painful physical exercises and strict healthy diet to loss weight.

Anerlisa loses 58 kilos

The Keroche heiress currently weighs 66 kilos, she shed a whopping 58 kilos during her weight loss journey. The lass now plans to help other people struggling with weight starting January.

“Two years later I never thought I’d look into the mirror and appreciate myself. Today I am 66kgs from 124kg. It’s not been easy but I made it. In January I would like to give everyone,who wants to loose weight,a chance to do it my way and also do it with me,” wrote Anerlisa Muigai.

Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai reveals the job she will be doing when she calls it quits

Anerlisa Muigai is already thinking about retirement, the lass opened up about what she plans to do when she finally calls it quits.

The Keroche heiress is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of water battling company – NERO. She followed in her mother’s footsteps (her mother Tabitha Karanja founded Keroche Breweries)  to establish her own company and brand.

Anerlisa’s loves empowering women and it’s for this reason that she wants to dedicate her entire time to women’s initiatives when she retires.

The lass revealed that she plans to open an institute that will uplift young entrepreneurs to be what they want to become.

“This is the reason why after retiring I would like to open an institute that will uplift young entrepreneurs to be what they want to become. Unfortunately most of the youth have so much to offer but always fall short because of no support.
“A couple of weeks ago I came across this amazing lady’s message that really caught me. What really amazed me was the fact that she went through so much in her life but still did not want to give up… she still remained hopeful of pursuing her design work,” Anerlisa disclosed.

Thirsty Kenyan men have been left drooling after Esther Passaris joined Raila Odinga to campaign in Kiambu County yesterday July 5th.

Passaris, who is seeking to be Nairobi Women Representative on an ODM ticket, slayed in a white dress during the campaign trail in Kiambu.

Capital FM’s Joe Muchiri joined the bandwagon of men who were openly drooling after Passaris; he however went a step farther and openly fantasized about bedding Passaris.

His post excited fellow thirsty men but some women were totally offended; Anerlisa Muigai was among the ladies who expressed her disapproval of Muchiri’s sexist comment.

Anerlisa Muigai hits back at fat shamers who trolled her when she was overweight (Photos)

Keroche Heiress Anerlisa Muigai vowed retribution against fat shamers, she couldn’t be happier roasting them on social media.

Miss Muigai used to be overweight years ago before she decided to work out to lose the extra kilos and achieve a perfect figure eight.

Apparently Anerlisa had been harboring ill feelings in her heart, she was a victim of fat shamers. There is no way she was going to let her tormenters get away with what they did to her.

She hit back at the people who trolled her for being overweight on her post on Instagram; Anerlisa posted photos of her old and current self and taunted fat shamers.

“This post is for everyone who called me FAT and also those who said all sorts of hurtful things to do with my weight. You all thought i couldn’t loose weight but now i am healthier and happier than ever. Because of them, i worked my a** off and kept it consistent.

“Sometimes it’s good to show some people that they don’t always win. Never let your haters win, People will always try to look for things to say to hurt you. Keep your head high and be the winner. *i haven’t forgotten the meal plan, will post it soon in video form and i will also be demonstrating everything step by step,” wrote Anerlisa Muigai.

So far MC Jessy has made a name for himself and thanks to Churchill show he continues to expand his brand making him dine with the big fish in the industry.

Among those he hanged out with is the president of the republic of Kenya among others. And now Anerlisa Muigai who is the the daughter of Keroche breweries owner Tabitha Karanja was recently seen with the comedian leaving fans wondering whether the two are up to something.

From MC Jessy’s caption it is easy to tell that he posted the photo with the aim of playing around with his followers as he asked them to help him find a suitable caption. He wrote, Am not sober NKIROTE VS KEROCHE derby Mtu anisaidie na caption ingine…

Well, the comment was lit as people compared Anerlisa Muigai with his lost love, Nkirote…but the two could be up to something. Anyway lets wait and see.

Anerlisa Muigai has come forth to reveal some of the harsh comments she heard when she was still struggling with her weight. Just like any plus size or rather obese woman, the lady came across cruel comments that pushed her to change her appearance for the better.

So far she seems to be on the right path and Anerlisa Muigai is using this to continue inspiring many women who look up to her.

In her recent post, the lady shared a before and after photo where she gave her fans the chance to ask any questions concerning her weight loss journey. In a candid post on Instagram, she wrote:

I will never get tired of posting my before and after pictures as long as i keep motivating people. I get lots of requests on posting a comparison of the two and to be honest i always hope that one day somebody will do the same and we can all celebrate them. Today i also want to answer any questions to do with weightloss. What would you like to know?

As expected many women couldn’t help but ask what foods she was eating and how she manages to stay fit. Well, from her comments I could tell that she  keeps off fried foods, avoids white starch and sugar.. which she says are a big enemy to the stomach.

However what caught my attention is a comment from one of her fans, who wrote to say,
