Kenya Power notice leaves Kenyans thinking hard about how rich Citizen TV owner SK Macharia is

Kenya Power stunned Kenyans with a public notice that made most people start thinking about SK Macharia’s wealth and influence.

The electricity distribution company stirred up talks on social media when it published a notice on Facebook about an impending power interruption at various places.

Kenya Power routinely issues notices of power interruption at specific areas but RARELY  does the company notify individual Kenyan about impending power interruption at their home.

The notices are usually only focus on general regions, estates and shopping centres and are posted daily on Kenya Power Facebook account.

But guess what, Kenya Power notified billionaire media mogul SK Macharia about an impending power interruption at his residence in Kiambu scheduled for Monday between 9am and 5pm.

The special notice to Royal Media owner caught the eye of Kenyans who were quick to scold Kenya Power for the preferential treatment.
