Vera Sidika continues to show her excitement for her unborn daughter with her hubby Brown Mauzo. During Vera’s unexpected pregnancy reveal on 16th July, she received numerous criticisms of people claiming that the baby bump was a fake and that she had a surrogate.

All this came to pass as Vera continued to exhibit her daughter’s movement in her belly.

On the other hand, her hubby Brown Mauzo was the least expected person to make Vera pregnant. He was under heavy criticism as he was termed as ‘poor’ and Vera deserved a rich guy.

In his defense, Vera refuted to bow down to pressure of getting married to a rich man; adding that she has already been there. She’d rather stay where she’s happy (With Mauzo). And that’s why she decided to have a baby with him.

But she advices that having a baby with someone doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re relationship will be strong. According to Vera, it’s only a personal choice to love someone; with or without a baby. Sharing her piece of advice on her Insta stories, she wrote;

”Having a baby with someone doesn’t mean you must be together forever… It’s not the reason your partner stays in the relationship. Your partner stays coz they wanna stay… So many women trapping men with babies, only to end up with 5 kids, different fathers… Don’t ever try this game, coz expectations always leads to disappointments.”

Vera will be giving birth soon to a daughter. After her noble advice, will her relationship with Mauzo last?

Vera Sidika’s pregnancy has locked horns with a section of her fans after they termed her as a ‘show off’ after disclosing her unborn daughter would live an expensive life. To begin with, Vera states that she’s going to import her baby’s clothes, crib and everything from the UK and US. Forecasting the same on her Insta stories, she wrote;

”What a lucky baby! I didn’t grow up in luxury but the amount of glam and love this baby bout to experience????????????. I wish I was this baby. Her baby crib, clothing & everything is getting shipped from UK & USA.

Kweli, we work hard in life so we can give our kids the best life we never had while growing up. God bless all mothers out there doing all it takes to provide & give the best to their children????????????”

After Vera Sidika expressing her sentiments, one of her fans attacked her, claiming that all she does is show off. She claims she has been receiving such for quite some time.

”…Sasa nimetukana mtu kwani? Why is it that this person thinks I have abused anyone. Saying parents work hard to provide the best for their kids is now an abusive statement? I’ve seen so many DMs of people calling me all sorts of  names just coz of the previous statement…”

She proceeded to warn such shenanigans to unfollow or else get blocked by her.

In relation to her bleaching, Vera has been criticized for having a baby with Brown Mauzo so that she can give birth to a light-skinned baby. She however refuted the claims and said that she genuinely loves him and chose to make a baby with him.

Vera Sidika has been criticized throughout her period of pregnancy; with some still claiming that she’s faking it. Vera was even called barren before she became pregnant. But she never seizes to address her haters over the same.

It’s A Girl!

Before Vera could be able to know about the gender through ultra-sound, it was always her wish to get a girl first; then a boy afterwards.

The party had a good number of celebrities, including comedian Eric Omondi, and Akuku danger. Vera expressed her joy on Instagram by writing;

”I had the Best Gender reveal party ever ????
I’m truly grateful to God for the woman I’m becoming ????????”

However, after the party, Vera was called out by comedian Akuku Danger for not giving out full pay to her service providers.

She is yet to speak on the issue; but the excitement from the party is still evident.

Vera Sidika finally decided to settle with Mombasa-based musician Brown Mauzo after years of hopping from one relationship to another. Her pregnancy came as a surprise to many; with some speculating that it was fake.

Vera however, shut down such critics, and has proved this through a video of herself undergoing the ultrasound test (also called sonogram). It’s a test offered to most pregnant women. It uses sound waves to show a picture of your baby in the uterus (womb).

Aside from that, way back in 2018, through her song ‘Nalia’ Vera claims she had predicted she would be happily married after 3 years. She states that during the release of the song, she was undergoing a heartbreak and it was hard for her.

She has written on her Instagram on the same saying;

”Did you know that 3 years ago I predicted I’d be happily married & pregnant this year? The power of manifestation.”

The latter is now evident as she is happily married to Brown Mauzo and they’re expecting.

Vera is yet to disclose the gender of her unborn baby; but she prefers a girl over a boy. At 21 weeks old, Vera is still rocking in her sexy outfits with her huge baby bump.

”Lmaoo. I would never let a surrogate carry my pregnancy. A surrogate can never carry & take great care of a pregnancy as much as you personally would. Who can quit alcohol, have a super diet etc ale 9 months for the sake of a baby that isn’t theirs? Even it they’re paid handsomely. Just ain’t the same.”

Vera continued by saying that she’ll offer Kshs 5 Million to anyone who would come out and claim to be her surrogate;

”If you’re my surrogate as claims suggest, I permit you to step out with supporting documents. Willing to pay upfront 5 Million Kenyan shillings. If you can concretely prove you’re carrying the baby on my behalf…”

Vera Sidika could not keep calm about this as she wrote back,

”And what’s wrong with dark babies? Are they not human?”

She added,

”It’s very unfortunate whenever someone writes; oh our baby will be dark oh he/she won’t be cute cos he/she will be dark. Wtf! So y’all mean dark babies ain’t cute? It gets me sick to my damn stomach.”

Honestly speaking, dark babies are cute. This shouldn’t be such a big deal.
