Victoria Kimani denies she’s cheating with Wizkid

Singer Victoria Kimani has spoken for the first time after being accused of sleeping with Nigerian singer Wizkid.

A fan took to social media to accuse the singer of sleeping with the Nigerian artist despite knowing very well she has a girlfriend.

“Victoria you are a real disgrace to womanhood and Chocolate City team that has had your back for years even with all your bad misbehaviors. I will expose you for the person you really are since you decided to involve yourself in what doesn’t concern you,” claimed the fan on Twitter.

Accusations

In return, Kimani didn’t confirm or deny the allegations but said she’s allowed to sleep whoever she wants.

“Lmao Aww this was cute 1.) You must be one of M’s side chicks that he had working for free at the same office his girl was slaving at 2.) I can sleep with who I want, when I want ..how I want. in any position I want ..so what’s next 3.) love ya sis,” she said.

Victoria Kimani forces her parents to explain why they never taught her Swahili (video)

Singer Victoria Kimani, despite nowadays being in Kenya a lot, still can’t speak fluent Swahili unlike her brothers Bamboo and Kimya.

The singer was a topic of discussion recently after openly confessing that she doesn’t know Swahili but she’s not too concerned about it.

Well, it seems she is.

Not taught

Kimani recently approached her parents demanding to know why they never taught her Swahili and they are as guilty as they come. In a video posted on Instagram the singer is seen asking them– rather blaming them for not knowing Swahili.

“Why didn’t you teach me Swahili? The first thing you should have said to me straight out of the womb was Mambo?” the singer is heard telling her father.

Kimani in November told fans that she had started taking Swahili lessons but had to drop out eventually because of people always mocking her for being poor at the language.

Victoria Kimani rants yet again: Angela Angwenyi hated me and I don’t get support from Kenyans at all

It’s a song that Kenyans have become accustomed to whenever they get a chance to interact with sassy singer Victoria Kimani: fellow citizens never support her.

The singer has expressed her true emotions severally on this matter insisting that Kenyans have never really supported her art and, that she feels Nigerians are the one she should really thank for the millstones she has hit in her career so far.

Angela Angwenyi hated me

According Kiss 100, the singer was it again, ranting of how Kenyans ignored her while Nigerians gave her a chance. She posted the rant in an exclusive celebrity group saying that Angela Angwenyi was even in a position to help her once but chose not to because she hated her.

Angela Angwenyi

“I met a Nigerian DJ who used to play my music in the African clubs in Atlanta. Back then I used to beg Fully Focus to support me and play my tracks….but the Nigerian DJ is the guy who supported. He told me ‘Vee, you have a beautiful voice, do a remix to Ice Prince song Oleku…’. I did just that ….And Killed it…. He sent it to thousands of blogs and BOOM…… 8 MONTHS after that, I get a tweet from Chocolate City In Nigeria,” went her rant.

She added:

“They SAID they wanted to open a branch in Kenya…. And hired Angela Angwenyi ( who hated me from jump…..not sure why ?) Altho she was at Radio, ehhh she didnt really pump my shit…. For some reason I couldnt get gigs, ( banned from blankets…..not sure why)  even tho Mtoto, Oya, Whoa ft prezzo & AY, Prokoto ft Diamond and Ommy Dimpoz was the littest thing poppin at the time….”

Proof that Victoria Kimani is the most successful woman in the East African music industry!

Well, it’s obvious that many have been hating on Victoria Kimani because she is more of a ‘Nigerian’ artist than a Kenyan one.

But truth be told, a lady has to do what she has to do to keep her money flowing in. Even though some assume that she is not patriotic, this is because her level of music is way at the top and this because she worked hard to get where she is!

When most Kenyan female artists struggle to compose sensible songs; Victoria Kimani seems to have perfected this from the word go. So far she has worked with the likes of Prezzo, AY and yes….Diamond Platnumz.

Victoria Kimani the only female to work with Diamond Platnumz in East Africa

At the moment she remains the only East African woman who has worked with Diamond Platnumz and Ommy Dimpoz.

This is enough to show that her determination from 2014 meant to get to the continental level. If this is not enough then I wonder what will prove her haters wrong.

Right now, it would cost a local artist millions to collaborate with Diamond Platnumz but look…Victoria Kimani already closed that chapter.

Instead of many making noise about her projects with Nigerians, how about we give credit where it’s due! Watch her song with Diamond Platnumz and Ommy Dimpoz below and be the judge!
