It has been barely 2 weeks since Baby Majesty was born and we already have photos of his chubby looks.

Diana Marua and hubby, Bahati had no intention of revealing their baby’s face to the public, soon after his birth, like many would expect.

However, he hardly had enough time to get grow into the lucrative industry before calling it quits.

Just last week, Bahati launched his new studios alleging the move is to fulfill promises he made to God and to Kenyans to see young talents grow and sign new artistes at EMB.

Wendy Waeni’s former manager ‘Joe’ finally arrested

Gymnast Wendy Waeni’s former manager Joe Mwangi has finally been arrested just a few days after Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss George Kinoti issued a warrant of arrest against him.

This is after Joe Mwangi was said to be threatening Waeni’s mum, Magdalene Mbele and even went on to forge a letter pretending to be from a Cabinet Secretary threatening Waeni’s mum.

Through their official twitter page the DCI said;

“Mr Joseph Mwangi Nduta alias Joe is in our custody. He will be charged appropriately once necessary police process is complete. We thank everyone that shared information on his whereabouts,”

Joe’s arrest comes a few weeks after Wendy Waeni exposed exposed Joe him for misusing her money and refusing to be transparent with the amount she had been making.

Wendy’s former manager however claims that Waeni’s mum has been misusing the money on alcohol.

Ms Mbele on the other hand came out to brush off Joe’s accusations saying;

“I’m a staunch Christian, I have never had alcohol in my life, my daughter can attest to that. Joe Mwangi is a liar and a fraud that is why it was best fit that he no longer manages my daughter,”

She went on to add saying;

“He received money from politicians in the name of my daughter; he got Sh.140,000 from Raila Odinga and only gave me Sh.30,000,”

It was just 6 days ago when Mr Seed launched his record label studios and 3 days later Bahati unleashed his too.

Whether the two rival territories are in competition or whether it was merely coincidence, only them can tell.

Mr Seed ditched EMB records to start his own venture, Starborn Empire to allegedly give an opportunity to young talents to grow their skills at EMB.

However, this didn’t augur well with his former boss and gospel industry’s biggest competitor, Bahati who fired back with money scandals.

Mr Seed seemingly did not take it to heart and kept his cool, calling Bahati his ‘brother’. Now he is making slow money moves after launching his ‘Starborn Empire studios’ just last week.

Tanasha Donna and Diamond Platnumz are undeniably ready to welcome their son. After throwing one of the best ever seen baby showers in East Africa; we now understand that they also spent thousands of shillings to purchase their baby’s sleeping crib.

You cannot take Wamlambez from us. To start with, the pretense in this nation is annoying. Music has been made and been out for the longest time and then boom someone wakes up and burns it. Do you know how this hurts? Recently Ezekiel Mutua went ahead to burn some songs that have been in the market for sometime.

First these people need to understand there are no jobs out here. They should know that they are lucky to be sitting in an office and being paid for dictating what we are going to listen to. Wamlambez has been out here for 4 months now. The song has become an anthem to us and we even know the lyrics. Am sure even this guy knows the lyrics.

You cannot take Wamlambez from us

We are at a point where we as Kenyans are not looking for content but something that is super exciting for us.

Why we will keep singing Wamlambez

Firstly, this people need to know the energy this kids put in their work. You want to tell me his kids can come up with such? Also, we as Kenyans do not feel offended with what Sailors are saying.

For the longest time now Kenya has been ranked sixth in countries that are most depressed. Wamlambez came at a time when people were killing themselves. In this case the song served as a destruction.

The government frustrations to its people has left no choice but to lead us to the Wamlambez nation. You will not miss to hear this word in your day to day operation.

You cannot take Wamlambez from us

It has also become a way to great people. The most funny thing is that even the elderly are responding to it well.

In addition to that, we as Kenyans are okay with our Wamlambez. Our own composition that people are trying to mimic internationally. It is high time this people need to let us be and let this young kids keep making music.

Explicit content has been there for long. If one has been sleeping on their job should not bring us ‘Makasiriko’ when it is too late.

In conclusion Wamlambezz is here to stay. I just wish he knew how cool it at a social function when someone says Wamlambez and the Wamnyonyez response comes through..

Mashash is a slang word which is meant to mean bhang. Legalization of bhang has been a trending topic, in the government. This is due to the raising cases  of cancer risks and attacks, leading to many deaths. Thus its legalization has been a hit up topic, in lead by the late Kibera Mp Okoth.

What is this ‘Mashash’ about?

Team Ganji released hit song in topic about this bhang,, which they refer as ‘mashash’. In the song its said that ‘ niko mashash, niko mandom, referring of bhang effects. In the background of the song at the beginning its quoting Governor Sonko words. This is in referral to the late Mp Okoth whom said that this bhang is a remedy to cancer, thus quoting about its legalization.

The song goes ahead to explain how bhang makes people feel high. Leading to lots of side effects ‘ukipata nikicheka jua niko mashash, puf puf no change jua ni mashash,’ The mashash is highly inhaled. Bhang is used among youths in plenty for luxury purposes which is a theme sang deeply in the song with the slang.

The choreography of the song was well done. Its brought out a real picture of bhang use among the youths, despite what healing purpose for legalization. It tends to have hype in relation to the bhang effects, which in real sense is affecting the youths deeply.

To start with, the song is relevant in today’s generation. Why do I say so? Bhang has become a common drug with the young generation. Also, the rate at which even those in high positions are pushing for it is also alarming. Lets accept that music nowadays is also promoting drugs.

The video production here is great. Guardian Angel always has that special energy while doing his performance. I can listen to his work again and again without getting tired. Usikate Tamaa by Guardian Angel and Baraka Music is worth your time. It comes at a time when Kenyans need hope.

Eddy Kenzo suffers the blow for ‘disrespecting’ Jose Chameleone after collabo with Harmonize on ‘Inabana’

After their “Inabana” anthem hit the African airwaves, Eddy Kenzo and Harmonize have been trolled for being backbiters.

Big Talent CEO, Eddy Kenzo has been hit the most over the collabo that had previously featured Uganda’s legendary Jose Chameleone.

Among those who fired shots is Chameleone’s brother, Weasle Manizo who faulted Kenzo for insulting Chameleone’s brand by collaborating with Harmonize on the ‘Inabana’ jam.

Kenzo disrespected a music legend, Chameleone.

According to close sources to Eddy Kenzo, he is already afraid of facing the ‘Valu Valu’ hitmaker because of the rumors doing the rounds.

Defense

Apparently, Eddy Kenzo reveals he was not aware that there was an earlier version of ‘Inabana’ featuring Chameleone before collaborating with Konde Boy.

But unfortunately, masses are not buying the ‘cheap talk’. Chameleone’s fans believe Kenzo’s intention was to show the world that he is bigger and better than Chameleone.

Early morning, Diana Marua was leaving for Bahati’s video shoot when she caught her then-boyfriend, pants down with another woman.

Unfortunately, she always saw such kind of drama acted in movies, but never did she think it would happen to her, particularly on such a day.

Ms Marua was to star as the main vixen (bride) in Bahati’s song ‘Mapenzi’ that was basically a wedding inspired song.

So saddening and humiliating for her as tears gushed out of her eyes, but she had to piece herself together and leave with urgency.

My heart was torn apart. It is the very morning that we were going to shoot the Mapenzi video that I found my ex-boyfriend, cheating on me. Ni ka vitu zilikuwa zishahappen sasa walikuwa wanamalizia asubuhi ndo waambiane Goodbye. I remember I went back to the house to try and get myself together, coz I was leaving for Bahati’s video shoot. But I just lost words.

Nadia Mukami sues Hailemind Entertainment and its boss David Guoro

Fast-rising Kenyan songstress, Nadia Mukami has now taken her former management, Hailemind Entertainment to court.

However, the ‘Ikamate’ singer is not only suing the management but its boss, David Guoro as well.

Speaking exclusively to Kiss 100, the petite songbird pins it all on copyright infringement from her former management.

The previous case ended, but this time I am the one who sued him. I sued him like two days ago, because of copyrights infringement. I do not want to talk about that, my lawyers are dealing with it.

This comes barely 6 months after she exited Hailemind, which was her first home, citing irreconcilable differences.
