‘Praye Is Back For Good’ – Tiatia

Praye Tiatia, a member of the music trio group, Praye, says the group is back for good under the management of EKB records owned by Kiki Banson

According to Praye Tiatia, born Stephen Fiawoo, the group is now mature and they have put their past behind them.

Praye Tiatia, told Joy News‘ MzGee their maturity would reflect their new songs.

“The maturity will be felt in our compositions; even the way we behave we are in the studio has changed.  A lot has changed and it is for good. When you grow, you grow for good,” he stated.

However,  Tiatia, who rebranded to Cartel Big J after group members went their separate ways a few years ago was uncertain if the group’s bane was lack of maturity when they went their separate ways.

“We were young and when you are young so when you are growing you mature and you learn from your mistakes you’ve done in the past and bettered it. I will say we are in a better place.” He noted.

Praye, made up of also Praye Honeho, Tintin and Tiatia, came into the mainstream music in 2004. This was after they emerged winners at the maiden edition of the Nescafé African Revelations talent hunt.

Members of the group, however, went their separate ways in 2014 but two of them – Tintin and Tiatia- came back later to keep the group until Honeho(Choirmaster) joined recently. They are sure they won’t go their separate ways again.
