Kelvyn Boy Apologizes To Mark Okraku Mantey Over Copyright Infringement

Kelvynboy apologises to Mark Okraku Mantey.

Burniton Music Group artiste, Kelvyn Boy sincerely expressed regret to Mark Okraku Mantey. Moreover, the apology was for using a line of Oheneba Kissih’s ‘Asen Ben Ni’ song in his single, ‘Na You’ unlawfully.

Furthermore, the fast-rising singer, Kelvynboy apologized to Mark Okraku Mantey song on Hitz FM.

Mark made his intention to prompt the singer over the illicit act. However, he made it clear that he did not need his cash but just wanted recognition.

Kelvyn Boy in the interview with Andy Dosty admitted his mistake. Furthermore, he asked the music producer to forgive him.

He explained why he used words of Oheneba Kissih’s tune in his song. The VGMA’s unsung artiste disclosed that he liked the verse of the legendary highlife artiste. Hence his decision to add it in his ‘Na You’ single.

Also, he was asked why he did not contact the owner of the song or his producer, Mark Okreku Mantey for permission. Kelvyn Boy replied that he saw no need because it was just some few words of the song but not instrumentals, rhythm or sampling of the full song.
