Mark Okraku Mantey Says He’s Never Paid Tithe In His Life

Slip Music CEO, Mark Okraku Mantey reveals that he’s never paid tithe in his life.

Furthermore, he stated that he stopped paying tithes after a friend who’s a man of God told him that the commandment on giving a tenth of your earnings to the house of God only applies to that time of history and not now.

Also, he stated that, churches that take tithes these days are supposed to use it to help the needy. However, they do not do so either, meaning they are chopping the money for their own benefit.

“Let’s find out from those who work in the church whether they benefit from the tithe given in church. They are supposed to be the beneficiaries of that money.” 

“Why are we saying that we don’t want an eye for an eye because it is in the Old Testament? But as for tithe, we like it because some people are benefiting.”
