Most Ghanaian Entertainers ‘Fool’ On Social Media Before They Get Interviewed — Prince David Osei

Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei states that one of the surest ways to get on bigger and popular platforms for interviews is to ‘fool’ on social media. Furthermore, he made these comments without mincing words. He said that it was one of the surest ways rather than doing exceptional stuff.

Moreover, the actor isn’t happy about the current trend of celebrities and how they go about on social media.

“Why have we lowered the standards in our entertainment industry??? back in the days before a Radio/Television station will interview you then you must have done something remarkable, now just fool anywhere especially on social media then the next thing you being interviewed on top shows”.

Moreover, he added that these bigger and popular platforms charge celebrities doing something great higher amount of money before granting them audience. However, they grant pro bono interviews to the so-called celebrities ‘fooling’ on social media.

“Meanwhile, other folks doing great stuff in the game, have to beg and pay to be interviewed….Stakeholders in the game please wake up!!! No one is hating on one because it is not even worth it”, he fumed!

“In every institution there are standards, let us not condescend and compromise ours, we are the mirror of society. In case we have forgotten….Long live our Entertainment Industry.”
