Gone too soon? After claiming Mr M is ´dead´, Zari ditches her wedding ring

Zari Hassan is definitely a hard nut to crack. In fact, she is puzzling.

She apparently found a guy with a heavy South African accent, dated for a while, then got married. So now, we are here trying to figure out why she decided to call Mr M ´dead´ and take her ring off.

It has been a while since she received a bouquet of flowers, or opulent gifts, or even just a lunch out. The two even hardly take photos together anymore.

Then recently she screamed how ´broke´ she has become because of her new home.

Tanzanian female rapper, Rosa Ree has been compelled to apologize for her raunchy ¨Vitamin U¨ video with her Kenyan sweetheart, Timmy T Dat.

The public´s outcry demanded a public apology from the lass, with some referring to her as a disgrace to women.

Ree made her apology to her motherland, to fans and to East Africa at large for the explicit content.

My name is Rose Ree, I am a Tanzanian musician, I would like to say sorry to everyone who was offended by the video that has been doing rounds on social media. Today, I had a meeting with Tanzania Films Board and they have enlightened me on a number of things that I did not know. I have learnt about their regulations. From today onwards I will be forwarding my scripts to them and we will work together in harmony.

Tanzanian talent manager, Babu Tale has revealed that despite fact that he sits at the high table at WCB, it is not as easy as it might seem.

The youthful manager who scooped the Best African Talent/ Artists Managers 2019 award, remains thankful for the award but it is not only his effort.

Speaking in regard to his fellow Wasafi managers, Salam SK and Mkubwa Fella, he expressed:

Simba has been forced to speak ¨the babies´ language¨ with his toddler of a son.

This is after a video surfacing online, shows Chibu singing to Naseeb Junior´s tune. Words you can hardly interpret, and a sure sight to behold as Diamond entertains his little one.

Well, out-spoken radio queen, Kamene Goro was out to share her HIV test results with fans online, but it has now turned into a heated debate.

With her test result up, she simply captions:

Yes, it turns out negative however numerous the string of men she has been involved with.

But that´s not the gamble here. The debate comes in when Kenyans flock her page and comment:

Very insensitive to post a negative result. Should of taken the picture before the result appeared on the strip or taken a picture of the kit,that would of sufficed to get the message across. Maybe the intentions were good hearted but the execution couldn’t of been more flaud. This is a sensitive matter and frankly a private one, and those out there who are positive don’t need a constant reminder of their condition by people rubbing it in their faces by flaunting their negative results. The correct message should of been that off awareness and privacy.

 

This is my take. When you are in a position to educate people on issues that pertain to them and the society shuns upon, it is an unspoken duty to do just that. But one should do it while taking into consideration the sensitivity of each issue. Be sensitive to those who might not have such a result. Keep it on educating people. Whether you are safe or not does not bear weight on the unsafe. Educate everyone as an equal.

Akothee opens up about being mistreated by promoter during her show in the US

Singer Akothee is quite disappointed by one Sarah Okindo who invited her for a show which went down in Minneapolis, Minnesota this past weekend.

According to Akothee, the promoter not only frustrated her during her stay in the US by not providing a driver to pick her from the hotel;  but also canceled her return flight, left her with an unpaid hotel and did not give her the donations agreed upon for the Akothee foundation.

In a lengthy detailed post shared by the singer, Akothee wrote saying;

Mum I hope all I will say here is truth and God be my witness. You invited me to Minneapolis based on you wanting to promote and support Akothee foundation, My guts refused several times and I told my management I had other commitments in Nigeria on the 2nd, I was forced to cancel my flight to attend mineapolis show????????, @rumbanotes had paid for return flights on the 31st from Dallas to Paris, you ordered my manager to cancel the tickets and that you will buy new tickets for the 4th from mineapolis, ,Seattle Paris????, 4 days before the show ,you changed the venue and asked my manager tomake a new poster for new venue which he did, wanted prior dinner with me and your friends and I told my management that I dont engage before my perfomance, this was for your own good, you said you had people who wanted to donate for Akothee foundation, and manager told you that we can do that after the show????????, you came to the airport with your family with just one car ????well I love children so it wasn’t a problem for me,but we could hardly fit in????, you checked me into a budget hotel,I still kept my calm ,I was tired so I slept , the following day , you only checked Me into the hotel at 7.30 PM, I needed rest ,so I slept for 2 hours and was awake by 10.00 PM, I was ready for the show by 12.00 but there was no car to take me to the venue ,and you had not given the manager the balance ???? , you came to pick me up at 1.30 and we arrived at the venue at 2.00am

Through her Insta stories the Nairobi Governor´s firstborn daughter shared a photo of her with lover, Senator Anwar and her little baby girl having a family day out.

Seems she feels free enough to introduce her small family to the world and so has she allowed the Lamu Senator to have moments with her young daughter.

There is progress and hopefully for the better.

The pair went out as her man, Anwar treated his two girls to a lovely dinner date on Tuesday the 5th of November.

Harmonize´s message to Burna Boy after losing to him in the MTV EMA 2019 awards

Bongo star, Harmonize got nominated for the highly contested MTV EMA 2019 awards but lost it to Nigeria´s Burna Boy.

The two music stars got nominated under the category of Best African Act at the awards.

However, only one could emerge the winner as Burna Boy scooped two awards at the event that went down in Spain.

Konde Boy attended the event and commended Burna Boy for his performance at the awards.

An award that graced some of the best African artists inclusive of acts like Nasty C, Teni, Toofan and Prince Kaybee.

Disappointment

However, back home, fans were not pleased that Konde did not bag the award because according to them, he had channeled good enough backing.

Through a long Instagram post, she broke the news to the world but fans are still battling with her age that seems to have been a lie all along.

Today, I’ve stepped into the 3RD DECADE OF MY LIFE! I’ve never felt so certain and sure about the purpose that God has called me to live for. My prayer was to have a settled life and a family before this day and for sure, everything I ever wished for unfolded in God’s perfect timing.

Despite the successes, there were failures and things that she was unable to accomplish before she hit 30.

But that is what she believes have sharpened her to the woman she is proud to be today.

As I take time to relax, enjoy and meditate about my life, I have soo much to thank Him for, the things that worked and didn’t work out in my life, they’ve sharpened me to be who I am today. I’ve made many mistakes, I’ve learnt alot of lessons, no regrets; however, what matters most is the chance I have to breathe again and make everyday count.

30 has never looked soo promising and to have my ride or die by my side, one thing I’m sure of is that we will move mountains together, God is taking us to levels full of abundance just to reveal His glory through us. Babe, Thank you for making my life beautiful for assuring me everyday that nothing is impossible if I put my mind on it. This day will always be in my memory and I thank God He picked the best for me. The father to my amazing kids, I love and appreciate you everyday day of my life!

Ethic apologizes for rapey lyrics on their latest song, Tarimbo

Popular group Ethic has come out to apologize shortly after several people called out their latest song Tarimbo for having what many have referred to as rapey content.

According to the complaints, Rekless overstepped when writing the lyrics to the chorus where he is heard talking about using force on a lady with or without her permission.

This however left many concerned since not everybody is in a position to interpret the lyrics in a positive way – to avoid hurting the girl child.

In a statement shared on their Twitter page, the group made it clear that they had no intentions of hurting anyone.

They went on to add that they have enough respect for women since they are sons to their mothers and brothers to their sisters.

The current shocking state of affairs is that Kiss 100´s Andrew Kibe is married but single at the same time.

The radio personality hardly speaks in regard to his marital status but he recently lay it all bare though baffling.

While engaging with online comedian Ronoh in a Q&A session online recently, the out-spoken radio presenter revealed he has a proper wife but he has just been single for the 4 years.

It is complicated to understand but this implies two dimensions: that the two are either separated or in the process of a divorce.

Kibe said:

On paper, I am married, I have a proper wife…but I´ve been single for four years.

Previously, he had revealed that he has a son who is all-grown now but whose mother has not allowed him to see for the past 7 years.

We produced a very strong offspring. Until five years old, I was given the chance to see him. I later married another lady and my kid’s mother cut me off. Since then, I have never seen my child for 7-12 years.

He believes the woman denied him access to their child because she was disappointed the minute they sired a kid and instead of Kibe marrying her, he ran off to another.

She thought I would marry her, only for me to marry another woman, and I think that is what angered her.

More often than not, celebrities are unable to draw the line between fame and family. They walk into the striking arms of fame and forget they have a private life to lead as well.

Daniel Ndambuki, popularly known as Churchill has however defied the odds regardless of how high the ranks he has been able to scale.

The renowned Kenyan comedy star was able to draw the line pretty early in his life. He has been able to keep his beloveds away from the limelight.

Lest he forgets, he will not be Churchill for the rest of his life.

Yes, he keeps referring to his wife every other time, but one word is not a lead enough to point out who his better half actually is.

At some point after giving all my life to the public as I have done, I will jump into a private life with the people who have been pushing me from behind.

His advice to celebrities being to keep away their little angels from the limelight. So that they can lead their own lives and choose their own paths.

How he has managed to come so far, he attributes it to his father.

My dad was a great guy and he taught me the discipline of looking for work and working for the little coins that you have without waiting for handouts.

For him, discipline always forms a basis to success.

That discipline you take to the work ethic and living around the people you love and respecting your job. With discipline, you earn respect as well.

This he expressed during an event organized to recognize and award YouTube creators who have gone a long way.

Through her Insta stories, she revealed that prior to the date, she received a cake from her special one, with words engrossed:

Through her Insta stories, the mother of 1 has bashed trolls for sliding in her DM to trash her body weight.

According to fans, it has all been about her ¨being unhealthy; being too fat¨ that led to her hubby´s infidelity with a petite young lass.
