BhimNation Is Bigger Than Shatta Movement – Stonebwoy

Ghana’s top two dancehall artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebowy has for sometime now been fighting for supremacy in the dancehall genre in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

Each of these factions believes he is the superior than the other, and this has led to the exchange of several blows on social media.

The beef is so grave that it has further extended to their followers who also believe their icon is more superior.

According to the fans of Shatta Wale, he’s African dancehall king based on his mass following

whiles fans of Stonebwoy has the bragging rights based on the numerous dancehall artiste of

the year awards he’s bagged at the VGMA’s and the AFRIMA’s.

The battle for supremacy has always been drawn whenever there’s availability of space to brag

and in a recent interview by Stonebwoy on Adom FM, the ‘Top Skanka’ hitmaker claimed that

his fan base, popularly known as BhimNation is far bigger and larger than Shatta Wales’s Shatta

Movement.

BHIMnation is bigger and have more members like the sand at the seashore”, he said during a recent interview on Adom FM.

According to Stonebwoy, he’s the only artist to be referred to as a President when he visited

Prez. Nana Akuffo Addo at the Flagstaff House on the purpose of inviting him to his Bhim

Concert 18 last year which was held at the Fantasy Dome.
