Dancehall star, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has revealed that
he is taking his fiancee, Shatta Michy to Dubai to spend some quality pre-wedding
honeymoon and relax as they make plans to hold their wedding ceremony
Shatta Wale, real name Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, launched his third studio album ‘Reign’ on October 13, at the Fantasy Dome in Accra.
The ‘Baby’ crooner however gave Ghanaians and his fans the surprise of their lives when he
proposed to his long time girlfriend and baby mama Michy, born Michelle Diamond
Gbagonah during their stage performance at the launch of the album.
Shatta Wale, has however revealed that he is taking Michy to Dubai to
spend some quality pre-wedding honeymoon and relax as they make plans to hold
their wedding ceremony.

Shatta Wale in an interview with Joy News’ Becky after the Reign Album launch, said he wasn’t joking when he proposed marriage to Shatta Michy at the Reign launch on stage.
He explained that, now that he is done with the launch, he will be taking Shatta Michy to Dubai for them to relax and plan ahead of the wedding.
Shatta Wale added that people have said a lot about them and placed pressure on them to settle down but they do things at their own pace and they think this is the time to marry.
