A complete guide to finding the perfect eyebrow for your face shape.

Today, we’re talking the perfect eyebrow to match.

Eyebrows! Ah, that elegant part of our facial feature which is truly capable of making or breaking the whole beauty of our face. Stunning eyebrows are capable of hiding various imperfections of the face and improper eyebrows can make a perfect face look disgusting.

Although the natural reason for having eyebrows may be to prevent dust and sweat from falling into your eyes, it has also played a very important role in the overall aesthetics of the face. They help in enhancing your eyes as well as their colors.

A badly shaped eyebrow which is too thin or thick or just over the top can befoul your entire look.

When it comes to eyebrows the “one size fits all” rule simply doesn’t hold. Eyebrows come in various shapes naturally. It can be thick or thin or straight or curved and the list is never ending.

But when you do your eyebrows to enhance your look, not only the natural shape of your eyebrows, but also the shape of your face should be taken into consideration so that it looks awesome even without make up.

1.Round Face

Round faces usually look good with a little thick eyebrow, so if you have thin eyebrows or it has been plucked thin, use brow oil to grow it back and reshape it.

Make sure your eyebrows appear longer and you can do it by making the arches high and the corners as low as can be made.

2. Square Face

When you have a square face,the bigger the brows, the better they will look on your face and your eyes. This can be achieved by avoiding the sharp angles of your eyebrow arch.

Square faced people have a strong jaw line and the soft angles of your eyebrow should always compliment and reduce the sharpness of your jaw line.

Make sure your eyebrows are not too rounded and have a slight angle to it. Hence, you should try out soft angled eyebrows.

If you have thin eyebrows or eyebrows which have been too plucked, make sure to use a brow pencil to fill it in. The main point is to have eyebrows which are full and broad in nature and have a slight peak at the arches.

If you are very fair, you may consider using darker brow pencils to fill in your eyebrows as they will add more definition to your eyes as well as your face.

3.Flat Eyebrows For Oblong Face

Oblong faces are usually longer than they are wider and your primary focus must be to give it a more rounded shape with the help of your eyebrows. All you need to make your face intensified are flat eyebrows.

The oblong faces usually appear droopy in nature and to avoid it you will have to have sharp, flat eyebrows which will give it an edge.

Make sure that the corners of your eyebrows are extended and that too in a straight line and not pointed downwards. Downwards pointed eyebrows make the face look longer and drooped down, which is to be avoided under all conditions.

Make sure you thread your eyebrows regularly and it will automatically assume the desired shape.

4. Heart Shaped Face

While determining the perfect eyebrow shape which complements the heart shaped face can be difficult, sticking to the natural brow shape often doe the magic.

In case of a heart shape you need to fade out the shape of your face and make it less prominent which can be achieved by soft, round eyebrows.

Smooth curves are what you should be aiming for. Avoid high angles as they will snatch away the length which is much desired for your face shape.

People with heart shaped face should always have perfectly groomed eyebrows which are neither too thick nor too thin.

5.All Weather Eyebrows for Oval Face

These people are truly blessed when it comes to shaping the eyebrows. They can experiment it with their brow shapes and almost all brow shapes, be it light, dark, thick or thin; goes perfectly with them.

While experimentation is a pretty safe option for you guys, you might want to stick to the classic shape just to be safe.

For a perfectly balanced and complementary eyebrow you need to start right above the bridge of your nose. If you have a very thin nose, then you might consider trying a bit further away. You can start the arch after two third of your eyebrow length has been reached.

The bridge of your nose and eyebrow starting point can be aligned by placing a straight object aligning the two. Make sure that the end of the eyebrow is slightly longer than the length of your eyes so as to provide depth.

6.Diamond Shaped Face

As the main attraction of the diamond shaped face are the high cheek bones, hence you need soft, curvy eyebrows balance it out.

Avoid having highly arched or completely flat brows for this kind of a face.

Soft round brows will soften the outline of your face and make it appear more pleasant. It prevents the emphasis on the extremely angular shape of your face and makes it longer and soothing to look at.
