Ebony’s Management Set To Release Her New Album In Her Absence

The Management of the late dancehall artiste, Ebony Reigns says it’s ready to keep the musician alive by releasing the many songs she did whiles alive.

The management of the late Ebony, led by Bullet of Ruff n Smooth fame, said his record label, RuffTown Records – will release her next album in the coming days.

They made this revelation in an emotionally packed tribute at the one week-memorial service of the ‘Maame Hw3’ hitmaker.

Bullet’s Speech;

I have seen the kind of love that people are showing me. But I wish all these plaudits came after we have won the Artiste of the Year award. And not at Ebony’s funeral,”  Bullet said in a touching tribute.

“But life and death go together. I thank everybody that has come here to show love to Ebony Reigns. I won’t speak too much because we are mourning.

“Ebony is no more here with us, but as her manager and record label boss from RuffTown records/Midas Touch, I can assure everyone that Ebony Reigns will live forever. She’s going to live forever despite being dead.

She recorded a lot of songs before passing on, and we will make sure that her dreams still come true. So very soon we will drop her album.” Bullet said amidst tears.

He added that they will keep the flame of the late artiste lit for the world to know what she stood for.

“It is to ensure that Ebony Reigns will live forever.” The Manager explained, unable to restrain his tears from flowing.

An Endowment Fund and a Foundation would be set up in her name, Bullet said, adding death cannot rob the musician of her glory.

“Whatever Ebony Reigns wanted to do for the family, we will get it done,” Bullet said.

Meanwhile, the Management of the late Ebony, released one of her singles ‘Konkonsa Police’ last Friday to mark her 21st birthday.

Ebony’s Death;

Ebony Reigns, born Priscilla Poku- Kawrteng died in a car crash on the Kumasi-Sunyani highway. She was returning to Accra after paying a short visit to her mother who had visited from the UK.

She died with two others – Franky Kuri and Lance Corporal Vondee Atsu – who were with her in the vehicle

The one-week memorial service of the late songstress took place yesterday at the St Martin de Porres School at Dansoman.

Many Ghanaians, fans and celebrities trooped in to grieve and mourn with the bereaved family.

The date for her burial ceremony is however scheduled for March 17, 2018 in Accra.
