Los Angeles: Joselyn Dumas, Nikki Samonas Attend Premiere For ’40 & Single’(PHOTOS)

Multiple-awards-winning actresses and TV personalities Joselyn Dumas and Nikki Samonas

are currently at the 2018 LA Film festival happening in Los Angles.

The actresses, yesterday, attended the premiere of their new film titled ‘40 & Single‘.

‘40 & Single‘ was directed by Leila Djansi, and produced by Nathalie Anang, Akofa Djankui and Laurene Addy.

Apparently the turnout for the premieres was great and Joselyn took to her Instagram page to thank patrons for their support and love.

She shared some red carpet photos from the event with the caption;

“Such a warm reception at the #LAFilFestival Premiere of @WatchUMC ‘s New Exciting Original Series #40andSingle directed by @LeilaDjansi
(•Coming to@WatchUMC this Fall•)”

The series has other casts such as Nikki Samonas, Vanessa Williams, Hollywood actress Miranda Bailey, American actor, singer and producer Leon, among others.

Synopsis:

A single, bisexual, mixed-race bridal fashion designer maneuvers life and business in post-colonial Africa.

3 Music Awards ‘Settles’ Joselyn Dumas After Public Rant

Organizers of the 3 Music awards scheme have finally settled their debt with media personality cum actress Joselyn Dumas.

This follows the actress’ public display of anger towards organizers of the awards scheme months after serving as host for this year’s awards.

Miss Dumas on July 4 took to her Twitter handle to vent her spleen claiming that 3 Music Awards has still not honored their end of the bargain after she undisputedly delivered nicely at the event.

She also added that, working for them was not a pro-bono and therefore payment should be made as agreed.

Joselyn further expressed her bitter thoughts on how the Ghanaian entertainment industry makes it difficult for celebrities to support their own.

“Dear @3musicAwards when you hire the service of a talent and you agree on a payment, you honor your end of the bargain as I honored mine…. no one works for free,” she tweeted.

In a recent tweet however, Joselyn has made it known that the issue has been settled amicably.

It is therefore believed that, she has been paid what is due her.

3Music Awards scheme was launched in 2017 to celebrate our music legends.

The maiden edition of the show took place at the Fantasy Dome at the Trade Fair Centre in March.

It was hosted by Joselyn Dumas and rapper D Black

She tweeted; “Im glad we’ve settled this @ 3musicAwards thank you.”

The semi-final auditions for Ghana’s revered pageantry, Miss Malaika Ghana 2018 came off over the weekend.

Actress Jackie Appiah was also present there not as a contestant though.

Media Personalities, Naa Ashorkor, Joselyn Dumas and Berla Mundi joined her as judges for the day.

These four gorgeous ladies took their respective seats as panel of judges for the pageantry preliminaries.

They were selected as judges to oversee the selection of ladies who make the cut for this year’s Miss Malaika pageantry.

Aside the ladies eloquence in asking questions, another thing worthy of note was their outfits.

The four ladies were however looking radiant in colorful African print dresses which were just hard to ignore.

PHOTOS: All The Dresses Joselyn Dumas Wore At The 2018 GMAA

The ever gorgeous actress and media personality, Joselyn Dumas is certainly one of the most fashionable celebs in Ghana.

The actress has over the years left her imprints on any red carpet event she attends.

She once again did that at the just ended Golden Movie Awards Africa of which she was a host.

Now as a host, usually, they do change of clothes at intervals they themselves deem fit.

Joselyn was spotted in two other very gorgeous outfits for the night aside the one used on the red carpet.

1. Now let’s begin with this particularly marvelous dress.

A mermaid black colored, armless gown which accentuated her beautiful curves.

Joselyn was styled for the night by the multiple award winning styling brand KELVINCENT.

Now the brand was so stylish that considering the nature of the outfit, Joselyn had no other accessories on.

What did this do, it surly made the dress very notable as it sparkled under the camera lights.

They also designed actress Sandra Ankobiah’s outfit for the night.

2. The second dress for the night was a a multi colored straight and off-shoulder dress.

Lauren Haute Couture takes credit for designing this particular dress. They are also the designers of Nana Aba Anamoah’s beautiful dress for the night.

3. Last but no least was this other amazing dress by Ophelia Crossland.

Joselyn in this dress, a one-hand and just a little below the knee was indeed a beautiful sight to behold.

It perfectly brought out her beautiful features as it was matched with a sparkling headpiece from Velma’s Accessories.

Indeed, Joselyn played her role well as the hostess of the event and was one of the spectacularly dresses celebs on the night.

Congratulations to all the designers of her outfits for the night, They surely did a wonderful work.

 

Yvonne Okoro, Joselyn And Nana Ama As Cover Girls For The Latest Edition Of Glitz Africa Magazine

Glitz Africa Magazine is set to release its April issue which will also be its 20th.

However, it has dropped the cover of the magazine and featuring it are three beautiful and gorgeous women.

Featuring and serving as cover girls for this episode of the mag are three Ghanaian actresses.

They include; Joselyn Dumas, Nana Ama McBrown and Yvonne Okoro stunning on the covers.

Glitz Africa surely have an eagle’s eyes as they left no stone unturned in picking three of the most talented and beautiful actresses in the country.

May’s issue acknowledges this talented trio in the movie industry.

Glitz Africa Magazine has since its inception, consistently published high-quality issue. They do this every quarter to highlight and celebrate the contemporary African lifestyle and entertainment.

 

It titles this issue as, ‘Queens of the Pack’ and we can’t agree more.

All three ladies are looking absolutely stunning and flamboyant in black on the cover.

Their ‘no hand’ evening wears revealing just a bit of their flesh is a sight to behold.

The actresses took to their official social media handles to post the picture of the cover proudly. We love the cover like anything. More power to the elbows of these amazing ladies who have achieved so much for Ghana and themselves.
