Trigmatic Drops Visuals For New Single ‘Where We Dey Go'(VIDEO)

Musician cum broadcaster, Nana Yaw Oduro Agyei, best known as Trigmatic has released the official video for his latest single, “Where We Dey Go”.

The most moving piece in recent years arrives as evocative social commentary. Trig blends this by discussing the place of truth, corruption, leadership among other themes essential for national soul-searching.

Sung over biting percussion and haunting string and piano (courtesy Genius Selection), the number sees a dejected Trigmatic ask, rhetorically — after taking stock of a society inundated in daily evil and misplaced priorities; “Where We Dey Go” during a wailful chorus —a lamentation on the lips of nearly every Ghanaian about the snail-pace of the country’s progress.

A versatile act, Trigmatic has been active since 2007, and has published Stains on a Cloth (mixtape), Permanent Stains, SOUL-u-TIONS, and M.A.T.I.C.

He’s also recipient of several laurels including VGMA Best Rapper of the Year (2011) and Record of the Year (2014).

Best Dancehall Song of the Year (BASS Awards 2014), Best Special Effect Video (4Syte Music Video awards, 2013), Best Practice Dubai Award, are also inclusive.

“Where We Dey Go” is published under Da Trig Entertainment. Prince Dovlo takes credit for directing this wonderful piece.
