Budding singer, Wendy Shay has since her introduction by her manager Bullet has come under lots of criticisms.

Many beleive that the ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker is trying to be ‘like’ the late Ebony Reigns.

Wendy, who had been quite on such issues for sometime now has finally expressed her she feels about the whole issue.

During a live interview on Zylofon TV, the RuffTown records artiste eulogized her former record mate during a live interview on Zylofon.

Wendy with all sadness spoke at length on the late singer and what makes her remember the ‘Maame Hw3’ hitmaker.

According to her, Ebony’s ‘Poison’ song is her favourite of all time and that’s the song she remembers her for.

One of the most talked about artistes on social media currently in Ghana is RuffTown Records signee, Wendy Shay.

Wendy has been the ‘toast’ of many social media users for some days now because of her hairstyle.

According to them, the ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker has kept the same weave-on for close to four months now.

They therefore called her out to have a change of her weave-on since it’s not even her own natural hair.

But both Wendy and her manager, Bullet came out to say that, the hair is part of Wendy’s brand.

However, she has been spotted with a different hairstyle in recent photos. Not to say that she has removed the previous weave-on. She still has it on but has dyed it from black to brown.

In the photos which Wendy shared on her Instagram page, she has the front section of the hair rolled in buns with the rest left loose.

As usual, some of her followers are still insisting she changes the whole hair and not the color.

Meanwhile, Bullet has also come out to say that, the troll Wendy received about her hair has won her an ambassadorial deal.

Fast-rising musician, Wendy Addo, best known by her stage name, Wendy Shay has said that she sees nothing wrong with a performer revealing part of her body on stage.

According to the singer, exposing one’s body as an entertainer is part of the package because artistes are meant to entertain their audience with what they’ve got.

“If Mzvee or I, dress to the stage with things that bring out my body because of my figure I don’t see anything wrong with it,” she said in an interview on Accra FM.

Wendy believes that, all that is just an act to entertain her audience.

 “A nurse wears her uniform so that one can identify that this person is a nurse. If you are an actor or singer you are an entertainer and you have to entertain your audience. For me, I call it an act it’s just an act,” she said.

She however, indicated that “everyone admires something beautiful but I didn’t say we should be exposing our bodies. I didn’t say when you expose your body that’s fine, like going extreme”.

The ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker added she will however not wear revealing cloths when she is not on stage.

“I won’t dress like that to the market, it is just for the stage.”

Budding Ghanaian musician, Wendy Shay has said she will pick Patapaa over Shatta Wale any day.

RuffTown records artiste was asked to pick celebrities she will like to roll with in an interview with Pulse Ghana .

The game was about she choosing who she will marry, sleep with or kill which stand for passing someone over.

The songstress without mincing words professed her undying love for the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker. She however took a pass on the ‘Gringo’ hitmaker, Shatta Wale among others.

She also revealed that she finalized a 5-year contract with Rufftown records in the month of March 2018.

Wendy has already dropped her first single ‘Uber Driver’ and it’s enjoying massive airplay and downloads.
