Romy Jones reveals why Wasafi records biggest weakness is women

Diamond Platnumz brother aka Wasafi records official DJ recently opened up about the major issue slowing down his brother’s music company.

Speaking during a recent interview Romy Jones made it known that the big problem they are facing as a company is having too many women around them.

The popular DJ went on to add the problem has also been affecting their families since their girlfriends/wives don’t seem to understand this. He said;

Zari taunts Hamisa Mobetto as court throws out child support case filed against Diamond

Zari and her husband Diamond finally have the last laugh. Dar es Salaam ruled in their favor in the child support case filed by Hamisa Mobetto.

Mobetto sued Diamond on October 5th demanding Kes 230,000 monthly child upkeep for their son. Diamond contested the demand stating that he couldn’t afford to pay the amount.

Kisutu Juvenile Court in Dar es Salaam on Friday 10th November threw out the child support case. Magistrate Devotha Kisoka gave her ruling after listening to submissions by both Mobetto and Diamond’s lawyers.

The court also failed to compel Diamond to issue an official apology as demanded by Mobetto. The lass separately sued her baby daddy for defamation. She claims Diamond called her a loose woman for for sleeping with him behind Zari’s back.

Zari and Hamisa Mobeto were embroiled in catfight on SnapChat before the court ruling. Zari says Mobetto lacks dignity in pursuit of the child support money.

Zari couldn’t hide her joy after the court ruled in her husband’s favor. She taunted Mobetto in her post on social media after Kisutu Juvenile Court threw out the child support case.

“Out here rising above the noise….. #StreetsOfLondon,” Zari captioned one of the photos she shared on social media.

The mother of five accompanied her husband to United Kingdom. Diamond is in London for business, he also attended 2017 MTV EMA.

It is no secret that Diamond Platnumz mum favors Zari compared to Hamisa Mobetto. Even after getting the third grandchild, mama Diamond Platnumz has made it public that she does not recognize Hamisa Mobetto’s son.

Lately, the Tanzanian superstar’s mother has been hinting that she wants a photocopy machine from Zari Hassan. However, the lady does not mean an actual ‘photocopy machine’ but another grandchild that will look like her son.

In her latest photo she shared the photo below captioning it:

Court cases are bedeviling Wasafi records’ top management. Diamond has two court cases to deal with while his manager Babu Tale is in contempt of court ruling.

Dar es Salaam juvenile court heard Diamond’s child support case on Thursday November 9th. The singer’s lawyer requested the court to dismiss the case against his client.  The court however postponed the ruling to Friday November 10th.

Msondo Ngoma music band has filed a new case against Diamond and his Wafasi record. The band’s lawyer wants Diamond to compensate his client Tsh 300 million or Kes 13.7 million for using Msondo Ngoma’s saxophone melody in ‘Zilipendwa’ hit song without their approval.

Diamond’s manager risks losing property in auction

Babu Tale and his brother Iddi Tale Tale could be sentenced to jail. The two were directed by the court to pay a fine of Tsh250 million or Kes 11 million to a Muslim motivational speaker Sheikh Mbonde.

The sheikh accused Babu Tales’ Company Tip Top of using his recorded religious video clips for business purposes without his consent. Diamond’s manager co-owns Tip Top with his brother Iddi.

The court found Tip Top Company culpable and awarded the sheikh the Kes 11 million compensation. Babu Tale and his brother have not been able to pay the sheikh to date.

The court also ruled that in the event Tip Top fails to pay, then its property would be auctioned to get the money.

Hamisa Mobeto is a devoted follower of fashion. But of late she has been making headlines for causing drama threatening to ruin Diamond Platnumz’s marriage.

The mother of two is a known fashionista in Africa. Hamisa’s posts on social media depict her taste for trendy outfits and her love for fashion.

The 4th annual Starqt Awards went down at Bedford View City hall in Johannesburg, South Africa on Saturday. Starqt Award celebrates and honors achievers and their impact on community.

There were many categories under the four major divisions;Unsung heroes, Business, Lifestyle and Entertainment. Hamisa Mobeto won ‘People Choice Awards’.

Diamond’s brother Romy Jones grumbles about scandalous love affairs says will cause the downfall of Wasafi

Wasafi artists including Diamond Platnumz have been caught in all manner of scandalous love affairs. Diamond’s brother Romeo Abdul Jones popularly known as Romy Jones warns about these scandals.

Romy Jones is Diamond’s official DJ and a senior member of Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB). Diamond and Romy have managed to stick together since childhood.

Diamond’s elder brother traveled to Kenya over the past weekend. Romy was interviewed by at least two Standard Group affiliate news outlet including Radio Maisha and Word Is.

Women love Wasafi artists

The Tanzanian DJ revealed that Bongo women throw themselves to Wafasi artists during an interview with Word Is. He says ladies have become a big concern to them.

Romy states that artists getting trapped by women could be one of the things that might lead to their downfall. He reveals that ladies cause trouble at Wasafi office and even pose a threat to their own families.

Romy Jones has managed to keep his relationship under the wraps. Fellow Wasafi artists like Diamond, Harmonize and even Rayvanny have had glitches in their relationships.

Diamond will today Thursday November 9th know his fate in a child support case filed against him. Hamisa Mobeto and Zari are fighting over the said child support case.

Hamisa Mobeto sued Diamond demanding Kes 230,000 monthly upkeep for their son. Diamond contests the demand stating that he can’t afford to pay the amount.

Diamond’s case will be heard on Thursday November 9th at the Dar es salaam juvenile court. The ‘Hallelujah’ hit maker will be represented by his lawyer as he’s in UK to headline a concert in London.

Meanwhile Diamond’s baby mamas are busy hurling insults at each other. Zari and Hamisa Mobeto were embroiled in another catfight on SnapChat.

Zari says Mobeto lacks dignity in pursuit of child support money. She encourages her to seek support from the next man she dates.

“It’s the same way that he’s gonna take you out…Me Im gonna ask for child support from you…from who..Me Zari, I will walk away with all my dignity, They are your kids why does the b**** have to fight for child support, he is your child go and support him…If you don’t support your kids, it’s fine, nigga move, let the next nigger take over,” Zari rants.

Mobeto replies by dragging Ivan into the fight. She says Zari hid her ex husband’s death for a while so that she could have enough time to seize the deceased’s wealth.

“Some woman who had to claim her dead husband was still alive because she needed enough time to flex for what to use to bring her children up, is not ashamed to call another a b***** and tell her to wait for the next man to take up the responsibility?”

Zari shares a photo of Diamond Platnumz with ‘no clothes’ on

The power couple is back! Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz and his baby mama have lately been spotted hanging out together.

Currently the two in London where the singer is set to perform at an upcoming event this weekend.

Seems that they arrived early the two have been sharing videos through their snapchats accounts showing fans what they have been up to. Zari however seems to be having fun since she got her man back – even after he cheated on her!

A few hours ago, the bosslady shared a short snap in their hotel bathroom looking all dressed up while her baby daddy is seen on the background hiding behind her back with no clothes on.

Zari also happened to caption the photo saying;

Am some and he has another hour to dress?

Are they back together?

We cannot confirm this since the two have always had an on and off relationship. But word on the street is that Diamond Platnumz can’t afford to leave Zari since she has helped him get a lot of deals for his career.

A few weeks ago Hamisa Mobetto shared a video of Zari Hassan and Diamond Platnumz advertising Danube, a popular store in Tanzania. We however understand she did this since the video was shot to mock her and in return she decided to upload it on her Instagram as a way of showing her feelings were not hurt.

The video raised a lot of mixed reactions on social media as fans rushed to call out Zari and Diamond for pulling such a ‘cheap stunt’….for the sake of more money.

However, we have now learnt that the owners of the Danube store recently asked Hamisa Mobetto t pull down the video as she was not part of the agreed team who were supposed to share the video on social media.

“If you hate me f**k you, i got money more than you” Diamond goes HAM on trolls

Zero chills! Diamond has decided to take his detractors head on. The Tanzanian superstar was recently trolled over his post on Instagram.

Diamond was on the receiving end of offensive remarks from enraged netizens over his post. The ‘Hallelujah’ hit maker stirred up plenty of bile when he referred his kids as ‘my sperms’ in a post on IG.

Baba Tiffah however does not give a damn about what critics said about him. Diamond threw a major shade at haters who trolled him over his post.

Diamond says the people who hate on him are broke ass niggas. The singer explains that people who have money have no time on hating on other people.

“You don’t need to hate me because i don’t hate you. By the way i don’t f**king know you. The person that hates me i don’t know you. I only know people who love me because i concentrate on the people who love me, who support me.

“If you hate me f**k you i don’t know you. You don’t need to stress me up because i know you must be broke. If you are not broke then no way you can hate me. If you hate me you are motherf**king broke. And if you are broke you can’t stress me up because i gotta money more than you, i gotta cars more than you, i gotta houses more than you,” Diamond ranted.

Has Hamisa Mobetto decided to raise her son alone? Check out what she did this time around!

Hamisa Mobetto has been the talk of town for the past few months. This is because the lady revealed to have given birth to Diamond Platnumz third child and even after going public about the issue, the singer and his family seem not to be bothered with the baby.

Diamond Platnumz and his mother have made it public that they only recognize Zari’s children thus raising eyebrows among their fans who cannot understand why they would do this to the three months old baby and his mother.

Hamisa Mobetto on the other hand has also started detaching herself from her baby daddy and this can be seen in her latest move where she decided to omit Diamond Platnumz name from her son’s Instagram bio where she had earlier written it.

From previous interviews, Hamisa Mobetto also made it public that the singer has not been supporting their son – something that saw her seek help from the court.

We can however not be sure what their arrangement is for the mean time but looking at Hamisa Mobetto and Diamond Platnumz social media pages we understand that they have decided to move on with their lives like before.

Apparently most Tanzanians don’t like vulgar posts. Diamond offended his compatriots when he made offensive reference to his offspring.

Diamond shared a photo he posed with his children Nillan na Tiffah Dangote. The ‘Hallelujah’ hit maker referred his kids as ‘my sperms’ in the caption.

“My Sperms and i!!!……? @princess_tiffah @princenillan,” wrote Diamond.

Diamond shoots video for his new collabo with American crooner Omarion

Diamond has teamed up with another American musician to drop a new song. The Tanzanian star has already shot video for his new song with Omarion.

Diamond was in America looking for new deals about three weeks ago. The ‘Hallelujah’ hit maker shot a new video with rapper Rick Ross in Miami.

Well, apparently Simba is stopping at nothing when it comes to international collaborations. Diamond is set to drop a new collabo with Omarion soon. Over the weekend the snippet of their video and photos from the video shoot went viral on social media.

Namibians boycott Omarion’s concert

Meanwhile Omarion’s concert in Windhoek on Friday October 27th flopped terribly. Namibians boycotted Omarion’s show at the Independence Stadium after he failed show up for a press conference earlier in the day after he touched down in Windhoek.

The Independence Stadium in Windhoek looked like the polling stations in Kakamega, completely deserted.

 

 

Zari Hassan and Diamond Platnumz daughter picks a skin disease from school, this is how it is affecting her!

Tiffah Dangote is among the most popular children we have come to know in East Africa. She is barely 5 years but so far many artists have been mentioning her name in their songs and I bet this is because she is Diamond and Zari’s only only baby girl!

Anyway just recently I happened to bump into a photo shared on Tiffah Dangote’s page revealing that she happened to catch a skin disease from school and it has now started affecting her hair.

From the caption it is easy to see that the post was shared by her mum who wrote to say,

I have beautiful hair and no it’s not the braids causing problems. I had a skin disease i picked from school. Let my hair be, it will grow back soon?good morning.

Looking at the photo shared on Tiffah’s page it’s not quite visible to see some of the effects apart from the the brownish color it has.

Meet the simple woman who makes Diamond Platnumz mum’s hair, slay queens should take notes!

One would think that Diamond Platnumz mother, Sandra or mama Dangote goes to posh saloons to get her hair done. However, this is not the case as revealed in her latest post where she introduced the young lady who braids her hair.

Unlike what we expected, Mama Dangote often gets her hair done in the comfort of her home by one simple looking lady who she shared a photo introducing her to her fans.

As seen in previous photos the super star’s mum prefers to have simple cornrows which are easily maintained – however she gets to wear expensive wigs when invited to big events since she also needs to look classy to complete her son.

Hamisa Mobeto: I have been dating Diamond for 9 years. We planned to have a child together

Apparently Hamisa Mobeto and Diamond’s love affair didn’t start last year. Diamond only impregnated Mobeto in November 2016 but their love affair goes way back.

Mobeto spilled the beans during an interview with Clouds TV’s Soudy Brown on Sunday October 15th. The Tanzanian  model says she has been in a relationship with Diamond for almost 10 years.

The mother of two revealed this while explaining her decision to sue Diamond over child support. Hamisa sued her baby daddy for failing to provide financial assistance to their son.

“Mwanamke ambaye anakubali kukubebea mimba, mnalea wote mimba miezi tisa mingine hadi 10 halafu mgombane kidogo hakupeleki mahakamani, haijawahi kutokea labda huyo mtu awe hajawahi kukupenda. Mtu ambaye nina uhusiano naye takribani miaka tisa na sasa inaingia kumi, siwezi kukurupuka na kusema namfungulia mashtaka,” said Mobeto.

Mobeto also says she didn’t get her son by accident or tricked Diamond into impregnating her. The lass affirms that they jointly agreed to get a baby. She explains that she truly loves Diamond that’s why she agreed to have a child with him.

“Watu ni lazima waelewe mwanamke hawezi kuinuka moja kwa moja kwenda mahakamani, kuna hatua zinatakiwa zifanyike, mimi nampenda mwanaume hadi nikaamua kuzaa naye na kabla ya kuzaa mnaanza kujadili, mwanaume hapangi kuzaa na mtu kama hayupo tayari, baadaye mnakubaliana wacha tuzae.”

Hamisa also revealed that Diamond named their son Abdullatiff before he was born. She explains that the singer wanted his son’s name to sound like Latifa (Diamond’s daughter with Zari Hassan).

Mobeto claims that Diamond changed the name after news broke that he had knocked her up.  She says Diamond renamed their son Dyallan.

“Kwanza kabisa mtoto alipewa jina la Abdullatiff na baba yake nikiwa mjamzito, hiyo ni kwa sababu linaendana na la dada yake Latifa, kwa hiyo alipewa hilo na baba yake vitu vikaenda yakatokea yaliyotokea akakataa ujauzito katika mahojiano ya kipindi cha XXL cha Clouds FM. Aliita Dyallan ili liendane na Nillan, mimi nikawa nishapenda Abdullattiff kwa sababu ni jina lenye nguvu, nikashindwa kubadilisha kwa kuwa hata mimi nina majina mawili naitwa Hamisa na Christina, kwa hiyo sasa nimeamua mwanangu ataitwa DyllanAbdullatif.”

Luc Belaire founder Brett Berish hosted Diamond and his crew at his palatial house. The Tanzanian singer is among a few artists and celebrities who endorse the famous wine brand.

DJ Khalid and rapper Rick Ross are some of the international celebs who are Luc Belaire brand ambassadors. Huddah Monroe and Diamond Platnumz are also Luc Belaire brand ambassadors.

Rick Ross and Diamond Platnumz finally shoot video for their new song (Video)

Diamond traveled to America to attend the 4th Annual African Muzik Magazine awards (Afrimma) and also to shoot new video with Rick Ross.

The Tanzanian superstar performed in Dallas, Texas on Sunday October 8th during Afrimma award gala before he flew to Miami, Florida to shoot new video with William Leonard Roberts II, known professionally by his stage name Rick Ross.

Both Diamond and Rick Ross are Luc Belaire brand ambassadors, speculations about their collabo started when DJ Khalid (another Luc Belaire brand ambassador and Rick Ross crony) started following Diamond on Instagram.

Irate Kampala fans interrupt Diamond’s performance to demand apology from him (Video)

Diamond Platnumz encountered a hostile crowd in Uganda when he was performing at Kampala City Carnival on Friday night October 6th.

The Tanzanian singer traveled to Uganda on Thursday evening to headline the three-day carnival which incorporates several events including a charity concert to raise money for the refurbishment of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) primary schools.

Section of Ugandan fans were not pleased by Diamond’s infidelity given that Zari is from that country. Even before the Kampala City Carnival  kicked off, some fans were seen carrying placards with a message warning Diamond to desist from cheating on Zari with Hamisa Mobeto, Wema Sepetu and Dillish Mathews.

Drama was witnessed during Diamond’s performance at Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala when a section of fans booed and demanded an apology from the ‘Hallelujah’ hit maker.

Diamond and Victoria Kimani win big in Afrimma Awards 2017 (Photos)

The 4th Annual African Muzik Magazine awards (Afrimma) also now known as Afrimma awards and music festival, went down on Sunday October 8th at ‘House of Blues’, Dallas , Texas, United States.

For starters, Afrimma is the biggest African music awards ceremony in diaspora that fete African music and artists from all over the world.

Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz won Afrimma award for Best Artist of the Year 2017 while Kenya’s own Victoria Kimani scooped Best Female East Africa, which was previously won by Akothee in 2016.

Triplets Ghetto Kids (TGK) from Uganda won Afrimma award for Best Dancers Africa 2017. The group shot to fame following their exemplary performance in the hit song “Unforgettable” by the American rapper French Montana featuring Swae Lee.

Diamond Platnumz mum comes forth to defend her grandson, but why is her son quiet about the matter?

Mama Naseeb has finally spoken after rumor had it that Diamond Platnumz ran a DNA test on Prince Nilan only to find out that he was not his son as reported by several Tanzanian news outlets.

His mother has however brushed off the rumors by sharing the boy’s picture a few hours to let people know that Nilan is a Tanzanian baby unlike what many are saying.

This comes as a surprise since rumor has it that there is evidence showing that Nilan is not Dee’s son hence his silence about the matter.

Did Wema Sepetu spend a whole week at Diamond Platnumz house? She responds

Word making rounds on social media is that Wema Sepetu and Diamond Platnumz are back to being ‘just friends’.

However…. their relationship is said not to be the usual ‘friendship’ since the two were once lovers making it hard to believe that they just sit and talk without facing any temptations.

Since reconciling Wema Sepetu is said to have become a bit too close with Diamond Platnumz to a point where she has been making frequent visits to the Tanzanian singer’s house and is believed to have stayed there for a week before moving back to her house.

She is also said to have been visiting his office where they both share ‘ideas’ and seems like the one of Wasafi Records boys snitched this to a popular tabloid in Tanzania.

Anyway…Wema Sepetu has responded to these rumors by saying:

Is this the reason why Diamond Platnumz prefers sharing Tiffah photos compared to Nilan?

Word making rounds on social media is that Diamond Platnumz already carried a DNA test on his son Nillan, only to find out that the baby is not his.

This comes a few weeks after he celebrated the birth of his second son, Abdul Naseeb who was welcomed to the world about two months ago by his mum Hamisa Mobetto.

Anyway, the rumors goes on to add that Diamond Platnumz carried the test in private as he did not want to alarm Zari who already knew that Dee was not the father of her son.

The reports which were first shared by several Tanzanian news outlets go on to add that after finding out the truth Diamond Platnumz chose to protect Zari from the public embarrassment as he did not want the public involved.

He however made the announcement in the Wasafi records whatsApp group where he told his boys about the DNA results from Nillan’s test.

Looking at his social media pages I also realized that he rarely shares photos of the toddler and even after flying in SA during Zari’s birthday he did not make any effort to share his son’s photo – wherelse he shared a video hanging out with Tiffah. So could this mean that Zari Hassan also played him with her late husband?

Guess we will have to wait for the DNA results to be shared online to confirm this.

Zari reveals why she refused to accompany Diamond to Kampala for a three-day carnival

Diamond Platnumz safely handed in Kampala, Uganda ahead of a three-day carnival even as his wife Zari Hassan was missing in action.

Zari, who deleted all photos of Diamond from her social media accounts signalling the end of their relationship, revealed she had other engagements couldn’t make it to Kampala City Carnival. It was earlier reported that she would attend the carnival which Diamond will headline.

“Unfortunately I will not be attending the Kampala charity festival as advertised by some blogs due to personal commitments. Hope u enjoy,” Zari tweeted on Wednesday October 4th before she deleted Diamond’s photos.

The Kampala City Carnival is three-day event which kicks off this Friday October 6th. The carnival incorporates several events including a charity concert to raise money for the refurbishment of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) primary schools.

The charity concert will be held at Kololo Independence grounds and Diamond Platnumz is the main act, several Ugandan artistes will also perform.

 

 

 

Diamond Platnumz baby Mama’s fail to wish him a happy birthday, this is what they were up to!

Yesterday Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz celebrated his birthday in style as he visited the hospital he was born at back in 1989. But before this the singer held a yacht party with his friends and a few models who came through to mark this special day.

His baby mamas Zari Hassan and Hamisa Mobetto however did not join the rest at wishing the singer a happy birthday. From their posts these ladies were just carrying on with their usual activities and did not seem bothered.

Looking at Zari Hassan’s instagram page – seems that the lady had a business meeting and her caption was just enough to know that she did not care what was going on with the father of her child. She posted to say;

New month, new goals. Thank you @speshoz for my suit. Happy October everyone?

Hamisa on the other hand also shared a post where she is seen bonding with her son and from her caption she seemed grateful to have given birth to such a beautiful child who now completes her world. She wrote saying…
