Uproar! Raila Odinga is sworn in solo as Kalonzo ‘the watermelon’ skips the event

Nasa supporters are once again calling Kalonzo Musyoka ‘Judas’. The Nasa co-principal was nowhere to be seen as Raila Odinga took oath of office.

Raila was finally sworn-in at around 3:20pm at a packed Uhuru Park. The Nasa leader was expected to arrive at Uhuru Park in company of his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka but he was nowhere to be seen.

Raila was sworn in by TJ Kajwang who is also an advocate of the High Court. He received a certificate after he took oath of office as the people’s president.

Other principals missing

Raila assured his supporters that Kalonzo would be sworn in at a different date. Other Nasa principals Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula also didn’t attend the swearing-in.

Kenyans on Twitter have still expressed their anger with Kalonzo even after Raila explained that he will be sworn in at a different date.

All the same an advocate of the High Court will administer the oath of office to Raila Odinga. TJ Kajwang has been tasking with swearing-in Raila and Kalonzo as the people’s president and deputy president.

“Arrest Raila Odinga now or let the nation go to the dogs” Duale’s sweetheart Nazlin Umar instructs Uhuru Kenyatta

Nazlin Umar wants president Uhuru Kenyatta to arrest Raila Odinga immediately. The onetime presidential candidate labels Raila as con artist.

Duale’s sweetheart says failing to arrest Raila is letting Kenya go to the dogs. Nazlin says the Nasa leader is leading his supporters to their deaths.

“Arrest Raila Odinga now or let the nation go to the dogs Mr. President Uhuru Kenyatta. You have to be firm not just soft and diplomatic. You can’t govern a country like its a hyacinth forest!

“The coward lawless rebel leader, liar who gets his broke, poor jobless supporters killed on the streets, continues peddling more lies through his teeth, misleading the masses, the mega source of confusion, misleading and making hopeless his supporter’s, inciting them into violence and anarchy. He continues to weave more lies. He was cowardly not to swear himself in today but ran away and pushed it to December,” Nazlin Umar wrote in part on Facebook

Why did he run away like a thief at the entry of GSU

Nazlin Umar and Uhuru Kenyatta

Nazlin claims Raila is a coward. She says that Nasa leader ought to have fought GSU officers who stormed Jacaranda ground to disrupt Nasa rally.

“He must be dealt with through the ambuits of Law or we just sit back like little girls in ponytails and petticoats and allow him to continue intimidating, threatening, sabotaging us, holding the whole nation hostage in sabotage and let him take this nation and all of us to the dogs, the south Sudan way.

“Why did he run away like a thief at the entry of GSU? They dare not harm him. He should have stood his ground and fought off the GSU like a man, be dragged into arrest, a police cell. The coward would have become an instant global icon! What a wasted golden opportunity! Just good for pressers! That’s it??? This are the characteristics of your ati rebel leader! My foot has more guts! Coward,” wrote Nazlin.

Churchill explains why he barred Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta from attending his show at KICC

Churchill also reveals that he barred the Raila and Uhuru for his own sake. He explains that the two political rivals could have stole his moment.

“Uhunye (Uhuru) wanted to attend but I asked him not to and explained why. The same case was with Rao (Raila). With the situation still volatile in the country and as things seems to be, my event won’t be an ideal place for them because they will steal my moment,” Churchill explained.

Below are photos that depict the situation on the ground:

Just like Raila Odinga, Betty Kyallo’s ex husband prays at Jerusalem’s wailing wall

A few months ago NASA leader was photographed praying in Israel. This is after he toured the historic western wall in Jerusalem. Seems that journalist Dennis Okari also paid a visit to the wailing wall.

Raila Odinga praying

The NTV journalist who also happenes to be Betty Kyallo’s ex husband revealed this though his Instagram page. He went on to caption the photo saying:

Just presented my petition before God. #wailingwall #israel #israeltour#holyland

Many believe that the wall is a pulpit of the Temple of Sololmon and was built over 5,000 years ago. The wall is located in the old city of Jerusalem and is the western support wall of the Temple Mount.

In the new photo shared by Dennis Okari, he is seen wearing a Kippah. A kippah is a mandatory brimless cap worn by Jewish men not only during prayers but throughout.

Dennis Okari’s divorce

After splitting with his ex wife the journalist seems to have changed his lifestyle. He has become more spiritual and this can be seen in his posts shared on social media.

Mohammed Ali: Joho told Raila crap about me but he was shocked to see Baba defend me

Mohammed Ali says Joho and his family have been running smear campaign against him. Ali says the genesis of his beef with the Joho isn’t his decision to vie against the governor’s kin Said Abdalla Saido.

Ali explains that he fell out with Sultan when he dropped an exposé on drug barons. He says that the governor was shocked when his name was included in the list.

Smear campaign

Ali says Joho and his family have been showing him in bad light. The Nyali MP explains that Johos did everything within their means to block him from vying for the Nyali constituency seat.

Joho reports Moha to Baba

Mohammed Ali claims that Joho feed Raila Odinga with crap about him. The Nyali MP further states that Raila refused to believe that Joho was telling him. Apparently Baba told Joho that Moha was not only a leader but a liberator.

“I will vote for Ruto in 2022 but now am voting for Raila”Donald Kipkorir reveals why he’s against Uhuru presidency

Flamboyant lawyer Donald Kipkorir has openly stated why he ditched his friend Uhuru Kenyatta in favor of a Raila Odinga presidency.

Kipkorir, a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, stated that both Uhuru and Raila are sons of Kenya’s founding fathers but clarified that he will be voting for Raila because he wants to show that Kenya can still prosper without either a Kikuyu or Kalenjin president.

Donald Kipkorir and William Ruto

“Why I Am Voting Raila

“Most Kenyan votes vote along tribal lines without any debate, and I don’t begrudge. In 2022, I will vote for William Ruto without persuasion. But I will not vote because I hate other tribes or other candidates. I have never harbored any hatred or hate in my breast.

“The Presidential Race is now between two Princelings: Son of Jomo and Son of Jaramogi. Kenya’s two true Royal families. Majority of Kikuyus will vote for Uhuru, and Majority of Luos will vote Raila.

“Other tribes will vote for historical reasons and affiliations.

“Others will cast a negative vote; Voting for one candidate because they hate the other. Negative vote also cuts across the big tribes. Some tribes have been socialized to hate other tribes.

“I want to vote RAO not because of any of the above reasons. I consider both Princelings my friends though our backgrounds are as different as day and night. My vote is purely a mental trip …. I want to show that Kenya without either a Kikuyu or Kalenjin President wouldn’t be hit by an asteroid. And that Luos are just like you and I. When we all cross this mental bridge, we will be like Germany: holding General Elections and a global Marathon same day.”

Raila Odinga reveals the real reason why Peter Munya dumped Nasa after only 8 days

Former Meru governor Peter Munya joined Nasa on September 4th but yesterday September 12th he made a u-turn and went back to support Uhuru Kenyatta.

The former Meru governor explained that he decided to make the u-turn after a thorough consideration with his party members, elders and supporters across the country.

Speaking to KTN during an interview with Yvonne Okwara, Nasa leader Raila Odinga revealed that he received a message from Munya telling him that had no option but quit Nasa because he was under intense pressure.

“I have received a message from Mr. Munya which he told me that he was under a lot of pressure therefore he had no other choice. I have excused him, I have no problem with him at all,” Raila said.

Raila Odinga, Moses Kuria, James Orengo, Hassan Joho,  Johnstone Muthama, Sabina Chege, Millicent Omanga shared jokes when they met today September 11th at Pangani police station.

Sometimes in June 2016, Pangani 6 (Johnston Muthama, Timothy Bosire, Junet Mohamed, Moses Kuria, Ferdinand Waititu and Kimani Ngunjiri) ‘united’ Nasa and Jubilee when they were detained for four days at the Pangani Police Station over hate speech charge.

Caroline Mutoko says the one thing about Raila that no diehard Uhuru supporter will dare say

Caroline Mutoko was bold enough to talk about the one thing about Raila that would make Uhuru diehards label her a traitor.

The former radio queen alongside Julie Gichuru were the emcees at an exclusive fundraising dinner for the president and his deputy at Safari Park Hotel on June 9th 2017.

Julie Gichuru, Uhuru Kenyatta and Caroline Mutoko at the fundraising dinner at Safari Park Hotel

Even though Caroline is pro Uhuru, she acknowledged that Raila Odinga’s struggles have contributed to the strengthening of Kenya’s democracy.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, Caroline said that Raila had firewalled Kenya’s democracy and governance system through his continued struggles.

“I would like to challenge mainstream media to take time and look for a court clerk and find out how may cases around electoral process did Nasa or Raila himself take to court in the last five, maybe seven years.

“If you remember Raila Odinga for nothing in your entire life, and if you admit nothing else to yourself because you are one of those diehard Uhuru supporters, please accept this; everything Raila has done has fixed the loopholes in our electoral process, it has firewalled our democracy. I think it is so important that this is said,” Caroline Mutoko stated.

“If i were Uhuru looking at what has transpired i would just resign” Raila Odinga makes another shocking revelation

Raila Odinga has today September 8th revealed that the government has embarked on a mission to intimidate IEBC Commissioners in a bid to ensure Uhuru Kenyatta wins October 17th election.

Speaking at the Okoa Kenya Offices in Lavington, Raila claimed that a number of IEBC commissioners were under serious threat by the government after their security was withdrawn. He further revealed that some IEBC officials were receiving very threatening mails to their lives.

The Nasa leader urged Uhuru Kenyatta to resign instead of trying to do everything within his means to impose himself on Kenyans.

“I just want to urge Jubilee to do the right thing… If i were Uhuru Kenyatta, looking at what has transpired now, i would just resign and let this thing go. But trying to impose himself against the will of the people is not right. Now basically trying to buy individuals here and there forcing them to give him support. Everything is now clear has been put bare that he did not win, he lost this election. And he is now trying to force the people of Kenya, the people of Kenya will not be forced. We want Jubilee government to do what is honarable, civilized…RESIGN and let Kenyans move on,” Raila said.

This is why NASA Presidential candidate Raila Odinga sent a private jet to pick Alikiba

This past weekend Tanzanian artist Alikiba was in the country to join the NASA team in celebrating after the Supreme Court ruled in their favor nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election.

For this reason Raila Odinga and Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho apparently sent the seduce me hitmaker a private jet to pick him from Tanzanian as they wanted him to perform his songs at their low key party.

Raila Odinga, Joho and Alikiba

The news was however shared later by a close source to the singer who told a Tanzanian newspaper:

“Kenya’s opposition appreciates Kiba’s support. The Nasa outfit believes Kiba contributed immensely in their campaigns before the August 8th general election. They sent a private jet, which picked him late Friday.”

To verify whether this was true Ali Kiba’s manager, Aidan Seif, also confirmed that indeed the NASA leader had sent for the singer.

A change of heart! New York Times praise Raila after calling him perennial loser for challenging presidential election

On August 13th 2017, American leading publication – New York Times wrote a story dubbed ‘The Real Suspense in Kenya’ which criticized Nasa leader for challenging the results of August 8th presidential election.

“Kenya’s national elections last Tuesday were closely watched around the world, less for the results than for the threat of violence that has marred past elections. Barack Obama, whose father was a Kenyan, had been among those urging the country’s leaders to “reject violence and incitement.

“That has not happened. Raila Odinga, a perennial loser, began crying foul long before the election commission declared that President Uhuru Kenyatta was re-elected with 54 percent of the vote to Mr. Odinga’s 45. Mr. Odinga’s unsubstantiated claims have already touched off rioting in parts of the country, and the violence could spread,” New York Times article read in part.

On September 3rd, two days after the Supreme Court nullified August 8th presidential election, New York Times wrote another article ‘Kenya’s Giant Step for Fair Elections’. This time they praised Raila for filing the petition challenging Uhuru’s doctored win. New York Time ironically criticized international observes for being quick to rubber stamp fraud.

“The ruling was also a rebuke to international monitors and diplomats — and to this page — who were too quick to dismiss charges of irregularities, largely out of relief that the Aug. 8 voting had been mainly peaceful and in the hope that disappointment with the results would not lead to the sort of violence that erupted after the disputed 2007 election, in which hundreds of people were killed.

“They, and the monitors and observers following the election, must also show that they fully respect and support institutions of democratic governance and the rule of law. We had said after Mr. Kenyatta’s re-election had been initially confirmed that challenging it was a matter of sour grapes that could lead to ethnic strife. But preserving peace is best served by ensuring that democratic rules and institutions are respected, and Mr. Odinga’s charge deserved, and got, full consideration.

“The Kenyan Supreme Court has done a major service to democracy and the rule of law, and has provided a needed lesson to international observers,” wrote New York Times.

Kenyans rush to do new challenge after Raila Odinga gives Wavinya Ndeti shoulder to lean on (Photos)

Nasa leader Raila Odinga and former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti melted the hearts of Kenyans after they struck a pose together.

A picture of Wavinya leaning on Raila while taking a photo of his coffee has gone viral on social media with some Kenyans even doing a new challenge dubbed #RaopiteChallenge

Raila shared several photos on social media while passing a message to his supporters, but the photo which Wavinya was leaning on him was the one which went viral.

“Good things come to those who wait, and we shall continue unwaveringly in our quest for justice. That was the message we shared with our fellow Kenyans, who reached out to us uncertain about what the future holds. We were delighted to engage with them and we look forward to better days ahead. Let’s all keep the faith and may ‘Justice be our shield and defender’,” Raila’s message read.

Below are some of the photos from #RaopiteChallenge:

“This evening, I visited the family of the slain IEBC official Chris Msando. It’s a heartbreaking and unbearable pain to the young family. It is a Kenyan tragedy. No one has a right to tear at the fabric of life which another man has painfully woven for himself and his children. Msando’s death has degraded our nation,” Raila Odinga said.

Meanwhile Chris Msando’s send off are almost complete. He will be laid to rest on Saturday August 19th at his family’s home in Lifunga Kobiero, Siaya County.

“I’m not going to be a candidate again” Raila Odinga tells UK newspaper his plan

Raila Odinga has finally decided to call it quits after four unsuccessful bids to win the presidency. The Nasa leader however cautioned Kenyans the ride will be bumpy for them in the future.

During his first public rally in Mathare after the disputed election, Raila said he would make a major announcement on Tuesday 15/8/2017.

In an interview with UK newspaper – Financial Times, the Nasa presidential flag bearer revealed what he intends to tell Kenyans on Tuesday.

“We will show the kind of charade the whole world has been treated to, and will reveal compelling evidences on Tuesday. The commission had little choice but to falsify the results because it was “under metaphorical gunpoint” from the president’s camp. With the experience of what happened to Chris Msando they were very frightened,” Raila told Financial Times.

Baba also revealed that he would not vie for presidency again, he said there will be voter apathy in future elections because Kenya’s electoral system was  greatly flawed.

“It is not about me. It’s not about Raila Odinga,. I’m not going to be a candidate again, We just want Kenyans to know what happened, what the whole world is not understanding is happening. There’s no point people going to elections in the future, queuing for hours to vote, or running around for months campaigning. At the end of the day it’s the computer in the national tallying centre that’s making the decisions. Jubilee have spilt the blood of innocent people..” Raila explained.

“Baba tell your army to treat!” This is the powerful open letter Comedian Jalang’o wrote to Raila Odinga

They say that if you can’t beat them, join them but in this case I bet they were not talking about Raila and his army.

After president Uhuru Kenyatta was declared winner on Friday night by the IEBC chairman…NASA supporters could not hide their anger and disappointment which forced them to protest.

However, things did not go as planned as the NASA supporters from both Kisumu, Mathare and Kibera areas engaged with the police which later led to some few deaths here and there.

But since no one wants a repeat of 2007/2008 comedian Jalango through his social media wrote the following message dedicate to #Baba urging him to speak with his army in order to maintain peace. He said;

Dear Raila Baba!
My love for you is immeasurable and I have never hidden it even when I am supposed to and this will not change ,I will always love you. You are the only leader who I know who goes to any part of this country and gets welcomed without a second thought. You are King! You are an Enigma! More than 6million wanted you to be their president! You cant be ignored! I’ll talk about my love for you in another letter someday but today I want your attention! Just one word from you will stop what is happening at Home! People are dying, property is being destroyed and I hear women are being raped! Looters and thugs are taking advantage of the situation! Police are all over! Economy back home is at a standstill! Baba you must speak! This script is a dejavu and you know It! Stolen victory or not this thing is done and dusted! Uhuru is President! The only hope you have is the courts and with all the evidence I know you can put a strong case if it’s a path you want to take! For now you must speak and tell your army to retreat we can’t loose twice! Let us win in one, not the battles but in peace! The bloodshed is too much, the cries are too loud and the gun shots are not about to stop! All this can stop! Just say a word! Most people will tell me that I don’t know what am talking about! I feel them, I feel you..i know your pain but as you said at the debate elections come and go! Let them go and lets build our country together! Sadly everyone is getting back to work as home burns! It’s gonna take us another 1 year to recover again! You can imagine the loss! We can’t be making 10 steps ahead then 20 back! Baba speak!
Yours Trully

Raila releases the results of presidential election from Nasa tallying center

Raila Odinga has rejected the figures IEBC are relaying to Kenyans. While addressing Kenyans in a live address, Raila claimed hackers used the identity of murdered election official Chris Msando to create errors in the IEBC database.

Raila further claimed the numbers being relayed by IEBC were fake since they were not what Form 3As were indicating in respective tallying centers across Kenya.

The Nasa leader later on took to Twitter to release the ‘untampered’ results of presidential election which showed he was leading president Uhuru Kenyatta.

“NASA’s tallying of actual Form 34As from yesterday’s election indicates the Presidential votes so far as: NASA – 8.1m, Jubilee – 7.2m,” Raila Odinga tweeted.

The video making rounds on social media has now received hilarious reactions as most people are coming out to say that this is how ‘Canaan’ will look like.

Anyway, what is more interesting is that both Uhuru and Raila have been preaching peace everywhere they go and hopefully the citizens will pay attention as we are all not willing to go back to the 2007/2008 post election violence.
