Bahati finally sends a belated birthday message to his daughter after turning 2 years

Gospel singer Bahati seems to have a lot going on to a point of celebrating his daughter’s birthday late. However, we cannot blame him. Word has it that he has been having a rough time especially after he was reported to have conned his former business partner Ksh 200,000.

According to Benson Thuranira, he had lent the money to Bahati as rent for their joint business at EMB records. Bahati however had other plans to use the money as dowry for his pregnant wife, Diana Marua.

Anyway, away from that Bahati’s first child (Mueni) turned 2 years on 29th November. Unlike most celebrities like DJ Mo, DJ Soxxy and others Bahati failed to wish his daughter a happy birthday through his gram until yesterday when he wrote saying;

According to Bahati’s baby mama, Kisha Yvette the singer is not close with his daughter. However, in past photos shared by Bahati the fella tries to prove how loving he is to the baby girl .

Baby Mueni, the daughter of singer Bahati and his ex girlfriend Kisha Yvette has finally turned 2 years. For the first time since birth, the baby who was born on November 29th 2015 celebrated her 2nd yesterday through her social media pages.

Though Bahati himself did not share any post marking his baby’s special day, the social media running his daughter’s page wrote saying;

Unlike most dads Bahati has been keeping the toddler off his social media pages. Well, no one knows why he does this but it’s probably to protect her.

Benson Thuranira Kathiai has offered more explanation on how Bahati conned him. Apparently the gospel singer used to money he swindled from Benson for his wedding with Diana Marua.

A month ago Benson Thuranira Kathiai exposed Bahati as a con. The businessman said Bahati swindled Kes 200,000 from him.

Benson took to social media to protest after Bahati used his connections to evade justice. He says the ‘Ndogo Ndogo’ hit maker was arrested but released after making some calls to high authority.

In a recent interview with Word Is Benson asserts that Bahati is in a financial mess. He reveals that he was the one who was settling bills for the gospel singer before he conned him altogether.

“He told me he is in a tight spot nimpatie pesa, alikua amesota hana kakitu. Nimekua nikimlipia mpaka DSTV yake, kuna time stima yake ilikua imekatwa, nikamlipia. Analipangwa, sijui pesa yake anapelekanga wapi, but that guy is broke hana chochote kabisa,” Benson said.

He used my money for his wedding

Benson lent Bahati Kes 200,000 after he told him that was going to use the money for business. The businessman says Bahati wanted to borrow 5 million from him but he could only manage to give him 200k.

Benson is however certain that Bahati used the money he gave him for his wedding with Diana Marua. he explains that the singer only started wedding preparations after he gave him the cash.

“Alinicon pesa ndio akaenda akafanya harusi, ananidanganya ni biashara na hakuna biashara hapo. I came to realise alikua anataka pesa akafanye harusi. He wanted five million and when he got the Sh 200,000 akaanza kufanya mipango ya kufanya harusi. Bahati hataki kurudisha pesa, I can say Bahati is a wise conman, mostly, akicon watu hataki kutumia number zake,” says Benson.

Diana Marua is not a new name in the entertainment industry. In fact she rose to fame after singer Bahati confirmed that he was in a relationship with the lady. What shocked many is their 6 years age difference but oh well, they still got married!

Word has it that the couple is expecting their first child together. Diana Marua confirm the news while speaking to a popular news outlet and the baby will be here in 4 to 5 months time.

Bahati has expressed his concern about the current state of affair at his former hood – Mathare. The gospel singer feels God has abandoned the country.

Mathare is among areas that have been severely affected by recent political crisis. Politically motivated violence has seen tribes clash in several parts of Nairobi.

Bahati has dropped a new song condemning the wave of violence in the ghetto. The gospel singer urges Kenyans to unite and foster peace.

He says Kenya will be burn like that way it did in 2007/2008 if peaceful coexistence isn’t encourages. Bahati reiterates that Kenyans don’t need to fight each other.

Meet Bahati’s hot mother-in-law, she looks like Diana Marua (Photos)

Singer Bahati is a lucky man to have found himself a wife at such a young age. When many thought he was bluffing about settling down, he went ahead and married Diana Marua leaving many shocked.

The singer is said to have also paid for the bride price and is now waiting for the white wedding. This will however take place next year as Diana Marua is currently pregnant with her first child.

Like most women married to celebrities, Diana Marua is no longer a new name on most tabloids. She has been interviewed by several news outlets and her Instagram page has thousands of fans supporting her and Bahati.

Even after saying Benson Thuranira was just a fan, the businessman produced new evidence proving he was telling the truth. From the several produced by the businessman it was clear to see that he had indeed given Bahati the money to help out with the EMB rent.

Speaking to Mpasho, Benson Thuranira has confirmed that Bahati will be at Kiambu Law court sas requested by the judge. Benson said

“Bahati has been summoned to court over this matter and i will be there with my lawyers. If he is willing to pay me back my money plus all the expenses i have incur to date to get my money back that will be fine. If not then the matter will proceed further.”

DJ Mo caught many by surprise after telling Bahati that he won’t play his music. Well, it all started after the popular Gospel DJ shared a photo on his gram attracting many comments including that of Bahati.

Bahati’s former crush Elizabeth Michael Lulu sent to prison as court finds her guilty of killing Steven Kanumba

Elizabeth Michael ‘Lulu’ has been sentenced by a Dar es Salaam court for the death of Steven Kanumba. The lass was Kanumba’s girlfriend at the time of his death.

For starters, Bahati used to be obsessed with Elizabeth Lulu before Diana Marua came into the picture. The Kenyan gospel singer confessed he traveled to Dar es Salaam in November 2016 to meet Lulu but the Tanzanian actress gave him the cold shoulder.

Lulu was today Monday November 13th sentenced to two years in prison. Dar es Salaam High Court found the actress guilty of manslaughter.

The court heard that Steven Kanumba and Lulu were lovers. Lulu was found guilty after it was determined that she was the last person to leave the deceased’s house on April 7th 2012 when he died.

Kanumba’s younger brother Seth Bosco told the court that Lulu had an altercation with the deceased on that fateful day. He explained that the two were quarreling because Lulu picked up a call from another man in the presence of the deceased.

Bosco further reveals that Lulu came out of the room and informed her that Kanumba had collapsed. The two called a doctor who declared Kanumba dead upon examining him.

Kanumba died when Lulu fatally pushed him against the wall. Esther Zephania, a detective who arrested Lulu on that fateful day, told the court that wall of the room where the actor died had black blood-like stains.

Lulu’s lawyer Peter Kibatala requested the court to pardon his client. He argues that she committed the crime when she was still young.

The lawyer further begged the court to forgive Lulu saying that she is her family’s bread-winner. Kibatala asked the court to free his client so that she could continue providing for her family.

The High Court however found Lulu guilty of unintentionally killing Steven Kanumba. Kibatala vowed to challenge the ruling even as Lulu was sent to prison to start serving the two year jail term.

 

 

 

Singer Bahati caught in yet another mess of not paying his car, here is the evidence

Gospel singer Bahati has lately been having it rough. About two weeks ago a man by the name Benson of came forth to accusing him of conning his Ksh 200,000.

The story did not go far since the singer denied everything. Being a Christian and mtoto wa mama many went with his side of the story which painted the guy as an obsessed fan.

However, there is new evidence explaining how true Benson’s story is. Apparently Bahati has now been busted for not paying a car he bought for his EMB records. According to reports, Bahati got a Nissan Caravan from Mr Benson and agreed to pay him in installments.

Following the law, the two signed an agreement showing that Bahati was aware that he was to pay 1.6 million for the car. Any late payment would force the singer to pay 500 and from his signature seems like he understood what he was getting himself into.

So how does he owe Mr Benson Ksh 200,000?

Well,the business deals between the two did not end there. Mr Benson says that the two were to partly own EMB film and production. He then sent Bahati the Ksh 200,000 to cover as rent for the EMB house.

 

 

After realizing that EMB was not making any money in return he then reached out to the singer hoping to get the money back. However, things did not work out as he thought.

Even after being arrested for fraud, the gospel singer managed to walk out free. He even denies being arrested and his entire team has been protecting his image.

Daniel Mutua, Bahati’s manager is a proud father of one after his wife welcomed their first born on Monday.  Apart from work, the couple has been close friends of Bahati and Diana Marua. Brenda and Daniel however got married way before Bahati and Diana Marua  got together.

According to Bahati’s wife who broke the news through her Instagram page, the lady Brenda Mvungi gave birth at 10:30PM on 6th November, 2016. Though she did not reveal the baby’s sex, Diana Marua was grateful to have been part of the journey.

She wrote saying:

“Congratulations brenda mvungi and mutua tuks for your bundle of joy!!! #babyblessings i’m soo happy to be here to witness this. Congratulations!!!! 06.11.2017 at 10:40pm ”

Bahati’s wife is also expecting her first born who will be welcomed in about 3 or 4 months as she is now in her 2nd trimester. The couple is however trying to keep their unborn baby off social media since Diana has not shared any photos showing her baby bump.

A few days after holding his colorful traditional wedding, singer Bahati was yet dragged into another scandal that claims he was arrested for fraud after conning one Thuranira Kathiai.

According to the reports making rounds on social media, Bahati alleged business partner went ahead to shame slam the gospel singer through his Facebook page where he publicly announced that he conned him Sh 200,000 that was to be used ti start a joint business.

Mr Thuranira Kathiai went on to add that even after reporting the matter to the police station, Bahati used his connections to escape the law…However Bahati has finally decided to respond to the claims saying that he had no idea there was such a story making rounds on social media..

“Mi sijasikia stori ka hiyo. Hao ni wasee wamelipwa kuandika vitu kaa hizo. Mi ata sijui. Si acha nikucall baadaye juu niko kwa meeting kiasi?”

His manager who also seemed shocked to hear of this added to say;

“Ati ameshikwa, lini, ilihappen siku gani? Sisi hatuko Nairobi, tuko mahali tunapiga shoo.Hao ni wasee wanahangaika kusaka content tu, hakuna kitu kaa hiyo brathe.”

Bahati’s manager went on to add that they knew Thuranira Kathiai as a fan of Bahati’s music but not as a businessman and for this reason they will have to take legal actions for defamation. He concluded by saying:

“We are leaving it to our lawyers to deal with the issue. How can someone make such a claim without any evidence?”

Diana Marua shares new photos but there is no sign of a baby bump, where did it disappear to?

A few weeks ago it was revealed that Diana Marua and her husband, Bahati were expecting their first child together and being Christians they did not want to have a child out of wedlock – though Bahati already has a 2 year old daughter with an ex from back in the day.

Anyway the young couple officiated their union in front of parents, elders and friends since they wanted to hold a traditional wedding before opting for a white one. The photos shared from this wedding went on to confirm that Diana Marua was indeed pregnant as her bulging baby bump was seen in her pink outfit despite trying to hide it with her scarf.

Not quite sure how far she is gone but the lady might be in her 2nd trimester since her belly has been showing. However, she has left many wondering where she took the small baby bump after she happened to share new photos on her Instagram page where she is seen wearing a blue lace-like curvy dress.

The fact that she did not indicate whether these photos are (TBT’s) has now sparked speculations about the bump disappearing into thin air or if indeed there was a bump in the 1st place? Check out the photos below and be the judge.

Gospel singer Bahati has been exposed as a con by a certain Thuranira Kathiai. The complainant says Bahati swindled Kes 200,000 from him.

Thuranira Kathiai put a notice on Facebook saying Bahati was a fraudster. The plaintiff says he reported the matter to Karuri Police Station on Friday October 27th.

“PUBLIC ATTENTION.!!!

“Morning friends…the person appearing in this Picture he is a gospel singer and known to many people..BAHATI KEVIN KIOKO.
But the said person Obtained 200K from me through FALSE Pretence almost 2 months ago in terms of the business partners..I reported the Matter at Karuri Police Station yesterday OB16/27/10/2017 in Kiambu County.. The said BAHATI was arrested this Morning at his home in JOKAKIS APARTMENT LIMURU ROAD in RUAKA..” Wrote Thuranira Kathiai in part.

A call from ‘above’

Kathiai says that the investigating officer received a call from their superior to release Bahati. Apparently Bahati is colluding with senior police officers to block justice.

“On the arrival at Police the Investigating Officer IO received a call from his boss OCPD Karuri Police Station to release him BAHATI with immediate effect insisting an ORDER from the County Commander..he was released and it was booked his release OB10/28/10/2017…he was instructed to come back tomorrow on Sunday at Karuri Police at 2:00pm,” wrote Thuranira Kathiai.

The plaintiff further explains that he reported the matter to the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) after he was denied justice by the police.

“Since that he using Senior Officer’s in the Government to block Justice..I want to State it clear that BAHATI should know he is not above the law and no one is above the law.
Have instructed my lawyer to address the Matter through IPOA and to the intelligence that somebody somewhere is blocking his Juniors to carry out investigations independently..I can tell BAHATI he has not escaped the law,he has Just postponed the Arrest..the full hand of the law will deal with him and all those Seniors very Soon.!!
This is a CRIMINAL Case and INVESTIGATIONS should be concluded as soon as possible.!!!”

 

Diana Marua finally addresses the huge age difference between Bahati and her

Diana Marua got married to Bahati who is way younger than her. Apparently the huge age difference is not a concern to her like the way it’s bothering critics.

Some say age is only a number but others are totally opposed to the idea of marrying a woman older than them. This was debate early this year when Diana Marua’s age was revealed.

Diana is 6 years older than Bahati and some people thought the huge age difference was ‘very unpleasant’. Bahati’s wife finally addressed the age difference during an interview with Pulse.

“Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. Back then, some people said things that were cruel but we are over that and it is none of our concern now. I mean, we have been together for almost two years now having gone through the different faces of friendship, dating and now marriage. We always put it out there everything we want people to know. What they make of it is their choice,” Diana responded when asked whether she was affected by the way Kenyans openly expressed their discontent about the age difference.

Bahati’s wife also opened up about their low key traditional wedding held at her parents’ compound. She says that there was nothing to hide about her wedding. Diana explains that there is a possibility for a second wedding since they didn’t invite all of their friends to their first wedding.

“First of all, we feel so as we could not invite all our friends as this was largely a family affair. We only had our close associates and a small bridal team that comprised of very close friends. The truth is that we had nothing to hide. The fact, however, remains that this was a family affair and the setting was just that,” Diana explained.

Bahati and Diana Marua exchanged vows in a low key wedding. The nuptials was held on Friday when Kenyans were busy celebrating Mashujaa Day.

Bahati and Diana’s wedding was however shrouded in secrecy, most people only learnt about it on social media. Celebrities likewise seemed not to be aware Bahati and Diana were getting married on Friday, this was evident from the congratulatory messages they sent the newlywed.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that Bahati rushed to marry his sweetheart because she was already pregnant. Bahati revealed to Pulse a few weeks ago that he was expecting his second child.

The singer already has another child with a woman (Yvette) he secretly dated. Bahati fathered a baby girl Ivanna Mueni Bahati with Yvette close to three years ago.

Well, Bahati had announced he would marry Diana before the end of the year and everyone thought the wedding would be public. The low key wedding on Friday has only given rise to all sorts of speculations.

Bahati will soon be welcoming his second child as Diana Marua is expecting her first child with the young gospel singer.

This comes a few hours after everyone was assuming that their relationship was facing issues juging from some of their posts shared on social media.

However, turns out that the couple is actually doing better than we thought now that it is official that they are expecting a baby. With such big news Bahati told Pulse that they have postponed their wedding until the baby is here.

It is no secret that singer Bahati had a humble beginning before getting where he is now. After losing his mother, the young man was forced to live in Mathare slums where he was exposed to the hard life but this is not what fate had in store for him.

From the stories he tells, the young singer says that he was picked by a Caucasian lady who took him to a children’s home where he finally got the chance to attend school and also accept Christ in his life.

The singer goes on to say that he considers the lady as his second mother and for this reason he has every reason to appreciate her. Well, a few days ago he had another chance of dining with the lady and as expected he took a selfie which he later shared on his gram and captioned it saying;

Hilarious responses from Nakuru residents about Willy Paul’s Jigi Jigi and Bahati’s Ndogo Ndogo

The rivalry between Bahati and Willy Paul is just like that one of Diamond and Ali Kiba; on September 3rd 2017 Willy Paul dropped a new song ‘Jigi Jigi’ that went on to become an instant hit. Four days later Bahati responded by dropping a song dubbed ‘Ndogo Ndogo’.

Willy Paul song is doing much better than Bahati’s if the views on YouTube is anything to go by; the song has garnered one million views in just 16 days. Bahati’s ‘Ndogo Ndogo’ has slightly over 275k views.

Well, Hero Radio sought the opinion of Nakuru residents in regard to Bahati and Willy Paul’s songs. One thing that came out clear is that most people didn’t know whether their songs could be classified as gospel or secular; remember Bahati and Willy Paul claim to be gospel artists.

“Where is your biological daughter?” Fans question Bahati after taking a vacation with his fiancé and son

Singer Bahati seems to have taken sometime off his busy schedule to spend time with his fiancé and son, Morgan who is currently home since schools are closed.

He shared a few photos from his vacation, showing off the good time they were having at the fairmont hotel.

However, his fans seem upset with the fact he did not take his 2 year old daughter with him.

From the comments it is clear to see that most of his followers have realized that he no longer shares photos of his other daughters and according to them this is unfair!

If this is true, then Mr Nice will be the second artist from Bongo land working with the young gospel singer who seems to be doing well with his music in East Africa.

From the photo shared by Mr Nice, the two are seen hanging out at the EMB records and caption confirms that they will soon be dropping something hot for their fans.

Mr Nice on the other hand has been trying to make a come back by collaborating with different artists including Wasafi records Harmonize who featured him in this latest video.

Mueni Bahati is having two father figures in her life – her biological father (Bahati) and her mother’s fiancé. Apparently the kid doesn’t even refer Bahati as ‘baba’.

Bahati’s daughter is being raised by her mother Yvette Obura who has moved on with her life since her relationship with Bahati hit rock bottom.

Speaking to Word Is, Yvette Obura stated that her daughter doesn’t call Bahati ‘dad’. She also said that Mueni keeps on asking her where her father is.

“Funny enough, my baby calls my fiancé uncle. She doesn’t call anyone else ‘Baba’. She loves him too much that I get scared at times… She’s always like ‘Mama wapi baba? Mimi taka baba!” Yvette said.

The lass also disclosed that her fiancé was struggling to cope with the media drama that comes with being Bahati’s baby mama.

“He’s an easy and understanding man. That’s the goodness but he is human. You know, sometimes he’s like, ‘Babe this is too much to handle’ and I feel him, so maybe it’s high time for all this to stop,” said Yvette.

Initially there was bad blood between Yvette and Diana Marua, this was evident when Diana posed for photos with Bahati’s daughter – Mueni Bahati.

Yvette caught a major one when Bahati’s sweetheart bonded with her daughter, she threw shade at Diana for hanging out with Mueni.

Well, Yvette has since changed her attitude towards Diana Marua, the lass revealed that she was cool with Diana taking care of her daughter. She even said that she’s happy to co-parent with Diana.

“I don’t see her as the stepmother, she is in fact the other mother to my daughter,” Yvette was quoted by Mpasho.

Yvette further stated that she had accepted Bahati had moved on with another lady, she made clear that she was happy for her baby daddy and his new sweetheart.

Bahati and Diana Marua light up the internet with deep truly touching romantic messages

A month from now Diana Marua will be Bahati’s legal wife. But for now anxiety is eating up the two lovebirds as they wait for their wedding.

The gospel singer confirmed he will exchange vows with his sweetheart sometimes in August after they hold a traditional ceremony in Bondo.

During a recent interview, Bahati disclosed that he convinced Diana Marua to accept Christ in her life before they started dating.

“She wasn’t saved then and I didn’t know if she was dating. After that, we got close and I started getting her into salvation, by the way she is born again now,” Bahati said.

Diana took to social media to narrate how salvation has changed her for the better, she also thanked Bahati and expressed her undying love for him.

“I remember going before God on my knees and admitting my level of brokeness and opening my heart for restoration. I then began praying boldly for things that I knew I needed and not the things that continued to enable the broken parts of me. I desired to be a woman of God who wouldn’t be afraid to rise up to the calling. And God works in mysterious ways! I cannot begin to write them down but they’re countless. Honey, you played a huge part in making me become that woman. You refused to allow me to see myself other than how God sees me. I love the way you trust what God has whispered to you about me. Diana’s post touched many people and Bahati also commented to express how he felt.

Mueni Bahati has now joined the list of celebrity babies making headlines in the country. The 2 year old was recently introduced by her daddy who had chosen to keep her a secret since she was born and word had it that the singer was not sure whether the baby was his….oops!

Anyway, after making headlines for weeks…baby Mueni has now started changing her lifestyle and this can be seen through her official Instagram page.

When we first saw her the baby was rocking the normal cornrows but her parents seem to have switched her hairstyle to cute baby locks that look like those of her dads.

I bumped into her latest photos and truth be told – Bahati and his daughter did not need any DNA to confirm that the two are related. With her rocking the baby locks, Mueni looks her daddy’s photocopy.

Though I am not sure whether this is how she will be rocking her hair in the coming years, baby Mueni definitely killed this look.

Well, after sharing an adorable photo flaunting his daughter the gospel singer yesterday shared another post which has left his fans wondering whether he is now planning to marry his girlfriend.

Bahati wrote talking about how he loves her despite the fights, ups and downs faced in their relationship. He wrote saying;
