This is why comedian cum radio host Jalango peed on his neighbors clothes

Jalango is not new in the entertainment industry since he has been here for quite some years. After his comedy career picked up, other doors started opening up for the fella who has now become one of the best radio presenter’s in Kenya.

He however revealed something shocking recently when speaking to Pulse. Apparently he was once caught pants down taking a pee over his balcony but what he didn’t know is that he was wetting his neighbors clothes.

Well this happened after he invited a few friends to come celebrate with him after landing a big contract which was one of the biggest investment bids he had ever received. Anyway his celebrations turned into an embarrassing moment when he decided to release himself at his balcony since his bathroom had another user and having been extremely pressed…he opted for the easy way out.

Thinking that he would get away with the it, he realized that his neighbor had been there all a long and had witnessed the comedian pee on his clothes. Well, their relationship obviously changed and this remains as the biggest embarrassing moment in his life.

Jalango has taken it upon himself to write an open letter to Babu Owino instructing him how he ought to behave now that he is an honorable member of the 12th parliament.

The Hot 96 presenter instructed Babu to emulate Mike Sonko and do away with hooliganism so that he could have a brighter future in politics.

Below is Jalango’s open letter to Babu Owino:

Dear Babu Owino

First and foremost congratulations! You pulled it through! You did put up a massive campaign, powerfully crafted and finally delivered! Swear I still don’t believe it myself! Your opponent was equally big but I guess God had his plans! You are Hon. Babu Owino Ongili The MP. Embakassii East!

Your story to me is a story of dedication, focus and knowing that you can even when other people believe you can’t!

Your campaign slogans will remain in our minds and thoughts forever ! Tibim…Tialala….and all…You are King!

I can imagine how much fun, how crazy and how heated the debates will be! I see you in there dropping a few English jargons and icing them with a tialala or a Tibim! Go for it bro! There is no turning back!

The future is bright mheshimiwa and the sky is just the beginning and so it is yours to make or to loose but knowing you….you will make it!

Back to it now….I know you will kill me when we meet but I have to tell you that National politics is a whole different ball game! Too different from the previous leadership positions you’ve held like SONU! The people of Embakasii have entrusted you with their lives and believe that you can deliver which I know you can! Their needs are very different from those of students at UON. You must now start creating and rebranding yourself to mheshimiwa Babu Owino MP Embakasii not Babu wa SONU! Make Embakasii great again (MEGA)Youths wants jobs, women want to grow their business, the men want to provide for their families and all this up to you to represent them at the House! Go for it! Represent them gracefully !

Humble yourself, pray drop off the hooligan brand! Remember I said the future is bright! Soon and very soon their will be too many Vacuums in National leadership to be filled ! Look at how Governor Sonko metamorphosed from wall punching to cleaned up Hon. See what happened Nairobi did not think twice! He is Governor!

How your favorite celebrities celebrated Father’s day

The world celebrated Father’s day yesterday and Kenya was not any different. Kenyan celebrities especially led from the fore front in celebrating their fathers and being celebrated all together in this full type profession without remuneration.

 

To start off is Ebru TV’s sensation Doreen Gatwiri. She was bundled away in some swanky resort somewhere in the confines Dar es Salaam but she still took some time to celebrate her father who she obviously adores and admires. “Happy Fathers’ Day to all the dads. To my father, You have always & will be the strongest pillar in my life. I remember my first day in High School where you fixed my tie & my long green ‘baggy’ skirt, just so I could look perfect & ready for a new chapter of my life. Your wisdom is what has kept me going each day. Nakupenda baba…Salute to all the fathers out here. May God give you long life full of blessings.” She posted on her Facebook.

Sauti Sol’s Bien also his father with a special message as he wrote saying,

Happy Father’s Day papa. I become more like you everyday. I love you to death. Thank you.

Janet Mbugua did not also forget to appreciate her husband and all the fathers in her life. She also for the first time introduced her handsome father who she also celebrated on this special day.

Jalango among others also celebrated themselves for being responsible fathers to their kids despite having a tight schedule that forces them to squeeze in time to be with their loved ones.

Jalang’o this past weekend was exposed by  Wendy Waeni, an 11 year old performer who refers president Uhuru Kenyatta as her biggest  fan. So far she has performed for prominent people and occasions proving that she is a gifted young lady with a bright future ahead of her.

However, seems that Jalang’o who is renown radio presenter cum comedian rubbed the young girl’s management the wrong way after thinking he would get away with her Ksh. 5,000 as revealed.

 

We learnt this through Wendy Waeni’s social media pages where she threatened to expose her chats with Jalang’o which would be clear proof that the fella got away with her money moments after texting her  “i dont have cash right now but by the time you are reaching town i will have sent you the cash am rushing to the Bank.”

She wrote saying;

Ok, @jalangoo you have made people believe that you never ran away with my cash, Can we do a deal to rest this case for the world to know who is lying and who is saying the truth? Jalas lets do a deal, Can i post the chat screenshots here that clearly proves my case?? And if i do so,what will you do? Lets make a clear deal,the world is watching,Bring it on now…

The young girl’s management went on to add,

To rest my case:
■ @jalangoo you ran away with my cash and you know it.
■I can assure you that even after 50yrs from now God Willing i will still remind you or daughter the same.
■I challenged you to deny that you used the following words from your mouth that “i dont have cash right now but by the time you are reaching town i will have sent you the cash am rushing to the Bank”,you havent denied those words.
■I can swear in Gods name that you ran away with my cash that you had agreed to send,can you do the same??
■Finally let it be on record that at no point i have said i need the cash,i just reminded you about an evil you did to me which you know its true,you can use the cash to buy some foodstuffs and visit a childrens home,

Jalango on the other hand wrote to say,

Rarely do i do this but iam forced to….This is a brilliant young girl with a great future ..her name is @wendywaeni and i think she is 11. On my show Jalango with the money i had a segment called Next on stage…this was a platform to showcase your talent…after hosting her on Radio through his manager they requested that i host them on the show…Which i did…just like i hosted over 100 other celebrities…Sad that today when i asked and commented on her opinion about Eddy kenzo being the ambassador of KTB she got irked and said that i ran away with her money 4500 ? I was like really 4500 for what?
Did we agree on a pay for appearing on a show you begged to be in? Did we even call you for the show? And why 4500? Was there such agreement?

1. I know its not her that run her account but the manager
2. You have a great future @wendywaeni…dont allow yourself to go this direction of abuse
3. You may want more doors opened for you…dont close the few
4. You are 11 years ..as you climb up dont break the ladder you might need it on your way up.
5. There are people we owe and those that owe us they are still our clients and we are there friends.

Gay, cross dressing gospel artist lashes out at Jalango

Churchill show comedian Emmanuel Makori popularly known as Ayeiya Aka was buried on April 21st in his rural home in Kijura, Nyansiongo, Kisii County.

Several comedians travelled to Kisii to attend the burial of the fallen Churchill Show comedian who died in a road accident on Magadi road.

Well, Ayeiya’s burial was not without drama – Jalango has attracted the wrath of Kenyans after a photo emerged showing him doing a disgusting thing at Ayeiya’s burial.

The Hot 96 presenter was seen taking a selfie while carrying the deceased’s casket. And he was not the only one talking selfies near the coffin as people mourned.

Controversial gay activist and gospel singer George Barasa aka Joji Baro was completely infuriated by Jalango’s action. He lashed out at the Hot 96 presenter and other people who were busy taking selfies near the casket carrying Ayeiya’s remains.

“Na kwa matanga yangu msikuje. Pigeni selfi two rivers. Not at my funeral. Kumbaf,” Joji Baro wrote.

Zero chills! Jalang’o bashed on Twitter for having failed to marry his baby mama

KOT has no chills and sadly this time around comedian cum popular radio personality Jalang’o faced their wrath moments after he shared a tweet telling Kenyans to stop whining about their senators who had not accomplished much in their 4 year term as he sarcastically used an example of the men who date women for 5 years and still never get to marry them.

With the simple tweet, Jalang’o seemed to have sparked a war he was not ready for. One of his followers responded by asking him why he had not married his baby mama, Cheptoek, who he has dated for more than 5 years…double standards?

Sounds personal… but for once Jalang’o chose to keep his calm as he did not reply to the tweep. This was however a big blow to the comedian as he had not imagined that the tables would turn on him. Anyway, having a few days remaining to the the election date, many celebrities have been trying to preach peace to the youths who are often misled by political talks hoping that whatever happened back in 2007 would not repeat itself again.

Jalango and Jeff Koinange head to Royal Media in a posh Range Rover to take over their new job at HOT 96 FM

Finally the rumor has turned out to be true, Jalango and the legendary Jeff Koinange are the newest celebrity duo to be paired as presenters on radio.

Several weeks ago, rumors started that Jalango was quitting his work at Radio Maisha to join Hot 96 FM after he was wooed with an irresistible figure.

Jalango vehemently denied the rumor but as time passed he revealed he was finally leaving the Mombasa road-based media house.

The rumor also had it that Jalango was to team up with Jeff Koinange for a radio show on Hot 96 – and yesterday April 25 the celebrity duo confirmed their show will start on Thursday 27th April 2017.

In a video advertisement, Jalango was seen driving Jeff Koinange in a posh Range Rover as they headed to Royal Media to take over their new job at Hot 96.

Jalango’s departure from Radio Maisha leaves his former co-host of four years in a terrible mess

Jalango officially quit his job at Radio Maisha about a fortnight ago, this after refuting claims that he had ditched the Mombasa Road-based media house to seek greener pastures.

The radio host-cum-presenter wrote a heartfelt letter to his colleagues on social media, he expressed his gratitude for working with them for the four years they had been together.

“Best Friends…Best Brothers. .Amazing Colleagues I would ask for….Today we part ways..as we pursue other dreams all I want to say that it’s been real…amazing four years together! Alex Mwakideu …you are my bro from another mother…I will always love you! Always do your best! Today I say goodbye to a colleague who became a friend and later a brother. It’s been REAL!” Jalango wrote.

His departure however left Alex Mwakideu in a terrible mess – the Radio Maisha presenter says he lived in denial for a week after Jalango quit.

“Imenichukua wiki nzima kukubali hali halisi kwamba kakangu hakika hayuko nami tena kikazi. Miaka minne Pamoja sio mchezo!

“Kwakheri ndugu yangu. Kutoka moyoni mwangu, nakutakia kila la heri . Mwenyezi Mungu akuongoze katika njia zako zote daima dawama,” Alex Mwakidau wrote.

He also shared a series of his photos and Jalango.

On Friday we joined Jalango in celebrating his last day at Radio Maisha after a cool 4 years. He made the announcement in a heartfelt message posted on his instagram directed to his co hosts Alex Mwakideu and DJ Wesley who was also leaving the station.

The reason for his departure was crowded in mystery but the truth is finally out or rather we suppose it is. We tried uncovering the mystery weeks back when Martin Odour revealed he was heading to Hot 96 but unfortunately that never came into fruition as Radio Maisha gave him a counter offer and retained him.

As revealed by Business Today however, the big political boys later came calling and there was no way Jalango was going to resist the offer.

As the publication revealed, the MC cum event organizer is scheduled to join Joho and Anyang Nyongo’s political teams where he’s supposed to offer his expertise on matters communication, strategy, events and propaganda; not quite sure how that last point works.

Under what capacity he’ll be doing this is not quite clear but keep it here for more of the juice!
