Through his Instagram page the fella went on to share a well detailed post advising those who have been struggling with depression; but never get to talk about it. He went on to open up saying;
As someone who lost a brother through suicide I needed to weigh in and speak to someone who is contemplating on suicide at the moment.
According to Sam West so many people struggle on the low but never push themselves to committing suicide; because every situation in life is temporary no matter how painful it is!

He went on to add;

In Sam’s post he makes it clear that a person has the power to choose or not choose what he wants to even when depressed. However death has never been an answer; therefore it is important to face whatever life throws at a person.
No matter what your situation, there are people who need you, places where you can make a difference, and experiences that can remind you that life is worth living. It takes real courage to face death and step back from the brink. You can use that courage to face life, to learn coping skills for overcoming depression, and for finding the strength to keep going.
He then concluded by reminding people that pain and unhappiness is part of life; but is always temporary!

This past weekend Gospel singer Papa Dennis lifeless body was picked from Ngara area after he allegedly jumped off from the 7th floor near the Jubilee Headquarters in Pangani.
Word making round on social media is that he had visited his producer to work on a new project; before storming out to and allegedly jumping off the building.

Police are said to have ruled this as suicide due to depression. His ex lover, actress Martha says she knew about Papa’s struggle with depression since they talked everyday.

What has shocked many is the fact that Zari seems quite comfortable with her daughter drinking the alleged alcoholic drink in her presence despite her young age.
We can however not confirm whether the drink was alcoholic or not but judging from the way Tiffah is seen running her mouth; then it’s only right to assume that she was feeling some type of way.
