Jeff Koinange miraculously recovers from Covid-19 days after testing positive for the virus

Jeff Koinange is now coronavirus free as revealed on his social media pages. The Citizen TV announced the good news through his usual pages as he informed fans that JKL is back like it never left.

His fast recovery comes about 10 days after he publicly confirmed about his positive results. Being a deadly virus that spread across the world; Jeff was forced to stay away from work but unlike the usual 14 day quarantine, he only sent 9 days.

As seen on his social media Jeff wrote;

Guess who’s Baaaack?? Taaaanite #JKLive @citizentvkenya at 9pm, we have a TRIPLE HEADER…First up, @KenyaAirways Board Chairman @michaelj2 on KQ resuming Int’l Flights…Then we talk about, Covid-19 & Stigma with @JerotichSeii followed by Dr Frank Njenga on Mental Health! Oh MY!! Spread THE WORD!!

Of course his die hard fans could not hold back from celebrating the fact that he was now back; not forgetting that he beat the virus like the champion he is.

However, blogger Robert Alai says Jeff’s quick recovery seems fishy especially since the Citizen TV news anchor did not quarantine for 14 days like the rest.

Of course Alai had to find a good reason to question how fast the recovery was; and truth is he may not be the only one who’s wondering what medication Jeff may have used to heal so fast. Alai wrote;

You healed so fast. you people make people doubt your story. Why is the story not consistent? What duration do people and be safe as well as protect others?

Idris Sultan opens up about spending his BBA Ksh 32 million like water, blames his friends!

Tanzanian hunk Idris Sultan was the last winner we got to witness from Big Brother Africa. However this was back in 2014 where Idris walked away with a whooping Ksh 32 million and now he has nothing left to show from all that money.

Speaking during a recent interview, the comedian cum actor narrated how he wasted the money with friends who in the end did not benefit him. According to Idris, after scooping the cash he went on to reach out to the show’s management where he asked them to hold on the money; as he hoped to think through on what he would spend it on.

The comedian says he requested his money 3 months after the show was over; but unfortunately he ended up spending it with friends – but mostly he blames one called, Mike.

The first time ambayo nimepata ile hela, a lot of friends walikuwa behind me. Plan yangu ilikuwa kukaa pale one month I wasn’t sure I would even last the month but all I needed was that platform to push my brand at the time. sikujua nitashinda so there was no plan for that money.

Squandered money on gold

According to Idris Sultan, most of his money went to a gold business he had started with the help of his close friend, Mike. Apparently, Mike was in charge of the finances and since he trusted him a bit too much; Idris never felt the need of following up with his bestie.

However, with time he realized that the business he had invested in was not bringing in money. At some point he even got a deal to supply gold to one of Swaziland’s King Mswati’s children; but this never happened!

Mike was very close tukaamua kwa nini tusifanye vitu vingi. Kulikuwa na masuala ya gold na vitu vingine, vyote hivi nimemweka close. Sasa kitu kilifanya so much money ikapotea and I don’t understand zimepotea vipi ni kwamba I used to authorise release of funds for several projects upon Mike’s approval without asking questions because we were close and before I knew it, not much was left and there was no yield in the businesses.

Out of the Ksh 32 million, Idris says he only bought a Mercedez Benz worth 1.2 million; and a vacation with a few of his friends which cost about 1 million. So question is, where did the rest go to?

Well a few weeks ago Amina Mude made headlines after announcing her separation with husband, Ben Kitili. For a minute we all thought this was a joke until she went on to mention that this was best for their kids.

Barely a week after the post, Amina came back with yet another post; and this time around, the lady was out to apologize for making a false post which she blames on anger!

As seen on the post, Amina says her man is patient, understanding and above all a secure man who does not keep on pushing her around. The lass wrote;

Singer Zzero was recently involved in a grisly road accident that saw him get hospitalized at a certain hospital in Uthiru.

According to reports Zzero was nursing a broken arm among other injuries. According to reports, the accident took place around Kibra area where he had been hanging out.

One of his team members shared the news online saying;

Back in the day when she was still a strong boxer aiming for the stars; the mother of one fought fights that will never be forgotten but unfortunately despite the glory…she now remains forgotten.

However, we as Ghafla have compiled a few photos of Conjestina from back in the day and boy will you be shocked. From the photos below it’s evident to see that life was easier and bearable for her before she suffered the mental illness that has reduced her to a village fighter.

A while back, Mama Conje revealed how her daughter (Conjestina) had become an alcoholic; who often picked fightings at liquor dens in their village.

Conjestina however got help, but problem is… it seems that people who reach out to help only want photos for social media; yet never follow up n her recovery journey.

Singer Bahati and wife Diana Marua seem to have a good relationship which somehow leaves fans wondering the secret behind their happy married life!

So far they have been together for 5 years and continue to act like newly weds everytime they are seen in public. Jalang’o seems to feel like everyone else who came across the new photos of Conjestina shared by Carol Radull who recently paid her a visit back in Gem!

Judging from how washed up and malnourished Conjestina looks; many can’t help but feel sorry for former boxing champion who represented Kenya well – only for her to live in such poor conditions.

Conje’s story hurts soo much anytime it comes up and thank you soo much @carolradull for visiting her, sometimes you look at what some Legends go through I swear you just hate this Government!

Who is to blame?

Among those who have come out to address her current living state is Jalang’o who indirectly blames the government for neglecting Conjestina despite her dedication to represent her motherland all those years.

Although there are those who have stepped in to help Conjestina before; Jalang’o goes on to add that Rehab and word of mouth is not enough to get the boxer back on her feet. In his post, the radio presenter goes on to add;

I dont know what to say about Conje’s story because we all know that alot has been done to help her the last notable was when Gov. Sonko took charge. We can now just say rehab alone will not change her we have to get her out of the environment that took her first to the Rehab, Going to the rehab and coming back to the same village and environment will not help. I know many people will now come out to help and the circle will continue, pick Conje, take her to Rehab, take her back to Gem village.

Well, rumor has it that things surrounding her world have started falling out of place. After meeting several prominent people during her music tour in the coast region; Miss Tanasha apparently did not see the need of using this opportunity to grow her music.

This was revealed by Tanzanian blogger Orginaleast who allegedly got the information from a source close to Tanasha Donna. As seen on the post, the blogger refers to Tanasha as a lazy being who could not complete her media tour due to laziness!

Many cannot believe that funny man cum actor Papa Shirandula is no more. It has been almost a week now but fans, friends and family still cannot imagine that he will never talk or crack jokes with him.

According to reports the actor allegedly passed on after contracting Covid-19; but his wife’s eulogy seemed to say something different. Anyway, what matters is that Papa Shirandula is now rested and will not have to suffer like he did before his untimely!

Even with the actor gone, we can’t help but share some of the beautiful memories he left behind. One of the special moments we wish to share are photos from his lit wedding that wedding just a few years ago!

How he met his wife

Speaking during a recent interview with Churchill, Papa’s wife Beatrice opened up revealing how they met. According to the lady, they met back in 2004 when the late actor visited some friends near her home area.

I met him in 2004 when he was just visiting some friends and pastors around the area we used to live. We started meeting and talking and one time he came through the pastor asking for my consent; and the relationship took pff from there. He took me to Busia and I met his family.

From how his wife described their life together; we can confirm that the two genuinely loved each other hence the 16 years they lived together as man and wife! However now that he is gone, all Beatrice can do is pray for her late husband’s soul.

The singer who is popularly known for his Vijana tuache mihadarati hitsong has been rocking the braces for about 6 months now; and looking at the new photo it’s clear to see that he indeed needed to fix his teeth.

However now that this has been done, Stivo has come out looking quite different; don’t get me wrong but this singer totally looks more handsome with the new set of teeth!

Judging from the photo making rounds on social media, BK appears to have used a lighter shade of foundation on her face; hence looking like a birthday clown on the selfie she took with a fan.

Judging from the environment the photo was taken from we can confirm that clubbing on the has now become a thing in Nairobi; and the funny part is that most of the celebrities are on the forefront of the party life!

This comes just a few days after actor Papa Shirandula was laid to rest in his Busia home. However, there are those who felt the need of criticizing Njoro’s dress code; claiming he is poor and has been struggling like most of the comedians we come to hear of.

This time around DJ Mo complained about his wife nagging the life out of him! According to the gospel DJ his wife can’t go an hour or two without calling him non stop.

For this reason, Baba Muraya Jnr now feels that his marriage is somehow not working; all thanks to his wife’s nagging behavior.

Do other men go through the same thing ama ni mimi tu? I was telling a friend of mine that marriage is starting to feel like a lot of work.

Size 8 explains herself

In her defense Size 8 says she has her own reasons as to why she keeps calling her man whenever he steps out. Unlike most women, the mother of 2 admits to being insecure which then leads to trust issues!

The reason why I call him that much is because I have my own reasons. The truth is I have been doing all he is accusing me of. There are times when paranoia, lack of security and lack of trust hits me.

Judging from some of the things the two brought up during the show, it appears that all is not well! At some point Size 8 shares her fear of having to go through a divorce.

The singer goes on to open up about sleepless nights now that her heart is not at peace. She goes on to add;

I was not calling him to offend him. Sometimes my heart is not at peace. I love my husband and the thought of divorce is giving me sleepless nights and I do not want it in my house.

Babu Owino this past weekend gave Kenyans on social media a show that many will never forget.

For the first time the Embakasi East legislator narrated how his childhood in Nyalenda slums, Kisumu County was; as well as blaming it for his current violent behavior!

Turns out that Babu Owino did not have the usual normal childhood as his mother sold Chang’aa; an illicit brew, just to make ends meet.

Being the breadwinner of the family meantshe had no option but to hustle for her child! Speaking through his social media pages, Babu Owino opened up saying;

Today I have decided to talk to fellow Kenyans heart-to-heart and in the course of my duties I have been engaging you on various platforms on social media and I sense your anger. I sense that some of you are hurt and some are disappointed with me. I am a human being like you,

About his mother, being among those who sold the illicit brew meant that their family often faced police brutality; and even at some point Babu went on to reveal that he watched them whip his mum.

My mother sold chang’aa. She did not sell chang’aa because she wanted to but because she wanted us to go to school and to get the best services. Police harassment was real, and I witnessed them whipping my mother

Tasting Chang’aa

Being a common drink in most slums, Babu says kids get to taste it when they are quite young; and since no one is around to observe what happens, Babu says he then got to have his first Chang’aa at the age of 8 years. He opened up saying;

At around eight years, I tasted chang’aa. I did it because it was what everyone was doing around, and it was the normal thing to do. Out of influence, I had to take chang’aa. Since then I have been taking alcohol.

He however claims to have quit alcohol for a few months now; but we also can’t help but think this might just be another stunt especially now that many have been demanding for DJ Evolve to get justice!

Terence Creative denies being a deadbeat dad, blames ex wife for ruining their relationship with his kids

Terence Creative and his wife Milly Chebby enjoy parading their daughter on social media; and for some reason fans feel that the comedian neglects the other children he had with his ex wife.

This conversation was however sparked thanks to a comment made by Milly Chebby who was interacting with one of her fans. The fan went on to ask whether Terence had been denied access to his children; or was it her (Milly) keeping the comedian away from the kids to which Milly responded saying;

Well, not so many know that singer Avril was once head over heels with Jalango who at the time had started his radio journey!

According to SDE’s Pulse magazine, back in 2012 Jalang’o and Avril kept their relationship a secret for a while before the pair showed up looking all lovey dovey during one of ‘Pulse-Ogopa crew’ getaway weekends, which went down at the Naivasha Lake Crayfish Camp.

Well, Daniel Weke who is not only an eye candy but a talented young man is the new face added to Jalang’o team.

Daniel Weke is not only a TV host but a talented actor who has featured on several Mnet movies before his big break with TV series, Mali!

Among some of the shows he has hosted is The Edge’ before he moved to hosting ‘The Hangout!’ What makes him special is the fact that he learned how to hustle while still young – and this is because of his single mum.

During one of the big interviews he did back in past, Mr Weke opened up on how his father walked out leaving his mother to take care of their family. The baby who arrived 13 years after Catherine Kamau alais Kate actress welcomed her son; back when she was in campus. According to Catherine, things were not as easy especially with tough parents always expecting perfection!

This was however just another way of learning how tough life is; but looking on the brighter side, this experience helped make the woman she is today.

Comedian Owago Onyiro has come forward to defend himself from rumors claiming that he has been conning Netizens through his social media pages!

The comedian popularly known for his adult jokes and of course skilled hands when it comes to the kitchen was recently exposed for conning a man about Ksh 7500. This is after the conned person sent the alleged Owago money after purchasing some food from his online page.

Well, this not being the first time a celebrity is accused of stealing money from online fans; Owago could not maintain his silence as he opened up explaining the situation.

Ruth Matete has left many in tears following her heartfelt tribute to her late husband, Beloved John Apewajoye’s who died on April 11th.

The pastor who had legally wedded Ruth Matete a few months ago succumbed to burn injuries sustained from the unfortunate gas explosion. at the time of death, the pastor had been receiving treatment at a known hospital in Nairobi; but unfortunately, he did not make it alive.

As his kenyan family gathered for his final send off on July 23, Ruth Matete was given the chance to eulogise her late hubby; and judging from what she said, we can all agree that the singer indeed loved her husband.

It’s a boy!

From what Ruth said, it appears that her husband already knew that his time was up. To prove this, the late pastor had already picked out a name for their unborn child. She went on to open up saying;

Sometimes I feel you when your time had come because of how you had put things in order like naming the baby. We agreed to call him Joshua Toluwa Apewajoye if it’s a boy and Joanna Toluwa Apewajoye if it’s a girl.

Lastly… Ruth went on to mention that they are expecting a baby boy who will be named Joshua which signifies “Yahweh is deliverance” or “salvation.

Miss Ruth said;
It is a boy so he is Joshua. I’ll tell Toluwa of how kind you were pastor Beloved and what a true man of God you were. 2 Corinthians 5:8. Continue being with the lord my darling husband.

Ruth Matete is a strong woman and I say this because she has managed to handle both her young pregnancy; and the death of her husband, the late Beloved John Apewajoye.

For the past few months Ruth and her family had been trying to access her late husband’s body whixh had been held back for investigations by the government.

After weeks of waiting, the singer was granted permission to bury her husband but again; she needed to clear the pending hospital bills before releasing the body.

Well, the late Beloved John Apewajoye was finally laid to rest at the Lang’ata Cemetery since they could fly the body to Nigeria.

Having lost the love of her life, we honestly cannot imagine the amount of pain singer Ruth Matete must be going through.

This comes weeks after the two publicly announced about their unborn baby while also confirming rumors claiming they are an item!

Well, the public had a field day with stories from Frankie Just Gym It, Corazon Kwamboka and of course Maureen Waititu as everyone wanted to share their side of their stories through their pages.

So far a lot has been said about the new couple in town; and trust me not many women are happy with Corazon who jumped into a relationship with Frankie knowing very well he had been raising a family with Ms Waititu.
