Newly weds Catherine Kamau and her hubby Phil Karanja have finally disclosed where they went for their honeymoon. The actress who is currently doing well with TV show Sue and Johnnie exchanged her marital vows on Friday 17th in a low key ceremony.

Their wedding left fans shocked as not many expected it to be held this year. However seems that Phil could not wait to make Catherine Kamau his official wife.

From what we know is that they two had been dating for quite some years before they decided to settle down for good.

From Catherine Kamau’s Instagram stories we have learnt that the two are currently in Seychelles. The two are staying at one of the most expensive hotels in Seychelles, Kempinski as revealed by Catherine.

Tanzanian group Navy Kenzo which is made up of renown couple Nahreel and Aika is heavy with child! The two announced the good news about a months ago and a few hours ago they left their fans mesmerized after their baby shower.

Aika Kenzo apparently invited her close friends including Vanessa Mdee to celebrate her shower. From the photos shared on her Instagram seems like her boyfriend Nahreel spent quite some amount to give his lady the best day.

The two are said to be expecting their first child after dating for close to ten years. This is after they met in High school and since then they have been together till date.

Kenyans on Twitter have come out to share their opinion on an article claiming Nyanshinski demanded money for an interview. The article published on a popular local News paper did not give the name of the rapper. However, from how the article was written, Kenyans concluded it was Nyashinski.

From the comments seems that most people claim Nyashinski has a big ego which should be trimmed. This comes after it was revealed that he does not follow anyone on his Instagram page. His die hard fans however concluded that the story had been fabricated to tarnish his image.

After several warnings from the police, one Daudi aka King Kahora chose not to change his ways. Apparently the young man said to be 25 years was the most notorious thief in Eastleigh area. He not only robbed businesses but also killed people he knew, just because he could.

However, his career and life came to an end yesterday after he was gunned down in Donholm. The fella is said to have been on a mission with his partners when the police caught up with them. The two men with him also did not escape as they were also put down a few meters from where Kahora’s body lay.

This however comes a few months after he was warned by Hessy wa Eastleigh to quit his ways. Through Hessy’s Facebook page he called out the young man hoping he would lay low…but this did not happen.

King Kahora as they refer to him is said to have been a nightmare to Eastleigh residence. Surprisingly many claim that before he became a thief, the young man was a calm,silent young man with good football skills. He however lost his life before reforming and Hessy is now using him as an example to others.

Is there trouble in the A team from Nairobi Diaries? Well it seems so. Reality show Nairobi Diaries which is now in its 6th season has brought both the worst and best of Kenyan socialites!

So far it features the likes of Pendo, Risper Faith and Bridget Achieng who refer themselves as the A team. However word has it that the ladies are no longer in good terms. This was revealed by Bridget Achieng in a snippet video of the new episode to be aired on 20th November.

It was 3 years yesterday since my dad passed. I don’t talk about his death much. I hadn’t visited his grave since we buried him. It was time this week to redo the grave. I dreaded it, because seeing where he lay would make it real.

Everyone copes with death differently, but the emotions are similar I think. It often begins with shock and feeling numb, especially if the death was sudden. Everything seems unreal. With time the pain sets in. Sadness, loneliness, helplessness, and guilt may come over you in waves. Eventually comes a slowly growing acceptance of what has happened, but it’s not necessarily a happy acceptance.

I often wonder why does it hurt so much? Death is inevitable but every time I hear of someone passing it shocks me to my core. I guess we hurt so much because we love so greatly. My heart goes out to you if you’re struggling with a difficult loss too. It’s important for our healing to remember the love we were blessed to experience was a rare and wonderful thing. While I mourn, i stay grateful for what i had. Rest in peace Dad, always loved. Dedicated to all the beautiful souls we’ve lost.

Word has it that Diamond Platnumz spent his recent trip to Dubai with Hamisa Mobetto. Well, there are no photos of the two to prove this but there seems to be some element of truth.

While in Dubai the singer was spotted hanging out with the same lady Hamisa Mobetto was photographed with. This raised mixed reactions on social media as Hamisa Mobetto team went ahead to troll Zari. Others however felt that it was not a big deal since Diamond Platnumz is a Muslim and can marry four wives!

on the other hand Catherine Kamau is now officially married to the love of her life Philip Karanja. The two tied the knot on 17th November joining the list of celebrity couples to wed this year.

The wedding which went down at Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club attracted close friends and relatives who were present to witness the beautiful union.

Diamond Platnumz has lately been rumoured to have two women in his life. However, he prefers being seen with Zari Hassan and this is because they both run various businesses that bring in good money.

Hamisa Mobetto on the other is his youngest baby mama. Three months ago she welcomed a healthy baby boy who was named after Diamond Platnumz dad.

Just recently the 23 year old was forced to take Diamond Platnumz to court for failing to provide child support for his son. The case was later thrown out of court as the judge said that it had not followed the right procedure.

Even with all that drama, Diamond is now rumored to have flown Hamisa Mobetto to Dubai where he has a show tonight. So does this mean they are together? Well, nobody knows this for sure but chances are he is talking to the young lady because of the child they have together.

Fans go wild after Wema Sepetu shares new photo showing grown baby bump

Tanzanian sweetheart Wema Sepetu is back with a new movie. The lady announced this through her Instagram page where she shared a photo looking pregnant to promote her new project.

Having supportive fans, they all left moving messages hoping she will one day have a child of her own. From the many comments left by Wema’s fans it is clear to see that most can’t wait for the day she announces that she has a baby on the way.

A while back the actress revealed that she aborted her child with the late Kanumba. From her statement, Wema Sepetu says she was young and stupid as she could not repeat the same mistake if given a second chance.

Her miscarriage

On February 17th 2016 the lady confirmed that she suffered a miscarriage. This saw her lose her twins who were due in December of that year. Since then she has been seeking medical help to see whether she will get pregnant. However, Wema Sepetu says if she hits 30 years without a child she will then do away with her womb.

Mike Sonko steps up to support a 1 year old baby girl in urgent need of eye surgery

Nairobi Governor Mike is proud to announce that his team has come out to help a little girl in need of eye surgery. Through his social media pages the governor narrated how the 1 year old’s case came to his attention.

Apparently he met baby Kyla’s mum at Club 40 in Westland’s where she works. Knowing how Mike Sonko helps people she approached him with her daughter’s case hoping he would help. Through his Instagram page Mike Sonko narrated the story saying:

A case of baby Kyla aged 1 Year 4 Months who requires an urgent eye surgery in India was drawn to my attention by her mother Linda who is a resident of Kasarani Constituency. I met Linda at Club 40 in Westlands where she is an employee. While in the company of some MPs and other leaders, Linda came to me crying that I was the only one who could help her. She shared with me her problems on how to raise funds to take her baby to India for eye surgery. I was touched and volunteered to support her.

However, yesterday on 15th Kayla’s parents met up with Mike Sonko who carted for their daughter’s surgery scheduled to take place soon.

Today she paid me a visit at my office and I undertook to cater for baby kyla medical bills for the operation in India. According to Dr. Fayaz A Khan, Chief Ophthalmologist at Lions Sightfirst Eye Hospital, Baby Kyla was born at full term through caesarean section.

According to the Doctor, on examination, both eyes were noted to be white and there was no demarcation line between the sclera and the anterior segment. Baby Kyla is now set for cornea transplant in India courtesy of Sonko Rescue Team. I appeal to all well wishers to support Baby Kyla through

Savara Mudigi seems to be bringing back old skool fashion and boy does he look fine. The singer who is part of Sauti Sol is seen dressed in what looks like a belly bottom which he paired with a retro shirt.

The singer’s latest photos suggest that Vintage clothes are growing in desirability. Celebrities like him who aren’t afraid to show off their unique style are always the first to flaunt their vintage finds.

Businesswoman Anerlisa Muigai has revealed that she was hospitalized on Saturday 11th November. According to the lady she woke up just fine before passing out while heading out.

Good Morning 🙂 Everyday you are able to sleep and wake up well, always give thanks to God.
Last Saturday I woke up very well, got ready for the day, but on getting out of the house I collapsed. I remember waking up in NH with a sharp pain below my rib cage that nobody could understand…..Minutes later I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis that is caused by gallstones which had formed over the years unoticed. In a million years I never thought I would find myself in this position especially right now that I have been so cautious with my body and health.

Though she is doing better now, Anerlisa Muigai urged her followers to always get checked by their doctor. This is after she found herself in hospital while along she thought she was healthy and in good shape. She wrote saying:

The Dr. assured me that it doesn’t matter whether you are the best athlete or the like, everybody has to go for body check up every now and then because some diseases just come without our knowledge. I thank God for at least getting my health back and that’s why I was able to take pictures of moments at NH ❤❤. A big thank you to my family for always being there for me,Thanks to my health insurance for sorting part of my hospital bills. Thanks to everyone who took care of me in NH especially the dedicated nurses who were with me throughout and finally an enormous thank you to DK ? for flying back to Nairobi just to be with me ❤. Sad: Avril Nyambura’s response to fan who commented ‘acne’ under her photo

Avril Nyambura has responded to one of her fans who left a nasty comment under her photo. This happened recently after Avril shared a new photo looking flawless – but one of her fans did not seem to agree.

The singer who has been open about her skin condition could not believe that internet bullies still stoop low to make others feel bad. In the past Avril made it clear that she was struggling with acne but after a few visits to the dermatologist she was getting better.

However, this particular follower could not hold back from writing “Acne” on the lady’s photo. This however went unnoticed as other fans called him out for being insensitive.

Avril’s response

Seems that the singer was following closely and later decided to respond saying:

“I feel so bad seeing how young you look on your profile and already a social media bully who’s intention is to troll people, be wise younging and chose to be the voice of proper use of social media in your generation, God bless you and grant you wisdom dear young one”.

This is however not the first time Avril is coming across such comments!
