Comedian captain Otoyo quits Radio Maisha for Milele FM

Comedian Captain Otoyo is back to Milele FM 2 years after he quit the station to pave way for his friend, Jalang’o.

However now that his friend moved to Kiss FM; the comedian has announced his return to Milele FM where he will be hosting the Milele Drive show alongside Diana Tangut.

The excited comedian made the announcement through his social media pages where he went on to write;

Of course his followers could not hide their excitement; since Otoyo is known for good jokes that often entertain his audience, Not quite sure whether his fans from Radio Maisha will follow him to the new station; but chances are – they might just do that!

Wema Seperu has every reason to smile and make merry on social media. Just a few weeks ago, the Tanzanian actress pocketed a couple of millions from DSTV; after agreeing to have her Wema App content on the Sub-Saharan African direct broadcast satellite service.

Of course Wema could not just hand them her app without a good deal on the table. And so far word has it that she is currently loaded to a point of dishing out money to her struggling friends. However, this sounds like a repeat of her ‘In my shoes’ show that she ended up dropping due to mismanagement of funds.

Away from that, we now understand that Wema Sepetu is planning to get some work done on her body; months after losing almost half her original weight. According to Wema, her doctors from India encouraged her to shed off the unwanted; that is if she was looking to be a mother in future.

However, turns out that she lost quite a lot and for reason she also lost weight on areas she did not expect…and that is hips, the behind and breasts.

Speaking on her latest episode aired on her App; Wema Sepetu went on to reveal that she has plans to get some work done on her. But with this, se expects nobody to point fingers at her since it is her body and will do as she pleases with it.

Rapper Nyashinski has been sharing unknown stories about his life after he left Kenya for the United States. Speaking to Senator Sakaja through his first YouTube video shared a few days ago; Nyashinski narrated how different and difficult life was back in the State.

According to Nyashinski, his life was reduced to that of a loner due to the long hours he drove around around. However this being the only well paying job, Nyashinski says that he had somehow learnt to accept his new life now.

I accepted that this is my life.

However, thanks to a close friend; Nyashinski says he got one of the best advices that saw him bounce back into making productive music.

According to Nyashinski, this friend asked him to make positive use of the pressure he was feeling from the fatigue, stress and new life abroad.

So back in the States, my friend told me to just go in the studio and exert that pressure as a lyricist.

Back to making music

Having been blessed with the ability to write good music; Nyashinski found himself doing what he loved most and that is ‘being creative’; And with time, the young man was back to making music.

I did not have to release the songs. But I found myself listening to a beat, creating a song and wanting to perfect it and then I want people to listen. That is how I found myself back into the music world and came back home.

Rekles seemingly reacts to stories claiming he exited Gengetone music group, Ethic

Singer Rekles has come out to share his side of the story moments after rumor had it that he was now done with Gengetone group, Ethic.

Rumor had it that Rekles is currently working as a solo artist; weeks after he dropped several projects featuring other artists as seen on social media. Also, judging from the fact that he seems to be working better as a solo artist, this has now left many claiming that he is now all independent.

But since where there is smoke…there always fire; we believe that the rumors may have some truth. This is judging from how Rekless has been moving in the entertainment industry! Khaligraph Jones and ex Cashy did not really break up 2 years ago as revealed.This is because the two apparently have a 2 year old son, Xolani; whose paternity they chose to keep on the low until this past weekend.

As seen on Miss Cashy’s instagram page, the lady seems to decided to take the rapper to court following child support issues. Turns out that Khaligraph has not been stepping in for his son who now needs medical attention; and from cashy’s post Khaligraph never got health insurance for him.

Rapper Cashy who is Khaligraph Jones ex girlfriend has finally confirmed that her son, Xolani was actually fathered by the her ex Mr Omollo.

This comes almost 2 years after Cashy welcomed her baby boy; but just like most celebrities she chose to keep him on the low until he turned 1 year. At this point no one really knew who the father was since Khaligraph had moved on with his current wife, Georgina; who also happens to have a 15 month old daughter.

On Sunday, 27 September Cashy however decided to finally reveal her son’s paternity; and just when we thought it couldn’t be baba Amali – turns out that he is actually responsible for the young boy.

This comes after the lady went on to reveal that she had taken the rapper to court for neglecting his son. Through her social media pages, Cashy shared a detailed post saying;

In the caption Cashy went on to reveal her reasons for suing Khaligraph who seems to have forgotten about his son, Xolani. According to Cashy, all she needs is for her child to be well taken care of; and in detailed caption she went on to explain this saying;

Well, we found out about Msalame’s dancing skills through a video shared on her page. The lady who is seen rocking quite a huge baby bump went on to shake her body; and what made the video more cute is the fact that she was joined by her twin daughters.

Nyashinski opens up about lonely life as a truck driver in the United States!

Nyashinski’s music journey started way back when he part of Kleptomaniax; a group that changed the Kenyan music industry. Back then, Robba, Collo and Nyashinski were the hottest males in the industry; and their rap bars made it impossible not to love them.

However, it got to a point where the boys had to quit the group; in order to focus on other things like studies and work. Nyashinski however moved to the United States with his family; an experience he recently opened up about on his first episode of his YouTube show.

Speaking to senator Sakaja, Nyashinski went on to reveal that he had completely quit music when he moved abroad. This is because he probably hoped to land a better job; but little did he know the tough life awaiting for him in the States. He went on to openen up saying;

“When we moved abroad, I had completely quit music. I was working back in the States as a truck driver, I used to drive a lorry, trying to survive. That experience taught me a lot. Two things that were life-changing for me back then was one, when I was here, I was a star.”

Humble and lonely life

According to Nyashinski, the celebrity life he was used to back in Kenya was reduced to nothing. Life in the States humbled him to a point he started missing the special treatment he was used to.

“People recognised me everywhere and we were doing what we loved. I moved from a place where I was known and getting a bit of favours here and there to a place where no one knows me. No special treatment and you must work because you have to eat. That was coupled with the fact I was used to having people around me to a lonely life of driving a truck.”

The celebrated singer and hit maker went on to add that his life at some point got so lonely. Driving around for long hours left him feeling like he was trapped in a cage; hence teaching him to make good use of the little time he could spend with fellow drivers.

“There you are alone for over 16 hours. You only stop to fuel, sleep, shower and use the bathroom. So you find yourself enjoying small conversations with people you meet for five minutes. At least it was away from that cage. I accepted that this is my life.”

Harrison Mumia who is popularly known for his role in the atheism community movement has come out urging Ruth Matete to forget Christianity and join Atheism!

This comes shortly after Ruth Matete went on to blast popular pastors; and ministers of the word who abandoned her after her husband’s accident that cost his life.

Through her social media pages, Matete went on to tell off these pretenders in a detailed post where she wrote;

Vera Sidika is almost back to her original skin tone after months of staying in Nairobi; where she could not access her bleaching creams, pills or whatever they use to make her skin lighter!

Due to the virus, Vera has been relying on filters and makeup to look lighter; however thanks to a new photos shared on Edgar’s page we have every reason to believe that Ms Vera is back to being black.

Not that her original skin tone had any issues but Vera once revealed that being light made her more confident; hence the expensive skin lightening process somewhere in beverly hills… or was it the boob job that cost Ksh 2 million?

Rumor making rounds on social media is that Jowie Irungu; and his girlfriend, Mica Belella are no longer an item following their recent stunt on social media.

After weeks of parading their love on social media; Mica Belella recently decided to pull down her man’s photos from her IG due to unknown reasons.

However, something about her latest move confirms that this could be a publicity stunt; now that Jowie is no longer making news. Or just a normal break up considering in this 2020 anything and everything is possible.

Anyway after unfollowing the now gospel singer; it appears that Jowie also pulled the same by unfollowing Mica Belella the model he was said to be dating. Petty much? But since we cannot confirm whether the two parted ways; all we can do is hope that all is well between the two love birds.

However after her birthday surprise in Mombasa from boyfriend/hubby Eddie Butita; most of their fans on social media continue to discuss the two but mostly Mammito’s dress.

Apparently many feel that the dress the female comedian chose to go with did not match so well with her skin tone nor her figure! Aisha Khavere Matindo popularly known as Mama Kayai from TV series Vitimbi recently had a candid interview with Jalang’o. Judging from the reaction in the comment section; it appears that many had indeed been waiting for this moment.

Speaking on Jalang’o TV the veteran actress opened up about her experience in the acting world; and how she landed her role as the popular the mama Kayai.

According to Aisha, her role on the show was to be a customer at Ojwang cafe; but after the original cast landed another role as ‘Vioja Mahakamani’s judge’ Aisha was the randomly picked out to play the role of Mama Kayai.

Ken Oliech who is Dennis and the late Kevin Oliech’s big brother recently opened up about the life his brother lived; weeks after the young man was laid to rest in his rural home in Kisumu.

Having lost his battle to cancer, Kevin Oliech’s death indeed came as a big surprise to his family, friends; and the entire Kenyan football fraternity. However having fought the good life, Ken says his brother resting brought peace since they all knew how much pain he was in.

Speaking exclusively to the Nation, Ken who also build his life around football; went on to reveal how his brother flew to Nairobi from Germany just to be with those he loved. Ken said;

“In December, Kevo (Kevin) briefly travelled to Nairobi; met his childhood friends and intimidated. To them that his health was failing and ‘anything could happen’. It was like he was telling them goodbye.”

He had made peace with death

Having undergone the best treatment he could get in Germany; Ken Oliech says that it got to a point where his brother could no longer take the pain.

Ken went on to add that by the time his small brother took his last breath; the late Kevin Oliech had already made peace with the fact that he was going to die. Speaking about this, Ken went on to say;

He underwent chemotherapy and appeared to have improved, but suddenly his condition deteriorated. Weeks before he passed on, the doctors told us he won’t make it. My brother was okay with that decision. He told me ‘let me rest brother. I will be fine’.”

For those who remember well, despite having shown potential in taking over the music industry through her sultry voice; Sage Chemutai disappeared from social media after getting pregnant for King Kaka.

However something seems to have gone wrong during their dating phase; and unfortunately King Kaka opted to go back to Nana Owiti leaving Sage and baby to survive on their own – but of course we are sure he supports his daughter!

Akothee and her family are currently in mourning after losing their sister in law; who was married to Akothee’s younger brother, Allan Ignatius.

Judging from the posts shared by Akothee, the mother of 5 avoided mentioning what occurred to her late sister in law; however she went on to celebrate her for being more than a friend but a sister.

Although we may not know what Allan is going through; Akothee went on to share some special message comforting him after losing the love of his life. Akothee went on to write;
