Milly Chebby recently revealed she wanted to lose weight the easy way and just like her friends, Jackie Matubia and Catherine Kamau – she too wanted to get the gastric balloon procedure.

Well, we cant blame her looking at how fast Catherine Kamau has been shedding off the baby fat. Well, as for Jackie Matubia she continues to make progress and being less than 3 months since she had the procedure – she too will soon start seeing the changes.

However sadly for Milly Chebby – we understand that husband Terence Creative has refused to have her undergo the knife; and instead insists on losing the unwanted fat – the hard way by working it all out. Terence revealed this during a conversation they were having with their close friends, Wajesus Family where he said;

Others actually have it worse – but the difference between you and them is how much you value your own life, how often you appreciate your own life, remember you came to the world alone…no friends, didnt even know the person that carried you for the 9 months or the man responsible for the sperm that made you….i mean that should tell you alot, right?

Anyway with that said…..there are rumors surrounding Noti Flow’s ex girlfriend, King Alami who is currently hospitalized at KNH and according to the rapper she cannot speak on the matter since it is a police case.

Vera Sidika’s daughter Asia Brown is officially 1 year old and of course – Mummy and daddy decided to give her a big birthday fit for a princess.

However unlike we expected, Vera Sidika hasnt been hyping the birhday with photos and videos like we had expected her to do. But then again – im guessing fans have started cancelling her following the butt removal stunt….that continues to overshadow everything she now does including daughter’s birthday.

Vera Sidika is not about to let anyone tell her what she should or should not do when it comes to her daughter, Asia Brown. And once again she has come out to address those attacking her for Asia’s long kinky extensions as seen on new photos.

This is after the former socialite received major backlash after unveiling new photos to mark Asia’s first birthday; and being the daughter of a wealthy socialite, the year old was seen wearing extensions which left many screaming on behalf of the baby scalp.

However in her defence, Vera Sidika says Asia only wore the extensions for 2 hours….two whole hours, and good thing is that they weren’t heavy or even painful.

Nadia Mukami is running and she needs to stop. A few days ago she went online complaining about her body weight (which btw is just baby fat) and being 6 months since she had her baby….she actually looks amazing and beautiful.

However having been a size 4 or 6 before pregnancy – you can understand her insecurities now that she has to embrace the new body and weight. But again…its just been 6 months, the body is still healing, hormones still balancing and everything slowly sliding back to its rightful place now that the baby is out of the womb. Gradual steps.

Anyway complaining about her new weight, Nadia wrote;

I am trying to get to 60KGs!it’s so hard losing weight! Don’t get it twisted I love the new thick me exclusive of mummy pouch, double chin, and my wrestling built-like arms. I struggled with my weight, I even don’t post a lot of photos and I had so much client work because I was soo insecure. But Now it’s Nadia’s time! I have been trying to keep fit because of the performances! Let’s say adjusting was so hard for me!! But there are no shortcuts! I have to work on being fit! Let’s go.

Vera Sidika is really excited about her daughter’s 1st birthday set to go down on Mashujaa day, 20th October. For this reason she has been holding QnA posts giving fans to a chance to ask what she is planning….an as you already know – she will go big for Asia’s big day.

Well, so far we know she is planning to take her daughter, Asia to Disneyland come 2023 and this being a big trip…honestly i cant imagine how much she has put aside for the adventure.

Former Machakos County Governor Alfred Mutua says he never saw his breakup with ex wife, Lilian Nganga coming – mainly because he was too focused on his work life forgetting he has a partner who also has a life of her own and dreams she wanted to achieve.

It happens. I mean – most marriages go through different challenges but when there is no communication- the relationship starts to slowly break and by the time you realize all is not well…the damage is usually irreversible.

This is the same case that happened to Alfred Mutua’s relationship and for the first time – he admitted having ruined his own marriage by not putting his ex wife first not forgetting the part where he also forgot to show support in her interests.

You see, back in the day having daughters was something many didnt appreciate; this is because they’d assume girls are only dowry and after marriage theyd then carry their husbands name and start a family of their own.

Sons on the other hand get to carry their fathers legacy and get to grow his family…which is why they were considered a favorite. Well, surprisingly looks like these old teachings remain in a few of us, and i say this after coming across a comment left by of Nameless’ fans urging him to get a son.

Earlier this morning actress Sarah Hassan shared a never seen before photo with Willy Paul leaving a section of her fans talking. I mean,no one and i mean no one ever thought Pozee would be in the same picture frame as Sarah Hassan – and we all know why.

Akothee has been ranting on social media about her family and siblings who seem not to like for some reason. Well, it all started with Akothee complaining about wanting to disown her own people since theyve stressing with issues she cannot seem to understand.

With the issues piling up – Akothee recently held a live session where she called out her own mother for not being supportive towards her; and instead seems to be fueling the family issues by taking sides – which is not fair since she too is a daughter of hers just like Cebbie is.

Akothee also talked about how the mum or rather family thinks she envys Cebbie who will be walking down the aisle in December; and instead of her (mum) being happy that both her daughters are getting married soon – they all decided to gangup on Akothee claiming she is competing with her younger sister.

Comedian Terence Creative has expressed disappointment in how singer Nameless rushed to unveil his day old daughter’s face on social media. To him, this was not well planned nor well executed especially with how fans were excited to see his 3rd born – a baby conceived in their (Wahu and Nameless) early 40’s.

Well as we already know the power couple welcomed their 3rd baby just a few days ago and having taken about 9 years before adding another baby; believe me the Mathenges couldnt hold back from expressing their excitement amd fear since they’d been out of the game for a while.

Anyway unlike our favorite celebrities who hide their baby’s faces for a couple of months, the Mathenges unveiled it in just hours. Singer Bahati may have lost the Mathare MP seat during the August General elections but this does not mean he is planning on exiting his political career – now that he knows how it works. You just need support from the top and youre in….you all saw how it went, right?

Anyway having lost the Mathare seat, Bahati now says his intentions are to run for the presidentiam office come 2037. By then he believes he would have made changes on himself ie by getting out of the comfort zone and being the best he can.

Speaking during recent interview now that he is back on social media like he never left, Bahati told blogs;

I want you to save this date, Bahati Kevin Kioko will be the president of this country in 2037. It is about my dream, I want to inspire young people and show them the way that indeed it can be done. I believe in empowerment and getting out of the comfort zone.

Former Papa Shirandula actress Kawira is still bitter with her ex husband, a man she met in church, fell in love, got married and lost her virginity to…..and months later had twins.

Sounds like the perfect woman especially in this generation where sex is considered more of an entertainment ‘gig’ and unlike back in the day – these days there is no attachment and last i checked…I heard everyone is responsible for their enjoyment, so if you dont get there blame yourself, kwani akili ilikuwa wapi.

Okay – not proud of it but iris whar iris. Vera Sidika has been trending for days thanks to her natural booty which we all thought was recently surgically removed – thanks to a post shared on her gram talking about effects of silicon bumbum.

Well it all sounded real at some point until she dropped a song bragging about being a boss and having natural assets. Anyway we can only blame ourselves for always falling for such stunts.

With that said, the same Vera Sidika has now come out to share secret to how her booty started growing from back in the day and turns out or rather what she claims is that getting a contraceptive shot on her bum led to the growth of her big booty.

Which contraceptive did you use that made the Nyash grow, I want it too lol

To which Sidika responded by explaining how her Nyash started growing. She said,

Like 10 years ago I was in a serious relationship so I did birth control for the first time. I looked for a clinic and found one nearby. They said they do 3 months injection. I got it done, they injected it on my butt btw. So when it expired I kept renewing then I realized I was adding weight.

Adding;

I had a big butt yes. As you saw on the tbt pic, but this thing is my butt was getting bigger than it was already. Someone told me cause the @ss has more fat cells than the rest of the body.

All I know is that there is no better feeling than that of a mum meeting her newborn for the first time. Imagine after a tough period of carrying the pregnancy and the days moving slower than usual…not to forget the challenges that come with pregnancy….and just like that, you have a human of your own. Must be beautiful!

Well this is the same case as that of Wahu who couldnt hold back here tears after meeting her 3rd born daughter for the first time. As seen on a video shared online, Wahu is seen breaking into tears as she stretches her hands to hold her baby girl – a few hours after delivery.

Judging from her caption, Wahu says she immediately fell in love with her baby the moment she learnt she was pregnant. To her – this was all new considering she took a few years before baby number 3. She wrote;

From the moment I knew I was carrying you, I loved you. I’ve loved every kick & turn you made, the doctor’s visits where I saw your heartbeat; I loved singing to you, talking to you, I’ve worried, I’ve prayed, and feeling a myriad of emotions for the past 9 months,”

Finally

Having been overjoyed by the arrival of her 3rd baby, Wahu went on to shower the newborn with praise adding that she couldn’t wait to walk this journey with the new family member.

And here we are now when I finally get hold of you in my arms for the 1st time. It’s difficult to explain this moment all I can say is thank you, God. You have seen us through.

Akothee is back to publicizing her family problems on social media and although she is one big artist…not forgetting wealthy – i still cant understand why she chooses her social media as a place to seek therapy for all her family problems….but yea, were back at it and this time around she wants to call it quits with her family.

Well, a few hours ago the singer shared a post venting about her family which she says has been stressing her over the few months. From what I can tell is that shes back to having issues with her siblings who btw – don’t seem to be her biggest fans.

Through her IG stories, Akothee started with

I have no idea why its always me in question. Was it wrong for me to be born in this family?

Where are the parents?

Okay…not that I know Akothee’s family but I want to believe she has a mother and close relatives to intervene in such situations; but since she wishes her grandfather was around to sort the current issue – means she on her own.

Well thanks to her latest QnA, I bet by now we are aware of her sexual preference which is straight. According to the Kiss FM radio presenter – unlike other known radio presenters who are rumored to be bi-sexual, the lady insists she loves her men.

Kamene opened up on her sexuality responding to a fan inquiring on whether or not she swings both ways….i mean with todays generation and the freedom we have – seems like the LGBTQ community is slowly getting accepted in the community so i bet there was no harm in asking whether she likes men or women. Right?

On the same same QnA Kamene Goro also got to talk about having kids and her biggest fear is not having to get one at an old age; but fear of painful labor and how expensive school fees is.

Well…..considering she went to Rusinga International school – I bet she has no plans of giving her future kids anything less than what she got from her parents.

Comedian Nasra is doing some damage control on social media after she let her feelings control her hence revealing husband, Rashid is now living with another woman.

It all started with her throwing shade at her husband using breakup songs and with her trying to prove a point – she unfortunately made it too obvious that other fans also noticed.
