However after her expose, we can now say social media life will always be fake. Away from that…. luckily for the Kabus, they managed to work things out and have gone back to their happy life.

How disgusting that this is where the world has gotten to and to even bring it closer home she was a Kenyan who is protected by the same laws that govern us.

Being part of the LGBT community, Makena went on to call for an end to discrimination against this community as they are human too. According to her, being different does not make them sinners, it’s life and the new normal.
Homosexuality is not a sin, Homophobia IS. For how long will this continue being the narrative? For how long will we demand for justice from the police and the public with no answers? The leaders are quick to kick out queer kids from schools but show us their backs when the same queer kids are murdered. We marched for justice and we won’t stop marching for justice even when our hearts bleed in pain.
For her, having the government against this community is like handing homophobics a license to kill. This is because they refuse to let go of colonial laws that don’t accommodate the gay community.
As I always say Section 162 and 165 of the constitution is a death sentence to all of US. When we as Kenyan refuse to fight this colonial laws that make no sense we will continue to loose queer lives and all lives because the law is vague and gives heartless people power to express their Homophobia!!

Wanjiku Mburu popularly known as Mama Baha got her big miracle at 39 years. A pregnancy, a baby in her womb after years of trying to get pregnant just like most women struggling with infertility.
She opened up about her struggles with fertility public during an interview saying;
To tell you the truth, I was not convinced. It was a good surprise, I told God sorry for doubting. I have been looking and I love children, I was dealing with children all along but not my own. I started acting with my young Milly at the age of 6 months. I have also been brought up in a family set up and children is something I wanted to have, but I said, in case I don’t have, it is still okay.
And after 2 years of prayers, she finally conceived – something she describes as a miracle from God. According to her, she couldn’t believe it at first until the baby bump started showing.

Former Churchill Show comedian Peter Wamweya popularly known as Consumator has not had it easy since 2019. Just like everyone else, Covid 19 pandemic caught him off guard hence pulling him down to his lowest moments in life.
In a recent interview, Consumator opened up revealing how and what led to his financial struggles – despite the many years he worked with Churchill show and other bigger brands.

Well, unlike the other comedians accused of drinking away their hard earned cash – turns out Consumator used all of his money on treatment. According to the comedian his life savings went to his dad’s prostate treatment which helped save his life; but on the other hand – left him broke.

With no money and no jobs due to the pandemic – the comedian was then forced to cohabit with a friend/comedian hoping things would look up. However, even after cutting the costs, none of that seemed to work. For the first time in his life, affording rent worth 3k was proving to be harder than he imagined. I mean no one was hiring and his dad back at home still needed therapy.
Anyway with this problem at hand – Consumator could no longer settle the bills as agreed, something that pushed his housemate to kick him out – 3 months after failing to pay rent. The perfect excuse he had been waiting for.

However, Consumator says this did not come as a surprise to him, but what he couldn’t understand is the animosity portrayed by the said friend.
Fast forward. With the interview out and tabloids reporting about his woes, Consumator recently spoke with presenter Ali giving a follow up on his interview; and boy are things just not working in his favor.
Apparently after speaking out, he has since faced stigmatization from those closest to him and has his former housemate threatening him. Speaking about the threat, Consumator said;
That person that hosted me is a comedian. He is doing very well, even on online. Yeye ameinuka but he has started threatening me like ‘uliongea, najua ni mimi ulikuwa unaongelea.’
But despite the pain and embarrassment, Consumator still refused to give the name of the comedian saying;
I won’t mention his name but he knows himself.
Hopefully with that, the threats won’t keep coming cause honestly, fans would love to know who it was.
Unlike your bitter ex deleting your photos from his/her social media pages, Governor Alfred Mutua says he is not planning on deleting ex wife’s Lilian Ng’ang’a’s photos from his social media pages.

Well, you can call it maturity, living in denial or whatever but as far as we now know, Alfred Mutua will not delete his exes photos just because they broke up. The Maendeleo Chap Chap leader revealed this during a candid interview with Nairobi News, making it known these are memories he treasures.
As we already know, the two had been together for 10 years – meaning they shared more than just pictures but lifetime memories. Speaking on why he still has her photos, the Governor said;
This is what I believe in life….that God brings people to your life for whatever period that God chooses and you celebrate the time you spend with those people. Regardless of any bad outcome or falling out, usually, if you spend a long time with anybody, as a friend, as a lover, as a family, the good times are better and more than the bad times.

Although he may have wanted a better ending (forever together) to his love story with Lilian Ng’ang’a – clearly fate had something else planned out for the two.
However for him this doesn’t mean all is lost. It’s an experience that taught him an important lesson of accepting the position God has put him in. He went on to add;
You don’t just wash away the good times, you celebrate the good times and you accept the position that God has given you and then you move on to what God will give you next and life continues.
